Barbaricum is seeking a Cyber SME/Cyber Architect to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of mission-critical IT infrastructure. This role will support system operations, integration, and performance optimization in complex operational environments. Supports exercises in the Greater Indiana Area with 10–25% travel between Camp Atterbury and Muscatatuck Training Center.
Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and maintain enterprise systems and infrastructure.
• Support system integration and configuration management activities.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Implement system updates, patches, and security controls.
• Support system documentation and configuration management.
• Collaborate with network, security, and engineering teams.
Required Qualifications:
• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
• Experience administering enterprise IT systems and infrastructure.
• Knowledge of operating systems, virtualization, and enterprise IT architecture.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving system performance issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting DoD or government IT systems.
• Certifications such as Security+, Network+, or similar.
• Experience supporting cloud or hybrid environments in the Greater Indianapolis area.

The candidate will provide technical leadership in network engineering and ensure the reliability, performance, and security of enterprise network environments. Supports exercises in the Greater Indiana Area with 10–25% travel between Camp Atterbury and Muscatatuck Training Center.
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement enterprise network architectures.
• Configure and maintain routing, switching, and network security technologies.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot complex network issues.
• Implement network security controls and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Provide technical guidance to network engineering teams.

Required Qualifications:

The Program Manager will provide strategic oversight, operational leadership, and program management across multidisciplinary teams delivering engineering, network, logistics, and cyber capabilities. The successful candidate will ensure program performance, compliance with contractual requirements, and alignment with mission priorities while maintaining strong communication with government stakeholders. Responsibilities:
• Provide overall program leadership and management for contract execution.
• Serve as the primary interface with government leadership and key stakeholders.
• Manage program scope, schedule, budget, and technical performance.
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams supporting network engineering, systems administration, logistics, and operational planning.
• Ensure program compliance with contract requirements and organizational policies.
• Develop and maintain program management plans, risk registers, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate across technical and operational teams to ensure integrated mission support.
• Lead program reviews, status briefings, and reporting to government leadership.

Required Qualifications:
