As a Project Controls Specialist, Scheduling, you play a critical role in partnering with the Project Controls Managers and Field Operations Organization team in helping to ensure our ambitious construction projects are delivered on time and on budget in a highly controlled and systematic way. In your role, you will meet with the teams on a continuous basis to discuss project times and use data you gather to revise forecasts on completion dates. In addition to using scheduling data, you will also analyze other project data to produce reports that help inform on best approaches and practices for the team. |

Role Description
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for increasing the number of active paid residential customers within a market through door-to-door interactions. This role primarily sells to residential homes and may include an opportunity to contribute across multiple dwelling units (MDUs). You will be working outdoors going from home to home to achieve sales goals. You will work closely with your team leader and team members building strong relationships and identifying opportunities to improve sales techniques.
In this role, you'll:
- Prospect residential customers by promoting GFiber’s internet services.
- Build a lead pipeline through door-to-door interactions and conduct in-person, phone and/or email follow-up.
- Update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool with relevant customer information, conversion status and notes.
- Partner with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Communicate the GFiber value proposition to customers.
- Demonstrate knowledge of GFiber’s network and technical deployment.
At a minimum we'd like you to have:
- Ability to exert yourself physically over extended periods of time, including frequent walking and climbing stairs.
- A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation during the workday.
- Ability to pass a motor vehicle record check that meets company standards.
It's preferred if you have:
- Experience in the ISP or telecom industry.
- Proficiency in SalesForce or other industry leading lead management software.
- Proven track record of strong work ethic, ability to navigate ambiguity, solid communication skills, strong decision making and good judgment.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish.
This role offers a competitive on-target earnings (OTE) of $66,667 - $73,334 annually ($30,000 base + uncapped sales bonus) + benefits. Your compensation includes a base salary plus an uncapped commission structure. Those who are on-target for 6 months are recommended for promotion that includes a higher base salary and related OTE.

We are seeking a ServiceNow Engineer to contribute to GFiber’s enterprise ticketing and workflow platform strategy and implementation, delivering scalable, reliable, and user-friendly solutions that improve internal operations and enhance customer experience.
Role Description
This ServiceNow Application Engineer position focuses on the hands-on development and technical execution of the ServiceNow platform at GFiber. Working as a key member of the development team, you will contribute to the full scope of our implementation - from building new customer-facing functionality to maintaining system health through best practices. You will be responsible for the technical delivery of assigned projects, providing critical support for defect remediation and maintaining seamless technical handovers to ensure consistent progress and platform stability throughout the development lifecycle.
In this role, you'll:
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and code review process for ServiceNow applications to ensure technical excellence and scalability.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for real-time troubleshooting, defect remediation, and system stability during business hours.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and GFiber leadership.
- Guide the daily activities of other application engineers through mentorship and technical oversight to maintain a consistent development velocity.
- Participate actively in all scrum ceremonies and Standups, contributing technical updates and identifying potential blockers for the development cycle.
At a minimum we'd like you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in ServiceNow application development.
- Experience with ServiceNow architecture, design, development, implementation, and administration, including experience with the ServiceNow Application Suite.
- 1 year of experience working with databases, structured data, and schema design.
It's preferred if you have:
- Experience integrating internal and external (SaaS based) applications using REST and oAuth.
- Experience developing and deploying solutions within ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and Telecommunications Service Management (TSM/TSOM).
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and/or Network Inventory Management.
- Experience with multiple ticketing solutions including Salesforce, ServiceNow, and others.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum development approaches.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Application Developer certification.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $ 117,600- $ 172,500 + bonus + cash award + benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
