ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES COORDINATOR
The Environmental Services Coordinator is responsible for supporting Hydrite’s Environmental Services customers through accurate waste profiling, scheduling, invoicing, and coordination with approved waste vendors. This position serves as a key liaison between customers, internal branch personnel, and external treatment and disposal facilities to ensure regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer service.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Prepare, maintain, and update all hazardous waste profiles for Environmental Services customers.
- Respond to treatment and disposal facility (TDF) requests, including supporting customers with non‑conforming waste shipments, updating profiles, and issuing required recertifications.
- Act as a liaison between Environmental Services customers, branch personnel, and approved waste vendors.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date waste master records, including customer addresses, contacts, and waste profile information.
- Schedule waste pick‑ups, coordinating with production and transportation teams as needed to meet customer requirements and ensure on‑time service.
- Invoice all waste pick‑ups after receiving vendor invoices and billing logs.
- Process vendor invoices and submit completed documentation to Corporate Accounts Payable for payment.
- Review customer records in M3 and the Waste Master systems to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Issue Hydrite approval letters to customers for new waste streams.
- Perform all duties in accordance with applicable SOPs, regulatory requirements, and Hydrite policies.
- Participate in RCRA, regulatory, health & safety, and process training as required; must maintain RCRA compliance.
- Work collaboratively with team members to balance workloads and support overall branch success.
- Support effective communication across Hydrite departments where responsibilities overlap.
- Maintain regular attendance, meet assigned deadlines, and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Uphold Hydrite’s Customer Service Mission Statement, Pillars, and Standards of Excellence.
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times and treat customers and coworkers with courtesy and respect.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in chemistry, environmental science, business, or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and willingness to learn internal systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and grow a sales territory with a primary focus on acquiring new customers and expanding Hydrite’s footprint.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging industry knowledge, networking, and targeted outreach.
- Utilize Salesforce and other tools to manage pipeline, track progress, and prioritize high-potential leads.
- Create tailored chemical treatment programs that showcase Hydrite’s manufacturing capabilities, distribution strengths, and financial resources.
- Engage internal resources (technical, operational, financial) to build compelling proposals and competitive advantages.
- Survey customer facilities and recommend best-in-class chemical solutions based on technical needs and operational goals.
- Write timely and persuasive proposals and service reports that clearly communicate value and ROI.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms that reflect Hydrite’s value-added proposition and support margin growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitive activity to inform strategy and positioning.
- Effectively manage time and territory to maximize customer engagement and business development activities.
REPORTING STRUCTURE
- This position reports to the Sales Manager - Water.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL CRITERIA
- Bachelors degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, biomolecular, industrial) or life sciences (chemistry, biology, environmental science) is preferred.
- 2-5 years of sales experience in the water treatment/chemical industry required. This includes experience with wastewater treatment, boilers and cooling towers.
- Ability to construct a business plan with Sales Manager assistance.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and have an acceptable motor vehicle driving record.
- Must possess computer skills and be proficient at Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and job specific software.
- Must have communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to read, write, and speak English.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to attend meetings. Ability to sit, work at a computer terminal, and/or talk on the telephone up to 4 hours at a time.
- Ability to travel to customers and stay overnight when necessary.

Program Support Manager
The primary purpose of this position is to provide chemical sanitation solutions in a food or beverage processing environment. By taking time to listen and truly understanding your customer’s unique sanitation and process needs, you will be able to offer solutions that improve quality, create efficiencies, and increase both productivity and profitability.
Overnight travel is required throughout Western NY based on business needs.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Train customers on proper sanitation techniques and their importance for producing safe, wholesome food and beverage quality
- Provide direction and leadership - grow business within your account.
- Manage sanitation programs proactively and consultatively
- Focus on process improvement in Quality, Employee and Food Safety and Cost.

- Identify and facilitate corrective actions on-site immediately.

- Participate in RCRA, regulatory, health & safety and process training activities as required. Review changes/additions with your supervisor. Must be RCRA compliant.
REPORTING STRUCTURE
- This position reports to the Regional Manager
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- BS Degree in, Food or Dairy Science, or Chemical Engineering preferred.
- Experience in the food/beverage industry or customer service role preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Must be bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish
- Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record (company car provided)
- Must have communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to read, write, and speak English.

- Maintain chemical sample supplies and equipment required to service accounts
REPORTING STRUCTURE
- This position reports to the Sales Director and works closely with the Account Manager in the region.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- 4 year bachelor’s degree in a science related field, or 2-year tech school degree preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years field experience in industrial manufacturing plants
- 1-3 years sales and/or field experience is desired
- Must possess strong problem solving, troubleshooting and “people” skills
- Must have communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to read, write, and speak English.
COMPENSATION
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 (salary is negotiable and based on applicable experience. This range could vary.)

- Position requires travel and frequent overnight stays.
- Driving or riding in an automobile or aircraft for 3 to 6 hours at a time.

Food Program Manager
The primary purpose of this position is to provide consultative service to Hydrite’s sanitation customers within the Food Industry. The secondary purpose is to aid the Business Development Managers and Regional Managers in managing the relationship at all levels of management as required and to aid in growing the business within each account.
Overnight travel is required throughout region based on business needs.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Service customers optimizing their plant sanitation programs to the performance standards set forth in the plant survey and PAMP goals.
- When applicable, identify and facilitate corrective actions on-site before engaging assistance from other Hydrite departments or personnel.
- Determine, articulate and manage the sequential steps necessary to meet PAMP goals.
- Prepare written service/usage reports as requested by their customer and manager.
- Required to understand and articulate the process flow at each account.
- Proficient at identifying latent customer problems and their solutions.
- Communicate, immediately, ALL deviations from survey to their Regional Manager. No exceptions.
- Assist as needed in plant surveys, presentations, and the service plans design to deliver the full value of Hydrite’s service program, i.e., continuous profit improvement for the customer.
- When and where applicable, be able to make adjustments to the customer’s cost plan.
- Meet annual goals and objectives established mutually with their respective Regional Manager and execute sales/service task cycle.
- Perform all duties outlined in relevant SOPs and all other duties to be assigned.
- Speak in group settings to train sanitation employees.
- Diligently meet the needs of their customers both external, and within Hydrite.
- Uphold Hydrite’s Standard of Excellence through a continuous commitment to maintain quality facilities and provide quality products and services to internal and external customers
- Perform all duties outlined in relevant SOPs and all other duties to be assigned.
- Participate in RCRA, regulatory, health & safety and process training activities as required. Review changes/additions with your supervisor. Must be RCRA compliant.
REPORTING STRUCTURE
- This position reports to the Regional Manager.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university is preferred but not required; technical or marketing degree a plus.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a related field.
- Have a strong understanding of food and/or dairy sanitation, its affect on food quality, and customer profitability.
- Possess mechanical aptitude and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Power Point, Word, Excel, and other related software is required.
- Is a self starter.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
- Must have communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to read, write, and speak English.

ACCOUNT MANAGER - SPECIALTY CHEMICALS
The Sales Account Manager is responsible for driving growth through a technical, field‑based sales role focused on selling defoamer and antifoam solutions into sugar, ethanol, soda ash mining, and other manufacturing environments, while providing hands‑on support to meet customer process and performance needs.
Primary responsibilities include:

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- College education and prior sales and/or technical experience preferred.
- 5+ years of sales or related technical experience preferred.
- Ability to construct a business plan with Sales Manager assistance.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and have an acceptable motor vehicle driving record.
- Must possess computer skills and be proficient at Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and job specific software.
- Must have communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to read, write, and speak English.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to attend meetings. Ability to sit, work at a computer terminal, and/or talk on the telephone up to 4 hours at a time.
- Ability arrange and execute overnight travel to customer sites

The Sales Account Manager is responsible for driving growth through a technical, field‑based sales role focused on selling defoamer and antifoam solutions into sugar, ethanol, soda ash mining, and other manufacturing environments, while providing hands‑on support to meet customer process and performance needs.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Own and grow a defined sales territory with a strong focus on new business development, account expansion, and sustained sales growth.
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans in partnership with sales leadership to achieve annual revenue, margin, and customer retention objectives.

Food Program Manager
The primary purpose of this position is to provide consultative service to Hydrite’s sanitation customers within the Food Industry. The secondary purpose is to aid the Business Development Managers and Regional Managers in managing the relationship at all levels of management as required and to aid in growing the business within each account.
Frequent overnight travel is required throughout southern Idaho based on business needs.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Service customers optimizing their plant sanitation programs to the performance standards set forth in the plant survey and PAMP goals.
- When applicable, identify and facilitate corrective actions on-site before engaging assistance from other Hydrite departments or personnel.
- Determine, articulate and manage the sequential steps necessary to meet PAMP goals.
- Prepare written service/usage reports as requested by their customer and manager.
- Required to understand and articulate the process flow at each account.
- Proficient at identifying latent customer problems and their solutions.
- Communicate, immediately, ALL deviations from survey to their Regional Manager. No exceptions.
- Assist as needed in plant surveys, presentations, and the service plans design to deliver the full value of Hydrite’s service program, i.e., continuous profit improvement for the customer.
- When and where applicable, be able to make adjustments to the customer’s cost plan.
- Meet annual goals and objectives established mutually with their respective Regional Manager and execute sales/service task cycle.
- Perform all duties outlined in relevant SOPs and all other duties to be assigned.
- Speak in group settings to train sanitation employees.
- Diligently meet the needs of their customers both external, and within Hydrite.

- Have a strong understanding of food and/or dairy sanitation, its affect on food quality, and customer profitability.
- Possess mechanical aptitude and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Power Point, Word, Excel, and other related software is required.
- Is a self starter.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
- Must have communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to read, write, and speak English.
