Anduril is seeking a Communications Manager to support and execute communications efforts in Japan. This role is focused on strong day-to-day execution—developing content, supporting media engagement, and helping translate Anduril’s capabilities into clear, locally relevant messaging.
You will work closely with global communications, business development, and policy teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging in a key allied market. This role reports to the Director, APAC Communications.
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. 3+ years of experience in Developer Relations (DevRel), Technical Marketing, or Community Engineering.
Strong coding proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Python.
Solid understanding of the Web3 ecosystem (smart contracts, decentralized identity, or L1/L2 dynamics).
Prior experience or a deep interest in Artificial Intelligence (LLMs, autonomous agents, or decentralized compute).
Excellent public speaking skills and a willingness to travel to global industry events.

Amid this environment, the importance of investor relations (IR) is increasing in step with the expansion of our investor base. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join us as an IR Manager(PR), contributing to further enhancement of our corporate value.
・Preparation for earnings announcements, including the creation of earnings presentation materials
・Responding to investor inquiries (participating in conferences and investor meetings)
・Developing IR strategies
・Communication with relevant internal departments
Qualification
【MUST】
・Over 5 years working experience (prefer to IR/PR related experience in the public companies)
・Frequent English capability (especially, professional writing skill for the presentation materials)
【WANT】
・Basic understanding financial accountings
・Bilingual Communication skill
