Indirect Tax Accounting

This position involves preparing accurate tax returns, developing tax-saving strategies, and ensuring timely payments. The Armis Deployment Engineer is a full-time role dedicated to rapidly deploying the Armis platform for our customers. This position is instrumental in accelerating the time to value by collaborating closely with the Customer Success team to plan, deploy, and operationalise the Armis platform.

The deployment engineer will ensure the implementation and configuration of all aspects of the platform, including reporting, dashboards, policies, and overall system setup, to deliver maximum product value. Additionally, the role involves providing expert support, in-depth analysis, and research to tackle complex issues related to deploying sophisticated cybersecurity infrastructures.

The Armis Deployment Engineer will be responsible for full platform deployment, including, but not limited, to the following activities: 

What you will do:

• Interact across Success/Sales teams and development teams at the peer level as part of the customer onboarding process.
• Expedite the deployment process of the Armis platform, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to create and execute deployment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Provide expert support, in-depth analysis, and research to address complex issues related to deploying sophisticated cybersecurity infrastructures.
• Maintain a high level of technical proficiency and hands-on expertise with the Armis products and solutions deployed within the customer’s network.

• Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine the best placement and setup for collection devices.
• Plan and execute the onsite and/or remote deployment of Armis collectors at various client locations.
• Ensure the customer deployments and configurations align with business use cases as defined by the Success team and drive Armis adoption and implementation plans
• Conduct system assessments and compatibility checks to ensure successful integration with existing client infrastructures.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support during deployment, addressing any issues that arise promptly and effectively.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive deployment documentation, including configuration guides, troubleshooting manuals, and user guides.
• Train clients' technical staff on the operation and maintenance of integrated systems.

What we expect:

• 3+ years experience as full-time Deployment Engineer highly preferred or as a Professional Services Engineer, Consultant, or IT/Operations Engineering
• 5+ years experience in a combination of the following; designing, deploying, configuring, supporting, troubleshooting, debugging and coordinating Unified Communications products, devices, solutions, and technologies for small, medium, large and/or enterprise businesses
• 3+ years experience working in Security/IT/Healthcare/ICT/Commercial sectors

• Experience analyzing, use and configuring medium to enterprise networks.

The Role 

We are looking for a Client Service Member who loves the challenge of finding the perfect flight, building a compelling quote, and delivering genuinely personal service to high-expectation travelers. 

You will own each client request from start to finish: from reading the initial message and understanding what the client actually needs, through searching for the best options, to writing a polished quote that makes their decision easy. You will work across multiple booking strategies, including award travel, loyalty program redemptions, and premium fare inventory, and you will communicate with clients in a way that always feels warm, fast, and professional. 

This is an individual contributor role. You are the person the client interacts with, and your work directly determines the quality of their experience. 

Compensation 

$700 - $1,200/month USD, depending on location and experience.

What You'll Do 

Search and Optimization 

• Execute searches across multiple booking strategies: award travel, mileage and loyalty program redemptions, creative routing, and premium fare inventory 
• Identify the best available options for each client, combining routes, fare classes, and availability in ways that genuinely serve their goals, not just the most obvious result • Apply fare rules and availability knowledge to find solutions that are both accurate and creative
• Document complete pricing details, fare rules, and booking requirements in our workflow systems so nothing is lost in handover 

Quote Creation and Client Delivery 

• Build polished, well-structured quotes that follow Ascend's standards for tone, clarity, and formatting 
• Add clear reasoning to every quote: why this route, what the fare rules mean for the client, the pros and cons of each option, and any availability considerations they need to know about 
• Deliver quotes within SLA targets: within 5 minutes for short-haul requests and within 25 minutes for long-haul or complex itineraries 
• Present options in a way that makes the client's decision easy and confident, not overwhelming 

Client Communication 

• Acknowledge every new client message within 30 seconds so they know it is being handled 
• Maintain proactive, high-touch communication throughout the search and booking process 
• Confirm key preferences before quoting: cabin class, routing preferences, loyalty program memberships, and any flexibility on dates or connections 
• Handle follow-up questions, clarifications, and booking confirmations with professionalism and genuine warmth 

Data Accuracy and Handovers 

• Maintain 100% accuracy across all workflow systems and client records: task status, client notes, booking details, and preferences updated in real time 
• Ensure seamless handovers to the Ticketing and Trip Fulfillment teams so the client's experience does not have any gaps 
• Document all key client interactions and decisions so the team has full context at every stage 

Escalation and Quality 

• Escalate VIP, high-complexity, or time-sensitive requests to your Team Lead immediately, rather than attempting to handle them alone 
• Flag pricing anomalies, policy concerns, or system issues when you spot them • Participate in quality audits and apply feedback to continuously improve your work 

What You Bring 

Must Have

• 2+ years in travel operations, luxury hospitality, or high-touch client service where you understand what premium service actually feels like from the client's side
• Hands-on Sabre GDS experience is mandatory for this role. You must already be comfortable using Sabre for flight search and booking. This is not a skill we can train from scratch 
• Excellent written communication: your client messages are clear, professional, and feel personal, not like they came from a template 
• Strong attention to accuracy: you maintain 98%+ accuracy even when you are moving quickly across multiple requests 
• The ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously while meeting tight response and delivery SLAs

Essential Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field of study.
• 15 or more years of combined experience in at least three disciplines: business, information, solution or technical architecture, application development, middleware, business analysis, database management, strategic and operational planning in a multitier environment.
• 5+ years of experience in architecting and building integration solutions with Boomi
• Experience in building AI automation solutions using LLMs, RAG and AI Agents
• Proven ability to design and optimize application and data integration processes across disparate systems.

As a Senior Solution Consultant II, you will be responsible for leading the pre-sales process for complex software solutions. The Schools Team works in a lean and collaborative way with our partners, developing strong implementation plans and providing support at every step of the way. Specifically, the team supports teachers and administrators through training and resources, and enabling peer-to-peer sharing. We learn and constantly iterate by gathering feedback and through data-backed insights and efficacy studies.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Khan Academy India is looking for a passionate individual to join our growing Schools Team as a Project Lead consultant to support our programme with the school education department in Telangana. The role  will be based in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of the Khan Academy programme in the state, in collaboration with the Department of School Education, Telangana.  You will also work closely with Khan Academy India’s Content team, Partner Operations, Teacher Professional Development, and Data and Efficacy teams to ensure high-quality implementation of our programme. 

Please note that is a contract-based role (12-months contract, subject to extension).

Your key responsibilities will be to: 

• Support programme implementation: Work with Department of School Education, Telangana and the state nodal officer to help support the implementation of the Khan Academy learning platform across government schools in Telangana.
• Take ownership of work streams and deliver on the pre-agreed goals
• Deliver and support in delivering training to education officials (Khan Academy program mentors/administrative cadre) and teachers on a regular basis. 
• Follow up on training implementation and unearth insights and challenges to strengthen the program for all teachers continuously.
• Manage relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with administration officials which include nodal officers, state resource persons, district-level officers, and school stakeholders.
• Gather data-backed insights: Assist the program and partners throughout the implementation to take the right decisions based on data-backed insights.
• Regularly conduct field visits(3-4/week) and have regular touchpoints with the officers and teachers to generate insights from the schools that will help the Khan Academy team identify strategic levers to increase adoption and deepen usage of Khan Academy. 
• Manage knowledge effectively: Ensure that all state discussions are documented in a standard format and keep key stakeholders (internal and external)  in the loop.
• Build our learning muscle by analyzing qualitative feedback from the state systems 
• Collaborate with the rest of the teams at Khan Academy India to ensure timely and successful delivery of our program and services. 
• Provide any other support, as needed, for the programme.

• Bachelor’s Degree (BE / BTech - CS) from Tier I / II universities like IIT’s / NIT’s and MBA from Top Tier B-schools (IIM) preferred.
• 5-8 years of professional work experience in Supply Chain Analytics or SC Product Development, with at least 3 years spent delivering value for a Consumer Goods or Retail environment 
• Excellent research, analytical, and numerical skills
• Proven exceptional problem-solving analytical skills with an ability to blend creativity and logical thought to innovatively think through a problem and develop solutions
• Ability to develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis

To enhance the global services team, we are hiring a Service Consultant with strong and proven customer implementation experience in the IT market to be based in our Bangalore office.  This position is responsible for successful consulting project delivery in support of both internal and external customers. This role can take on many aspects from acting as a technical lead for solution implementations to providing best industry practices to customers on new products for their business. This role will work closely with Project Management to support all consulting services, as well as Product Management and Support to provide best in class service for our customers. The successful candidate is expected to maintain a professional, courteous and customer service focused attitude at all times.

Experience/Qualifications

• 3+ years applicable experience managing technology implementations utilizing software tools
• 1+ years of MSP Experience preferred
• Knowledge of CRM, ERP, PSA and RMM software and markets
• Good Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Active Directory
• Proficient Microsoft Windows Server and patch management best-practice skills  
• Experience with Routing, Switching, & Firewall/Edge technologies

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and efficient consulting and process integration services to new SMB partners using Kaseya's IT Complete Suite of solutions (including PSA, RMM, IT Glue, and Security)
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the entire implementation process.
• Manage multiple partner implementation projects while providing both high-level and detailed implementation consulting.
• Conduct assessment of partner needs, explain the product features and functionality, and how it relates to the business. Provide best practices for device/system setup to prevent unnecessary support requests.
• Define product specifications for the partner and end-users installation.
• Respond to partner inquiries and direct the resolution of outstanding issues.
• Monitor partner use and adoption of the software throughout the implementations
• Help scope implementation and professional services engagements in conjunction with the sales team.
• Work alongside internal teams including Tech Support, Partner Success and Sales to elevate our partner experience.
• Other duties as assigned.

Non-Technical Skills Requirements

Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills using products such as MS PowerPoint, Excel, Project Plans
