As a Marketing Manager, you’ll shape how the world understands our brand and products, driving Applied Intuition’s position as the leader in physical AI.

Bringing go-to-market experience, strategic rigor, creative judgement, and a curious mind, you'll help lead and execute marketing programs that drive business impact and build Applied Intuition's brand with customers, talent, investors, and press. 

You'll join and learn from a fast-paced, high-performing team—marketers, designers, creative directors, writers, and producers— and work closely with engineers at the forefront of AI and the industries that move our world: automotive, trucking, mining, construction, defense, and agriculture.

At Applied Intuition, you will:

• Support and lead marketing activities, collaborating closely across the marketing team, cross-functional stakeholders, and external customers and partners 
• Help define and shape how Applied Intuition shows up across industries, reinforcing our leadership in physical AI and connecting our story to broader customer and market needs 
• Work with internal writers, designers, and producers to develop and execute content across the full marketing mix — including multi-channel campaigns, video, blogs, press, social media, case studies, and events
• Set campaign goals, analyze performance, and use insights to optimize future programs and drive measurable impact
• Stay on top of market trends, industry dynamics, and competitor activity to inform strategy and maintain a differentiated brand perspective

We’re looking for someone who has:

• 3+ years of tech marketing experience
• Experience building and executing multi-channel marketing activities
• Strong project management skills and the ability to run multiple workstreams effectively
• Deep interest in AI and experience using AI tools in their work

Compensation at Applied Intuition for eligible roles includes base salary, equity, and benefits. About the role

We are looking for a Cross Functional Producer of Events to own Applied Intuition’s growing event footprint. This role partners deeply with our marketing team, executive leadership, external partners and platforms to produce events with excellence. This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, executive communications, vendor logistics, and execution. This person would be responsible for planning and delivering internal and external events that support business goals across all verticals.

At Applied Intuition, you will:

• Advise on a strategic approach to event execution - vendor recommendations, event recommendations based on what ties in best to the broader marketing plan for each vertical (Defense, Automotive, Industrial and Trucking). 
• Determine when it makes sense to bring in other teams and when speakers should be incorporated into an event.
• Run executive events, investor events, press activations, customer events, and sales meetings or presentations.
• Lead programming, run of show, itinerary development, speaker coordination, and day-of execution.
• Work with executive-level leadership on internal executive communications and high-visibility events.
• Establish and manage customer communications for external events and follow-up.
• Manage vendors from onboarding through project completion and final invoice.
• Oversee logistics including conference room or booth rentals, TVs, furniture, displays, physical set up, food and beverage, and travel itineraries including organizing executive dinners. 
• Partnering deeply with design and web dev to develop event invitations, registration and check-in experiences, booth build or design, collateral, swag, and other event materials.
• Oversee demo environments and product showcases to ensure polished, effective presentations.
• Handle soup-to-nuts execution with a high degree of autonomy and attention to detail.

We're looking for someone who has:

• 7-10 years of experience in events or a related field.
• Familiarity with industry conferences, media events, partner summits, organizing executive dinners, investor days, etc. 
• Experience managing complex logistics, programming, and cross-functional event execution.
• Comfort working with executive stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Experience building and managing customer communications processes, ideally in Salesforce.
• Strong judgment on event strategy, including when to engage marketing or add speakers.
• Excellent project management, communication, and vendor management skills.
• A track record of independently running high-stakes events from concept through completion.
• Working knowledge of AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and speed.
• Experience with Salesforce, Marketo or similar tools to support customer communications and tracking.

• Experience planning and managing events globally (Japan, Korea, Sweden, and/or Germany)

We are looking for a talented Communications Manager to join our Marketing team. You will represent the voice of our company’s subject matter expertise in Japan and Korea and will be responsible for research, planning, and end-to-end execution of technical and non-technical communication and content. You will play a significant role in knowledge-sharing and building thought leadership in the autonomous driving industry. 

This role is ideal for a communications professional with exceptional storytelling and writing skills, strong strategic judgement, and the ability to translate complex technologies into compelling narratives. Experience working with traditional and non-traditional media across business, technology, and industry-specific outlets is key to the role, as is the ability to partner closely with executives on thought leadership. 

At Applied Intuition, you will:

• Develop a robust corporate communications strategy to enhance the company's reputation and stakeholder relationships
• Ensure a clear, compelling, consistent brand image and message across all platforms, emphasizing the organization’s thought leadership
• Design and execute media engagement strategies across business, technology, and industry outlets (print, digital, broadcast, and emerging platforms)
• Proactively manage media relations to enhance positive coverage and manage crisis communication effectively
• Develop strategic executive communications, including speeches, presentations, talking points, and interview briefs
• Organize and manage regular media briefings and press moments in partnership with global teams
• Oversee the communications budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and accurate reporting
• Plan and deliver both technical and non-technical content, including: engineering blogs, customer case studies, testimonial videos, event content and sales and field enablement resources
• Translate complex autonomous driving and software topics into clear, engaging stories for external audiences

We’re looking for someone who has:

• At least 10+ years of proven experience in PR/communications within an agency or in-house, ideally within technology, automotive, or deep-tech industries
• Strong track record of designing and executing communications strategies that generate visibility, credibility, and thought leadership
• Experience working directly with traditional and non-traditional media in Japan/Korea, including pitching, briefing, and shaping narratives across channels
• Exceptional writing and narrative development skills, with examples of recent work
• Native-level proficiency in Japanese; strong English communication skills required

Nice to have:

• Experience in Korea market is a plus 
• Automotive background is a plus 
• Background in journalism, public affairs, content creation, and/or corporate storytelling 
• Content marketing experience in enterprise SaaS/technology space
