Role Overview:

The IT SOX Director is responsible for the end‑to‑end ownership of the SOX compliance program, covering IT General Controls (ITGCs), IT Application Controls (ITACs), automated controls, and Business / Financial Reporting SOX. This role partners closely with Information Security, IT, and Finance to ensure effective control design, testing, remediation, and continuous improvement in support of SOX Sections 302 and 404.

Key Responsibilities:

1. IT SOX Program Leadership & Strategy:

• Own and lead the end‑to‑end IT and Financial Reporting SOX program, ensuring effective design, operating effectiveness, remediation, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee SOX compliance for:
• IT General Controls (ITGCs), IT application controls, and automated controls across existing and new systems supporting financial reporting.
• Lead financial reporting risk assessments to determine SOX scope for new or changed business processes

1. Risk Assessment, Scoping & Control Design

• Lead annual and ongoing IT risk assessments to determine SOX scope for existing systems, new applications, platforms and technology changes
• Lead annual and ongoing risk assessments to determine SOX scope for existing and new financial reporting process; Manage the review of design and operating effectiveness of the process

1. SOX Testing Oversight & Issue Management:

• Oversee the design and operating effectiveness reviews of:
• ITGCs and ITACs across scoped systems and platforms
• Business and financial reporting controls across in‑scope processes
• Direct and guide the team through all phases of SOX testing, including planning, walkthroughs, testing, review, and reporting.

• Perform quality reviews of testing results to ensure accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness, and drive timely completion of in‑house SOX testing.
• Prepare IT and business process owners for external SOX audits, walkthroughs, and inquiries.
• Review SOC 1 Type II reports, assess control implications, and coordinate discussions with relevant process owners including Complementary User Entity Controls.
• Support identification, evaluation, and remediation of SOX deficiencies in partnership with stakeholders.

1. Audit & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate and support external auditor requests, including walkthroughs, evidence submission, and issue resolution.
• Build strong working relationships with IT, Engineering, Information Security, and Finance Controllers to ensure smooth SOX execution.

1. Process Improvement, Automation & Transformation

• Identify and implement opportunities to automate IT and SOX controls, reduce manual effort, and increase auditor reliance.
• Drive standardization and quality of SOX documentation, including process flows, Risk & Control Matrices (RCMs), system diagrams, and role matrices.
• Promote continuous improvement through effective use of SOX tools, GRC platforms, AI tools, and data analytics. 

1. Team Leadership & Talent Development

• Lead, coach, and mentor the in‑house SOX team, fostering technical excellence and accountability.
• Set clear performance expectations, review work quality, and develop a high‑performing compliance culture.
• Support capability building and succession planning within the SOX function. 

1. Regulatory & Industry Awareness

• Stay current with SOX, PCAOB, COSO, and IT risk management standards, including emerging focus areas (eg: AI)
• Monitor regulatory developments and proactively adapt the SOX program to meet changing expectations

Skills required:

• Strong working knowledge of ITGC, ITAC, Key data reporting testing and financial reporting SOX
• Ability to interpret and leverage SOC 1 / SOC 2 reports, including evaluation of CUECs and sub‑service organizations
• Strong working knowledge on SOX scoping for IT applications/platforms and financial reporting process
• Strong understanding of COSO Internal Control Framework and alignment of IT controls to financial reporting risks
• Solid understanding of IT environments including ERP systems, cloud platforms, dev Ops, change pipeline and cloud controls
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and manage inhouse SOX teams
• Clear, concise communication of IT and financial reporting risks and control issues to senior management and audit committee

Education Qualification required:

• CA/CPA/IT or MBA Engineering graduates/Certified Information System Auditor/ with 10 to 15 years of IT SOX experience. The candidate should also possess reasonable business SOX experience.
• In-depth expertise in the COSO framework, PCAOB standards, and IT control environments.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale, complex SOX programs within public company settings.
• Strong ability to engage and influence senior leadership and external auditors.

SEC Reporting

 Job Description:

 The Manager / AM of Financial Reporting responsibilities will include, but not be limited to preparation of all SEC filings on Form 8-K, 10-Q and 10-K, proxy statement, Section 16 filings, XBRL compliance, and any other filings as deemed necessary. In addition, this position will be involved in reviewing, assessing, and documenting new accounting standards; writing technical accounting memos; assisting in implementation of new accounting standards, including providing requests to auditors as requested. This position will also assist with any accounting and financial reporting matters associated with future acquisitions or divestitures, including the necessary purchase accounting. The position will provide auditor assistance with quarterly reviews and annual audits.

Essential Responsibilities:

 Prepare SEC reporting documents (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K) including XBRL tagging in partnership with the external service provider

• Prepare footnote support schedules, tie-out support for SEC filings and disclosure checklists
• Assist with research and preparation of technical accounting memos
• Collaborate with the general accounting team to prepare corporate financial reporting for internal analysis and external SEC filings
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with SEC regulations
• Work closely with external auditors to manage the financial quarterly review and annual audit process
• Provide financial analysis including explanations of variances between actual and budget/prior period
• Ensure internal controls over financial reporting, including disclosure controls and procedures, are adequate and operating effectively
• Participate in monthly/quarterly financial close review meetings to ensure appropriate accounting of transactions and accurate external reporting
• Participate in special projects and ad hoc requests as needed

This role:

The Senior Quality Auditor is a member of the Quality Assurance Team reporting directly to the Sr Manager, Quality Auditing. They conduct internal audits ensuring compliance with all applicable cGMP regulations, processes, systems and provisions of the Quality System. They host and manage regulatory authority and client inspections. They serve as a technical expert within the Quality Auditing department.  Performs internal audits / assessments by collecting and analyzing objective evidence regarding issues and risks. Ensures that audit schedules are produced and communicated in a timely fashion. Plans, schedules, coordinates, supports, and leads detailed audits of facility practices to ensure that policies and procedures comply with worldwide regulatory agencies and Corporate Quality Policy guidelines. This includes review of updated GMP regulations and current FDA and outside of US requirements and incorporation into internal programs, where appropriate.

• Leads/supports Client audits of the facility. Prepares for the audit/assessment activity by researching background information, including previous audit results. Assists in reviewing audit responses. Maintains the assessment file through the process to closure.
• Supports routine GMP and Pre-Approval Inspection regulatory audits. Prepares for audits by coordinating documentation, arranging facility tours, reserving conference rooms, and communicating with facility subject matter experts. The Validation Associate II is a key member of the Computer Systems Validation team within the Technical Services organization. The Validation Associate II must have a working knowledge of the overall requirements dictated by worldwide regulatory agencies with respect to computer systems validation. This position works directly with the Information Technology department and other functional areas and is considered the lead validation resource. The Validation Associate II understands industry best practices and maintains a state of audit readiness always. This position reports to the Manager, Computer Systems Validation.

What you'll bring:

• BS in Electronic or Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, preferred
• 3+ years experience of working within a regulated environment (worldwide regulatory agencies), particularly in computer systems validation or other validation discipline
• Ability to use enterprise software (i.e., ERP, EDMS, QMS, JDE, Trackwise, etc.)
• Experience with Microsoft Project
• Technical writing skills

Position Overview

The Senior Accountant will serve as a key accounting resource within Skild AI’s finance function. This is a hands-on, full-cycle accounting role requiring ownership of day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, payroll accounting, and general ledger management.

You will be responsible for preparing journal entries, performing reconciliations, supporting month-end and year-end close, and ensuring financial records are accurate and audit-ready. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, operates independently, and collaborates effectively across teams and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle accounting operations for the India subsidiary, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and payroll accounting in QuickBooks
• Process vendor invoices end-to-end (coding, approvals, payment execution), maintain vendor master data, reconcile vendor statements, and manage weekly payment runs in compliance with company policies
• Generate and issue customer invoices per contractual terms, apply cash receipts, maintain the AR subledger, reconcile AR aging weekly, and proactively manage collections and escalations
• Coordinate with the US Controller on revenue recognition under ASC 606 and ensure accurate contract documentation and billing records
• Monitor key working capital metrics (e.g., AR aging, DSO) and escalate trends or risks to management

We are seeking an experienced CET Spec Check Auditor to support our US-based client’s commercial furniture dealership operations, representing leading brands such as Haworth, Steelcase, Teknion, and others. This role is responsible for running and reviewing Spec Check in CET, validating furniture specifications, finishes, pricing, and technical configurations prior to order entry. The ideal candidate has hands-on dealership experience and understands the end-to-end workflow from CET design to final order submission.

This position is critical in preventing costly specification errors and ensuring seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run and review Spec Check reports in CET Designer, Project Spec.
• Validate part numbers, finish codes, electrical components, and pricing accuracy.
• Cross-check CET drawings against furniture specifications and quotes.
• Identify missing components, incompatible options, or technical conflicts.
• Review manufacturer quotes and acknowledgments (ACKs) for discrepancies.
• Confirm applications meet manufacturer guidelines and technical requirements.
