You Will
- Perform month end accounting processes to support rapid global growth
- Work in three main pillars financial close and analysis, audit and regulatory compliance and reporting
- Own the Statutory Financial Statement preparation, Audit, review and sign off and adoption of financial statements with the board of directors.
- Work with Local service providers to ensure compliance and filing requirements are met timely and accurately.
- Work with cross functional partners like Tax, Treasury, Accounting and other groups to ensure that financial results of the legal entities remain compliant with US Gaap and Local Gaaps.
- Perform monthly and quarterly close activities, including manual journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analyses and analytical reviews, producing internal management reporting and external audit support
- Potential to perform month end activities and grow into other task and process to take on further responsibilities
- Be responsible for end to end preparation of journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare flux analysis and potential commentary and explanation on movements and trends
- Be responsible for performing transactional based work and streamlining processes
- Be a self starter and seek to standardize and centralize tasks
- Own problems not just processes or projects - we want our specialists to own the full problem space and do what it takes to solve them
- Partner with multiple cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop and improve controllership processes and to anticipate changing business requirements
- Scale our financial processes through automation and standardization
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has
- An accountancy qualification (e.g CA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 8+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Degree in Accounting or Finance background
- Proven experience in the monthly close process, journal preparation and posting, audit, and exposure to accounting systems.
- Experience in month end reporting and analytics
- Working knowledge of US GAAP
- The ability to bring structure to ambiguous areas of opportunity and thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment
- Strong analytical skills and strong knowledge of Excel.
- Knowledge of data modeling or experience in any analytics tool will be an added advantage.

About the team
Treasury Operations is integral to the strategy, execution, and support of many Treasury Finance’s core functionalities (bank account management, cash management, investment management, payments processing, risk management, and compliance). What you’ll do
At its core, Stripe is a treasury company, and we are building a top-notch Treasury Operations team to support our critical functions. In addition to daily operational support of the Treasury Finance functions, you will help drive the transformation towards more efficient and automated processes, helping build tools and systems to create operational efficiency and excellence for each aspect of Treasury Operations, and develop metrics to ensure we’re continuously improving the function. You will also collaborate closely with the Liquidity Management, Capital Markets, and Capital and Financial Risk Management pillars within Treasury Finance to support operations for cash management, trading, and investment programs.
You will:
- Support our cash management processes (including funding, cash positions, forecasting, and other aspects of treasury operations)
- Help manage daily operations relating to FX and interest rate trading support, investigation of breaks and aged items, and bank partner relationship management in the market
- Analyze and optimize funds flows across a number of areas including costs, working capital, liquidity risk, and other constraints leveraging system solutions where possible
- Assist with the creation and updating of Treasury Finance policies and procedures, and RCSA controls
- Develop metrics that help monitor the overall health of the function and help set priorities for future developments
- Support internal and external audits as needed
Our ideal candidate will have:
- 4 + years of Treasury experience, preferably within liquidity management, finance risk management, and process improvements

Finance Engineering: Responsible for building the robust and scalable infrastructure that powers the company's core financial operations, including payments processing, fund settlement, accounting, and business intelligence. The Finance Engineering team is at the core of Stripe to empower mission-critical financial domains including Accounting, Finance operations, Finance & Strategy, and Treasury. Engineers on the Financial Engineering team build platforms, data pipelines, and financial products for the Finance team. Marketing/Sales Systems: Responsible for building the most measurable, cross-channel messaging capability possible, to attract and engage customers. We will do this through scalable motions, with the most relevant messaging and increasing reach of our marketing motions. We are a cross functional team of engineers, analysts, marketers, and product managers that deliver the insights, internal systems and tools that fuel Stripe’s growth.
As part of the Marketing Systems team, you will own systems that power go-to-market motions productizing gathered insights and intelligence. This includes building tools that 1/ power better digital experiences, 2/ accelerate customer journey with intelligent orchestrations 3/ drive smarter decisions with CDP 4/ improve marketer and seller productivity.

Role Overview
The Senior Finance Controller -India, will own end-to-end financial operations for OpenFX’s India entity, building the finance function from the ground up. This role is responsible for establishing payroll, accounts payable, local treasury, and statutory compliance infrastructure, creating a scalable foundation as India operations grow.

About the Role:
Sigmoid is looking to onboard a Senior Leader for our FS Consulting Practice who can bridge the gap between high-level strategy and granular operational reality. A true expert in the Financial services space must understand the interconnectedness of Financial Products & Market Dynamics. In this role, you will drive strategic initiatives, foster innovation, and provide visionary direction to our BFSI practice.
The role requires a strong portfolio leader responsible for managing 3–6 key accounts across a mix of new business development (hunting) and account growth (farming). The role involves hands-on involvement in sales, client relationship management, and delivery oversight.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- An FS expert must understand how the "engine" of different sub-sectors works.

- Insurance: Life and Annuities vs. P&C (Property & Casualty), including underwriting cycles, reinsurance, and claims transformation.
- Wealth & Asset Management: Fee structures, fiduciary duties, and the shift toward "hyper-personalization" in portfolio management.
- Payments Ecosystem: Knowledge of real-time payments, ISO 20022 standards, and the impact of CBDCs (Central Bank Digital Currencies).

Qualifications:

What you’ll do?
Global Strategy & Process Improvement
- Vendor Management: Managing relationships with Global Managed Service Providers and conducting periodic RFPs to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Operational Excellence

Compliance & Risk Mitigation
- Taxation: Ensuring correct withholding and reporting for social security, income tax, and local statutory benefits (e.g., 13th-month pay, meal vouchers).
- Mobility Payroll: Managing complex payroll scenarios for expatriates, “digital nomads,” and employees on shadow payrolls.
- Legislative Monitoring: Staying ahead of changing labour laws in various countries to prevent penalties or legal disputes.
Experience you'll need:
- Experience: 12–15+ years in payroll, with at least 5 years specifically in a multinational environment
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or HR. CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with different Payroll, Time and Attendance, Human Resources Information Systems, and Payroll Service Providers preferred

Job Summary
Real Chemistry has a newly created role on our growing Treasury Team and we are seeking an experienced Treasury Analyst to join as we expand our department to support company growth. This role will provide operational support on all treasury matters for the company, including such areas as Bank Account Management and Cash Management, reporting to the Manager of Treasury – Cash Operations. The Treasury Analyst role requires the ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships within a collaborative team and serve as a liaison to business units and external banking partners.
Responsibilities –
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Cash & Liquidity Management
- Prepare daily cash reports of worldwide cash balances on a weekly basis for distribution to appropriate parties
- Monitor daily cash positioning of respective accounts and communicate cash liquidity or any potential liquidity needs based on current cash flow forecasting models and actual transaction activity
- Assist in effective cash management strategies with short-term investment/redemption recommendations for cash coverage purposes as well as cash consolidation analysis to the Manager of Treasury
- Bank Account Management
- Maintain the Master bank account database and tracking of current bank requests
- Manage and execute all requests relating to authorized signer updates, opening and/or closing of bank accounts
- Liaise with our banking partners to follow up and ensure proper bank account setups, products & services related to accounts are added, and servicing any other banking needs or troubleshooting for the various business units.
- Work closely with banking institutions to mitigate fraud risk, settle discrepancies and assist with banking integrations
- Ensure banking institutions are provided with any required documentation as requested including KYC
- Serve as additional Security Administrator on banking platforms
- Treasury Operations
- Assist in transition of the banking relationships and implementation of banking infrastructures, as needed, related to the integration of newly acquired companies and/or global expansion initiatives
- Support the implementation of any Treasury related systems and/or platforms
- Participate in post-acquisition integration projects, internally and externally, for Treasury functions
- Complete administrative tasks in conjunction with the Manager of Treasury for existing Debt Facilities such as committed loan notices, rate reset continuation letters, as well as any associated tracking and/or calculations.
- Adhere to and aid in the documentation of appropriate Internal controls for Treasury processes
- Additional duties, special projects, and ad hoc analyses as necessary
Required Knowledge & Skills –

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, visionary VP of Wealth Services to define and scale Tide’s end to end wealth proposition. - Strategic Leadership & P&L Ownership:

- Drive customer acquisition, deposits growth, engagement, retention, and cross sell effectiveness.
- Oversee strategic partnerships with banking, investment, and infrastructure providers.
- Operational Excellence:
- Establish and scale efficient processes for onboarding, servicing, reconciliations, risk management, treasury interactions, and customer support.

- International Expansion:
- Lead Wealth Services’ expansion into new regions, tailoring products and partnerships to local regulatory and market needs (initial focus: India, Europe, UK).
- Build localisation and compliance strategies to support scalable international growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Engineering leadership to align commercial and technical roadmaps.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Risk, Legal, Member Support, and central Product & Engineering teams to execute the division’s strategy end to end.
- Influence executive stakeholders and represent Wealth Services in senior leadership forums.

- Use analytics, segmentation, experiments (A/B, MVT), and forecasting to inform priorities and optimise performance.
- Monitor and manage key commercial and product metrics (deposits, activation, AUM, retention, product NPS, cost-to-serve).

- Maintain deep understanding of SME financial behaviour, market competitors, regulatory changes, and emerging wealth technologies.

ABOUT THE TEAM
The National Sales Manager – Loans Against Securities (LAS) will be responsible for driving pan-India sales and revenue growth across products such as Loans Against Shares, Loans Against Mutual Funds, ESOP Funding, and Promoter Funding. The role requires building a high-performing sales organization, deep engagement with wealth ecosystems, and strong coordination with credit and risk teams to ensure profitable and compliant growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
1. Business Strategy & Growth
- Design and execute the national sales strategy for LAS products, including: Loans Against Shares, Loans Against Mutual Funds, ESOP funding, Promoter funding / structured financing.
- Own annual business plans, budgets, and growth targets.
- Identify and expand into new geographies, segments, and channels (HNIs, UHNIs, promoters, startup founders, family offices).
2. Sales & Channel Development
- Build and scale multiple sales channels:
- Wealth and private banking teams
- Relationship managers and LAS specialists
- IFAs, MFDs, brokers, and family offices
- Startup ecosystems for ESOP funding
- Drive cross-sell of LAS to existing wealth, liability, and corporate clients.
- Ensure strong pipeline management, lead conversion, and deal closures.
3. Promoter Funding & Structured LAS
- Lead sales of promoter funding and high-ticket LAS transactions.
- Work closely with credit, legal, and risk teams on deal structuring, security cover, and covenants.
- Engage with promoters, CFOs, and treasury teams for long-term relationships.
4. ESOP & Startup-Focused Financing
- Build a national ESOP funding program targeting startup founders and senior employees.
- Develop partnerships with startup accelerators, VC funds, and HR platforms.
- Ensure seamless execution with clear communication on valuation, liquidity events, and risk disclosures.
5. Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Build and manage a pan-India LAS sales team including regional heads, cluster managers, and RMs.
- Define KPIs, incentive structures, and productivity benchmarks.
- Conduct regular sales reviews, training, and capability-building sessions.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 12-15 years of experience in LAS, wealth lending, secured lending, or capital market–linked products.

- Maintain deep understanding of SME financial behaviour, market competitors, regulatory changes, and emerging wealth technologies.

Key Responsibilities
As a Finance Director, you will:
- Ensure compliance with financial regulatory requirements for regulated operations (under PA-CB license by the RBI), including, but not limited to;
- Carrying out cash management controls by working with relevant finance/Treasury teams to prepare daily reports, updating the cash management file, and sending confirmation at the end of each day.
- Familiarise with finance-related regulatory requirements, keeping controls, policies and procedures up to date in accordance with regulatory changes, including interpreting and recommending GST treatment, through working with Tax, Legal, and Compliance teams.

- Support accounting and financial review of the full GL of Payoneer India’s Payment Aggregator – Cross Border (PA-CB) licensed entity, as prepared by the local accounting outsourced vendor

Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (post-graduate degree a plus), with a minimum of 8 years of proven working experience in finance/accounting
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in regulatory reporting - RBI, financial compliance or finance regulation within the fintech or financial services sector

POSITION SUMMARY
The Director, International Accounting & Tax Compliance is a senior leadership role responsible for the end-to-end financial management of the Company's global subsidiary network. Reporting directly to the VP, Global Controller, this individual will manage a first-class international accounting team located in India and other countries that supports the Company's worldwide operations. The role owns the integrity of financial reporting across all international entities, leads the statutory and management financial statement close process (targeting a 7 business day consolidated close), manages external auditors and tax advisors globally, and ensures full compliance with local and international tax obligations, including transfer pricing.
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong leadership capabilities and a solid operational and technical accounting background. Working in a different time zone from the Company's US-based operations, this person works well independently while maintaining proactive, seamless coordination with HQ. They are equally comfortable thinking strategically and rolling up their sleeves to work in the details alongside their team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
International Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Oversee monthly and quarterly close processes for all international subsidiaries managing team of local accountants preparing and recording necessary elimination entries and performing reconciliation of all intercompany balances.
- Oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for all worldwide subsidiaries in accordance with applicable local GAAP.
- Maintain and continuously improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls across the international entity structure.
- Provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions including intercompany arrangements, foreign currency, consolidation eliminations, and business combinations.
- Coordinate with different teams including Payroll, Treasury and legal team to ,ensuring compliance with local payroll regulations.
Audit, Tax Compliance & Statutory Filing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all external audit engagements across subsidiaries globally, coordinating with audit firms
- Support international in-country tax teams and local service providers to meet all international regulatory and tax compliance requirements, including VAT/GST, and maintain proper documentation for local country tax refunds and credits.
- Partner with local service providers to review and coordinate international statutory filings.
- Oversee the timely and accurate filing of all corporate tax returns, VAT/GST returns, and other statutory tax filings across all jurisdictions in which the Company operates.
- Support the VP, Global Controller and CFO with international tax planning strategies, including permanent establishment risk management, withholding tax optimization, and treaty analysis.
- Implement, and maintain a robust global transfer pricing framework consistent with Group and local country requirements.
- Manage transfer pricing audits and respond to tax authority inquiries in coordination with local advisors.
- Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements including annual report filings, corporate secretarial obligations, and director reporting duties.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Partnership
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing international accounting team based in India and other international countries fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development.
- Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Treasury, FP&A, Payroll, and HR teams to ensure the global finance function operates as an integrated whole.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Required
- CPA or Chartered Accountant (CA) certification
- 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including 7+ years in a management role.
- Experience reviewing, preparing, and reconciling multi-currency, intercompany consolidation accounts.
- Experience working with international subsidiaries and transfer pricing.
- Comprehensive and current understanding of US GAAP and international accounting standards (IFRS or other local accounting standards), and multiple currency environments.
- Excellent computer and Excel skills, including advanced financial modeling and reconciliation capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across the organization and with external stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills; strong attention to detail.
Preferred
- Prior experience in an Employer of Record, PEO, staffing, or fintech/HR-tech company.

Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for intraday liquidity capabilities, ensuring the bank can monitor, forecast, and optimise intraday cash and liquidity positions across entities, currencies, and payment systems. - Define product vision, outcomes, and OKRs for intraday liquidity monitoring, forecasting, and controls.

The accountant will be responsible for the following primary activities:
- Perform general accounting functions including the preparation of monthly journal entries, analysis, and balance sheet account reconciliations.

What You’ll Do
Core Accounting Operations

The Accounts Payable Executive will be responsible for day-to-day recording and accounting of the procure-to-pay process, including treasury operations for the company. The Problem You’ll Solve
OpenFX can already move money cross-border. But without a world-class collections (Pay-In) layer, we’re missing the front door of the funds flow. Building this unlocks a new category of clients (global platforms, marketplaces, remitters, enterprises) and makes OpenFX materially stickier: once customers collect through us, their entire flow runs on our rails.
Most global businesses still collect money like it’s 2008: opening local bank accounts country-by-country, reconciling fragmented bank statements, and wiring funds back to HQ with delays, hidden fees, and constant operational breakage. If you have hundreds of thousands of customers across countries, “collections” becomes a full-time organisation, just to get paid and understand who paid you.
You'll build the product that fixes this. By owning Pay-Ins end-to-end, from local fiat rails and virtual accounts to fiat→stablecoin routing, to reconciliation that finance teams can close books with, you'll unlock a new category of customers (global platforms, marketplaces, remitters, enterprises) and make OpenFX the default operating system for their global treasury.
What you’ll own
You'll be the directly responsible individual for the Pay-Ins charter, from strategy through execution. Ownership isn't about shipping features, it's about delivering outcomes. This means:

Your first 90 days (what you’ll do)
Month 1: Discover and choose the wedge
- You'll conduct 15-20 deep discovery sessions with clients/prospects (marketplaces, enterprises, remitters, payment processors).
- You'll map the current state: how they collect, reconcile, repatriate funds, and where it breaks. Then you'll let the data, not the loudest voice, decide which rails and geographies to prioritize.
- You choose v1 rails based on demand, feasibility, and unit economics and you can defend that choice with numbers.
Month 2: Align & Plan
- Write a clear PRD and One Pager that articulates the Job to Be Done, Desired Outcomes, and SMART success metrics. Publish Pay-In API + workflow spec (payment references, webhooks, reconciliation model, exceptions)
- Define the fiat→stablecoin routing policy and the customer configuration surface.

- Lead the month-end closure process, ensuring timely completion of books and effective coordination with Business Finance, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP) teams.
- Prepare complete financial statements for the entity and present financial results to internal stakeholders with clarity and actionable insights.

- Monitor daily fund balances and plan deployment of surplus funds in mutual funds / fixed deposits.
- Verify vendor invoices, process vendor payments, and ensure proper documentation including tax invoices.
- Ensure accurate accounting entries and bank statement postings in Tally.
- Perform ledger scrutiny across multiple entities and resolve discrepancies.
- Identify and resolve vendor issues such as missing invoices, GST default cases, incorrect account payments etc.
- Ensure inter-company reconciliations and balance confirmations.
- Statutory & Regulatory Compliances
- Ensure timely filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B).
- Perform GST reconciliation between GSTR-2B and books and identify missing invoices or GST defaulters.
- Ensure TDS deduction, deposit by 7th of each month, and quarterly return filing.
- Monitor RERA quarterly filings and compliance requirements.
- Manage ROC compliances including Form 11, DIR-3 KYC, DPT-3 etc.
- Ensure advance tax computations and payments as per due dates.
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory audits of multiple entities.
- Real Estate Specific Compliance
- Monitoring RERA quarterly progress reporting (QPR) & Annual Progress Report (APR)
- Ensuring GST 80% utilization compliance for project entities.
- Financial Reporting & MIS
- Support monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries for management review.
- Assist senior management in financial planning and analysis where required.
- Audit & Process Improvement
- Coordinate statutory audits across group entities.
- Strengthen internal controls and accounting processes.
- Improve documentation and compliance tracking systems.
Candidate Profile
- Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, taxation and statutory compliances.
- Experience handling multiple entities or group structures preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Companies Act and ROC compliances.
- Experience with Tally and MS Excel.
- Exposure to real estate industry / RERA compliance will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, ownership and problem-solving ability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the design and development of conceptual, logical, and application data models in line with the organization’s Future State Finance Data Asset Strategy.
- Collaborate with Finance business teams to enhance understanding, interpretation, design, and implementation.
- Support Finance business and change teams in transitioning to target state data models and Data Asset delivery, focusing on improving current data feeds and resolving data issues.
- Develop data modelling schemas that align with Enterprise data models and support Finance Data Assets.
- Participate in data modelling and data architecture governance forums.
- Ensure Finance data models align with Enterprise data models and adhere to Enterprise Architecture principles and standards
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Finance data modelling.
- Contribute to model development planning and scheduling.
- Continuously improve the data modelling estate, ensuring adherence to risk management, control measures, security protocols, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Advise and support Finance modelling data requirements for new use cases and data changes.
- Create and maintain a range of data modelling documents, including model requirements, data flow diagrams, data catalogues, data definitions, design specifications, data models, traceability matrices, data quality rules, and more.
- Translate Finance business requirements into data modelling solutions and Finance Data Assets.
- Conduct continuous audits of data models and refine them as needed, reporting any challenges, issues, or risks to senior management.
- Seek opportunities to simplify, automate, rationalize, and improve the efficiency of Finance IT and modelling solutions.
- Update and maintain key modelling artefacts, such as Confluence, SharePoint documents, reports, roadmaps, and other domain artefacts.
- Provide data modelling and technical advice, maintaining ongoing relationships.
- Provide timely feedback to ensure that model development or modification meets business needs.
- Communicate data modelling solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring the communication style is appropriate for the intended audience.
- Support cross-program and cross-group Data Assets execution and delivery strategies, opportunities, and problem resolution.

MANDATORY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Business
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management and modelling within the Financial Services sector, ideally in a Treasury or Finance role, or a related front office environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing data models (conceptual, logical, and application/messaging) with appropriate phasing, transitions, and migrations.
- Strong understanding of managing data as a product across various enterprise domains and technology landscapes.
- Solid knowledge of business, data, application, and technology architectural domains.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and present data models and concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment, collaborating with data modellers from other domains to create shared and reusable data assets.
Technical
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies in a large-scale Agile environment, including active participation in daily standups and progress reporting.
- Knowledge of reference and master data management.
- Proficiency with data modelling tools such as Visual Paradigm, ERwin, PowerDesigner, ER Studio, etc.
- Understanding of data modelling standards and technical documentation using ERD, UML, or BIAN.
- Ability to deliver solutions that provide organizational benefits.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of key deliverables.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in a large, global banking setting is highly valued.
- Familiarity with data standards, governance, strategy, and lineage is a plus.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and big data solutions is advantageous.
- Knowledge of issue and data quality management, prioritization, business case development, remediation planning, and solution delivery.
- Experience with data governance initiatives like lineage, masking, retention policies, and data quality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of key deliverables.
- Open-minded approach to problem-solving, ensuring pragmatic and effective designs.
- Familiarity with ETL architectures and tools, including data virtualization and API integration, is desirable.
