The Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager is responsible for designing and executing 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many programs that deepen engagement, accelerate pipeline, and drive revenue within a defined set of strategic and high-potential accounts.

As the Revenue Operations Analyst for RxVantage you will function as the analytical linchpin for our Go To Market organization, providing clear insight between data and revenue performance. This role will serve as a backbone to understanding performance, identifying areas of opportunity, and driving data-informed decisions across the entire client lifecycle.
The primary focus of this role is to provide clear, accurate and actionable insights across all GTM motions including Sales, Marketing, Service and Account Management. You will own the design, maintenance and evolution of GTM reporting - ultimately providing executive level insights that enable leaders to optimize pipeline, drive revenue efficiency and increase customer engagement. You will become the cornerstone of all revenue intelligence, providing a consistent source of truth for GTM Metrics and performance analysis.
The Revenue Operations Analyst will primarily partner with the revenue organization, but will also work closely with Operations, IT, Finance, Data and Product to centralize all GTM reporting functions including commissions, product feedback and revenue retention.
The Revenue Operations Analyst will work closely with the Director of Sales Operations to develop and prioritize the GTM Intelligence roadmap and facilitate enablement programs that allow for on demand, real time access to strategic information for key stakeholders.

Barbaricum is seeking an Operations Manager II to oversee day-to-day operational execution supporting mission programs. This role ensures operational coordination across technical teams, manages program resources, and supports mission readiness through effective operational planning and execution. Supports exercises in the Greater Indiana Area with 10–25% travel between Camp Atterbury and Muscatatuck Training Center.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate operational activities across program teams.
• Monitor program performance and ensure alignment with operational objectives.
• Support scheduling, resource allocation, and operational planning.
• Assist leadership in developing operational procedures and workflows.
• Coordinate with technical and logistics teams to ensure mission support readiness.
• Track operational metrics and report program performance to leadership.
• Support issue resolution and ensure timely execution of program tasks.
Required Qualifications:
• Secret (or otherwise) pending clearance verification
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, or related field.
• Experience supporting operations management in government or technical programs.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting DoD operations or technical mission programs in the Greater Indianapolis area.
• Project management or operations certifications.
• Experience supporting large multi-disciplinary teams.
