About the role

You will be part of the engineering team responsible for The Roku Channel streaming service and will contribute to building apps and features on multiple platforms like for the FireTV, GoogleTV, web, Samsung, FireTV etc. The projects that you will work on will impact millions of Roku users around the world. All along, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with key product engineering stakeholders across Roku engineering teams, and contribute towards building world class media applications.
The ideal candidate will have endless curiosity and can pair a global mindset with locally relevant execution. You should be a gritty problem solver and self-starter who can drive programs with the product and business teams as well as with external partners. This position is needed to support our customers’ use of the Twilio platform, and help customers get the best experience from Twilio’s products. You will function as the voice of Twilio to our customers and partners, and operate as a subject matter expert for Twilio’s APIs and SDKs.
This role reports to a Manager, Technical Support, who will be based in our Bengaluru office. This position requires working in a shift. The current shift timings for shift based roles supporting our APJ & EMEA customers are 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM, 12 :30 PM - 9:30 PM, 1 PM - 10 PM & 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM (IST) Shifts.
This position also includes rostering. Rosters will be of a 5 day work week, and could include one or both weekend days.

The Support Experience engineering organization builds and improves Stripe’s user support from end to end: how users get help within our products, how they get in touch with us when they have questions, and how our teams use internal tools to answer those questions. We’re accountable for the quality and reliability of this support stack and we use data and firsthand experience to continuously improve it.
Providing great support to users of all sizes is culturally important to everyone at Stripe. We partner closely with Stripe’s design, product, and operational teams across a wide surface area: the external-facing support interfaces (https://support.stripe.com/), self-serve content, entry points, internal tooling, case routing, and helping product teams across the company reduce support volume by improving our products. Running an interview is easy. Running a good one is hard.
Chakra is an AI interviewer. It holds a conversation with a candidate, asks follow-up questions, evaluates how they think, and produces a report a hiring manager can actually act on. It is to conduct interviews that are more consistent, more probing, and more fair than most human interviewers manage in practice.
Here is the problem. A great human interviewer can do this. They read the candidate. They push on the right things. They know when an answer is shallow and when it just sounds shallow. Getting a model to do that reliably is genuinely difficult. Not because the technology cannot hold a conversation. It can. The gap is in judgment. Knowing what to probe. Knowing what the answer actually reveals about the candidate. Knowing when to move on.

As a Senior Software Engineer (GO) - DNS & Network Systems, you will own the architecture and delivery of Securly's DNS-over-HTTPS (DoH) resolver — a production-grade, identity-aware DNS service that enforces filtering policy at the browser and OS level for millions of students on managed Chromebooks.
This is a critical infrastructure role at the intersection of DNS, identity, and network security. You will design and build a high-performance DoH resolver in Go that extracts device and user identity from Chrome enterprise policy URL templates and integrates with Securly's DNS policy engine and Redis infrastructure. You own the full lifecycle: architecture, implementation, TLS configuration, and production deployment on AWS.
This role is the technical foundation of a potential simplification of Securly's SmartPAC identity architecture. Done well, it could collapse significant DNS-RPC signaling complexity (DID/cookie system, IP fusing, brokering state) that has been a source of reliability issues. The scope of that architectural decision will evolve with the POC, and you will be the engineer best positioned to inform it.

The Senior Software Engineer (Rust) - Proxy Infrastructure will own production hardening, performance validation, and infrastructure operations for Securly's Rust web filtering proxy — establishing the reliability and scalability baseline that millions of students depend on, and owning the on-premise Docker proxy appliance for school network environments.
Your mission is to ensure the proxy performs, scales, and deploys reliably in production. You will own canary rollout configuration, CloudFormation-based scaling infrastructure, load testing strategy, and performance baseline definition. You will also own the on-premise Docker appliance — a lightweight Rust proxy deployed in school network environments that intercepts TCP traffic and prepends identity headers.
At L5, this is not purely an infra-execution role. You are expected to identify systemic reliability risks in the proxy stack and propose architectural mitigations, not just react to incidents. You define what 'production-ready' means and enforce that bar.
