Your Role

We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers and/or engineering managers focused on our Fan and Club products. You'll lead the teams that power millions of tickets sold, millions of livestreaming hours, and Club sports programs and high school athletic departments nationwide. As our Sr. Technical Project Manager you will… 

Lead the planning and delivery of internal digital, web, and systems initiatives that support the agency’s operations and long-term scalability. Sitting within the Enterprise Operations team, this role works at the intersection of business needs, technical execution, and operational rigor.

You will partner closely with leadership, Tech Ops, and cross-functional teams to turn complex requirements into clear plans, coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams, and help ensure internal tools and platforms are effective, scalable, and well managed. Be Accountable and Responsible

These are the qualifications we’re looking for

• 6+ years of experience in technical project management, digital operations, or similar, within an agency, enterprise, or complex cross-functional environment
• Strong experience managing technical projects from kickoff through delivery, including scoping, estimation, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication
• Proven ability to work across disciplines such as Engineering, Creative, Data, Client Experience, Finance, Talent, and Operations to align delivery with broader business goals
• Experience with resource planning, capacity management, and coordinating work across multiple teams and competing priorities
• Familiarity with website development, CMS platforms, marketing technology ecosystems, custom applications, and internal business systems
• Working knowledge of modern software delivery practices and the SDLC, including Agile, Waterfall, and evolving AI-enabled workflows
• General familiarity with technical environments such as GCP, Firebase, CRM and ERP systems, and integrated marketing platforms

The Computer and Information Systems Manager will provide data center IT support in a 24x7x365 environment and second-tier support to end users for either server, or mainframe applications or hardware. Roadway Group Manager

We are looking to hire an experienced Roadway Group Manager to be based out of any of our local Kansas or Missouri offices. We offer opportunities to work on a variety of complex local agencies, DOT, and other projects involving roadway planning, traffic engineering, and civil and roadway design. Roadway Project Manager

Our Kansas Division is seeking to hire a Project Manager. This is an experienced position involving exciting, challenging, and complex assignments with opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and will have experience in design of roadways, highways, and interstates. On our team, you will have the opportunity to work on various infrastructure projects for State DOT’s, local municipalities and private clients. You will work on roadways, driveways, sidewalks, greenways, parks, multimodal improvements, and bridge replacement projects. You will regularly interact and coordinate designs efforts with the hydraulic, traffic, structures, environmental and other disciplines to develop turnkey projects.

Key Projects Across Kansas and Missouri

Our Kansas Division leads the management of complex roadway projects, ensuring effective execution, compliance, and quality outcomes.

• K-27 Corridor Improvements - A major corridor modernization project to reconstruct approximately nine miles of K-27 on a new westward alignment, enhancing safety with a flatter profile, improved intersection sight distances, and paved shoulders between the Smoky Hill River and Zig-Zag Road. This work supports improved roadway performance, increased reliability, and long-term operational efficiency on a key rural arterial route.
• US-24 Corridor Management Plan - A comprehensive update to the US-24 Corridor Management Plan that reassesses land use, access management, and transportation needs across an expanded corridor segment to guide investment and safety improvements over the next 20 years. The study will evaluate existing planning documents, forecast growth trends, and recommend multimodal mobility and safety strategies to support future development and traffic operations.
• MoDOT Southwest District STIP Planning - Support planning and coordination of the Missouri Department of Transportation’s Southwest District elements of the 2025–2029 Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP), including scoping, design prioritization, and advancement of highway and bridge projects that align funding, program goals, and regional needs ahead of the FY 2026–2030 cycle. The work contributes to defining project schedules, budgets, and technical scopes for delivery across the district’s multimodal network.
• Marlatt Avenue Improvements – A collaborative roadway enhancement project to widen and reconstruct Marlatt Avenue on the north side of Manhattan, KS, improving traffic flow, safety, and multimodal connectivity while supporting access to local destinations and planned community growth. The improvements include updated pavement sections, upgraded intersections, and enhancements for pedestrians and cyclists along this key corridor.

Our Kansas division is looking to hire a Structural Project Engineer. • Independence Bridge Management Program – A multi-year program that evaluates, prioritizes, and implements preventative care, rehabilitation, and replacement bridge actions to achieve specified network asset management goals.  The program involves the design of bridge size culverts, as well as single and multi-span bridges, all of which require application of proven best practice solutions that maximize program ROI.
• MoDOT Statewide Load Rating Program – A multi-year program to provide load rating models for all legal bridges across the state of Missouri.  The program utilizes various load rating strategies and software, ranging for AASHTOWare BrR to complex finite modeling platforms such as Midas, LUSAS, LARSA and CSIBridge.
• KCMO Structural Management Program – A multi-year program that includes inspection and asset management tasks to support the City’s overall maintenance of the bridges, ancillary structures, and facilities under its jurisdiction.  The program includes the FHWA/NHI inspection of several hundred structures utilizing current SNBI criteria.  Load ratings, work action prioritization, and design of emergency repairs also help maintain level of services and functionality of the City’s structural infrastructure.

About the Role:

The Product Manager, Factory Software will lead the software systems that power our factory operations. This includes operator-facing web and mobile tools, hardware integrations, robotics, and computer vision systems that transform physical products into structured data and rich media.

• Manages the scheduling and coordination of the maintenance, repair, and upgrade of OSP facilities and the surrounding communities including rehab work, customer & community concern responses, OSP generator routines, and emergency call-outs.

• Coordinates with various utilities partners and associated pole, aerial, etc. teams in alignment with internal Lumos engineering teams to carefully plan & execute all necessary objectives.  
• Manages CAPEX, OPEX, and inventory tracking – tracking progress & approving expenses.  
• Accountable for building & maintaining a high-performing team: selects top-tier candidates, evaluates performance, and identifies training & coaching opportunities.  
• Performs other duties as assigned, including departmental and cross-functional projects.  

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• 10+ years’ experience in OSP construction, engineering, or operations fiber builds.  
• 2-5 years’ experience leading techs and contractors in a fiber build environment.  
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.  
• Proven project management skills; able to effectively manage and accomplish multiple concurrent milestones to closure within assigned market.  
• Proactive, independent, and ability to take initiative to keep on-task and on-target. 
• Active, fully unencumbered driver’s license.  
• Fiber or Telecom industry experience is essential.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise all field crew members including foreman, carpenters, laborers etc. and project operations
• Develop a project site logistics plan and work with project manager to determine method and sequencing of construction. Plans, directs, coordinates and budgets activities
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with owner, subcontractors, and vendors
• Communicate and promote safe working environment and company safety standards, with strong knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Must be able to read plans and have a strong knowledge of various DOT specifications and standards
• Confers with supervisory and engineering personnel and inspectors and suppliers of tools and materials to resolve construction problems and improve construction methods
• Schedule subcontractors in accordance to required work schedule, pump trucks and material deliveries, Inspect and verify the receipt or shipment of materials

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years' related experience with large scale civil construction project operations required
• Strong knowledge of dirt work, concrete foundation, caissons, and/or vertical drilling
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, Word, and Heavy Job
• GPS knowledge
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents including drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and the project schedule
