Maps Specialist

About the Role
In this role, your main focus will be to work on curating new zones of our HD maps which are utilized by our autonomous delivery robot. A primary focus of the role will be to use in-house tooling to curate and annotate specific features of the real world into our maps (lane geometry, junction locations, traffic lights, etc.). These maps are essential to our autonomous driving capabilities and allow us to expand our coverage of neighborhoods and cities where our robots will operate, performing deliveries to real customers.

QA and Triage Specialist

About the Role
In this role, your main focus will be to work on a variety of QA and triage tasks to assist in the development of our autonomous delivery robot. A primary focus of the role will be to triage the logs of the daily testing runs of the robots conducted in the US. This includes replaying and analyzing specific events as annotated by the testing team, categorizing such events, and working with the software team to evaluate any required improvements. The role could also involve setting up various simulation scenarios for testing within our simulation environment as well as creating maps used by the autonomy stack for navigation.

- Analyze: Utilize proprietary diagnostic tools and techniques to triage and diagnose robot autonomy issues accurately and efficiently
- Execute: Take charge of ensuring the prompt analysis of issues, generating reports and data visualizations that effectively prioritize and summarize identified issues
- Build: Develop and construct diverse scenarios within a simulation environment to test and validate new autonomy features. Additionally, create and maintain a library of scenarios to support comprehensive regression testing
- Collaborate: Work cross-functionally with Operations, Program Management, and Software Engineering teams to provide an effective feedback loop of identifying, routing, and monitoring key issues across various systems of the autonomy stack
- Optimize: Streamline and enhance QA processes and workflows
- Lead: Have opportunities to take end-to-end ownership of QA initiatives, encompassing process establishment, defining metrics, new team member training, execution, quality auditing, and reporting

Workday Integrations Specialist
About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Workday Integrations Specialist to join our People Tech team. This role involves crafting and managing integrations within Workday, enhancing system functionality, and providing essential support to our business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Integration Development and Management:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand integration needs and objectives.
- Design and implement robust integration solutions connecting Workday with internal and external systems using tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors, Picof/ PECI
- Ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and security of data through comprehensive testing and error management.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing integrations, serving as the primary technical contact for business teams.
- Document all integration processes and maintain a detailed log of system changes and updates.
System Configuration and Enhancement:
- Develop custom Workday Extend applications by working closely with business stakeholders to meet their needs.
- Recommend and implement improvements and innovations within the Workday platform.
- Lead the integration aspects of Workday system upgrades, ensuring compatibility and functionality with new releases.
Compliance and Collaboration:
- Work alongside the HR team to ensure system security, business process compliance, and alignment with audit requirements such as SOC and SOX.
- Engage with the broader Workday community to stay abreast of new technologies and best practices, using this knowledge to propose solutions that address business challenges.
Project and Implementation Leadership:
- Lead Workday integration projects from conception through to successful execution, ensuring alignment with the overall People Tech roadmap.
- Manage the implementation of system configurations, testing, training, and deployment to enhance user adoption and satisfaction.
Our Humble Expectations
- 3-4 years of experience in Workday integration development and support, including at least 1 year of experience with Workday Extend.
- Demonstrable knowledge of Workday technologies such as Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, BIRT Reporting, PECI, Cloud Connectors, and Document Transformation.
- Proficiency in data transformation languages including XSLT and XTT/ETV.
- Strong capability in designing complex reports and dashboards.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of effective project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- A Workday integration certification is highly desirable.
