Reports To: Senior HR Manager
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The Human Resources Supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations of their assigned plant. This role supports and partners with plant leadership to implement HR policies, programs, and initiatives in alignment with company objectives and compliance requirements. The HR Supervisor provides guidance on employee relations, staffing, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. This position reports directly to the Senior Human Resources Manager. Duties include employee relations, handling employee inquiries, and supporting HR Shared Services, benefits administration, onboarding, orientation, employment authorization management, and compliance.
Please note: This position requires in-office presence. Only candidates local to Jacksonville, FL area will be considered.

IEM is currently seeking a Quality Engineer - Customer Account Manager for our Jacksonville, FL or Surrey, B.C offices and will report into the VP of Quality & Reliability. As a Quality Engineer – Customer Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for the Customer and Commercial Teams about quality-related issues. Collect root cause analysis data and provide corrective feedback due to quality issues. Responsible for ensuring that the products produced meet quality standards required to minimize quality costs and maximize customer satisfaction whilst ensuring that procedures and processes are adhered to. Ensure incoming materials meet required quality standards. Support new product introductions to ensure the robustness of product. Work in a team environment to develop and implement best practices that emphasize defect prevention, reduction in variation and waste and provide for continuous improvements in meeting all customer requirements. Manage the customer specific requirements and coordinate technical support. Work on many phases or sub-tasks of projects or entire projects of moderate complexity, with results impacting on project completion. Work mostly independently under general supervision, reviewed at project milestones and/or on completion by Senior Management.

Compensation actually offered for this role will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.

We are searching for an experienced Professional Engineer to lead and grow the transportation design practice in Florida. This position can be based in any of our Florida offices, including Ft. Lauderdale, Jacksonville, Orlando, Miami, or Tampa. The right candidate will bring enthusiasm and energy to lead our Florida transportation design practice to the next level. Reporting to the Florida Division Manager, a director position at Benesch is an outstanding leadership opportunity with great visibility at the state, regional, and national leadership levels, including the potential for ownership in Benesch.
This position offers an opportunity to lead an existing group of design professionals, starting with a solid backlog of work and existing contracts with FDOT and local agencies throughout Florida. Critical work areas for this position include roadway, structural, hydraulics, and traffic engineering, along with PD&E and roadway planning. The ideal candidate will be a licensed Professional Engineer with proven experience in business and client development and the pursuit, management, and delivery of roadway and transportation engineering projects and services for public agencies, including DOTs, counties, and municipalities.
This position can work from Jacksonville, Tampa, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, or Orlando.
