About the team
Stripe is investing in building out its Creative Design team within SDC to reach users across the globe. The team designs comprehensive ad campaigns tailored for various platforms, ensuring that every visual element aligns with our marketing goals and engages our audience effectively. We create net-new creative content, localize and adapt our content to meet the unique cultural and linguistic needs of different regions, to effectively present our message in global languages.
In addition to our work in advertising and web content, we also produce high-quality designs for presentations and other collateral aimed at large users and executive audiences. Our designs enhance the clarity and impact of our messages, making complex information accessible and engaging. Whether it's a pitch to clients or a strategy meeting with executives, we provide visually compelling designs that communicate our ideas confidently and effectively.
What you’ll do
Designers’ at Stripe’s SDC demonstrate a passion for captivating storytelling and great design. They use design systems to help tell compelling stories to a variety of audiences, and are well-versed at expanding, evolving, defining, and documenting flexible design systems and experiences that achieve bar-raising quality and consistency for the brand at scale. They are user-focused, have a strong understanding of the business, and are empathetic and inspiring. The ideal candidate excels across a variety of styles, crisply articulates design decisions, iterates quickly, and collaborates seamlessly with marketers, product managers, leaders, other designers, and other partners.

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for driving all aspects of the Analytical and Microbiological Quality Control (QC) laboratories at Genezen. This individual provides leadership, scientific and technical expertise for all QC activities, as well as support to Analytical Development for all method qualification/validation activities. This person is also the facility aseptic subject matter expert, including responsibilities for the environmental monitoring program. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge and experience in a cGMP/ GLP testing lab.

Job Summary:
The Senior Art Director is a senior-level creative contributor within the agency who may interface directly with Real Chemistry clients as well as all areas of the organization. Primary responsibilities include guiding the ideation and creative development for projects, business development, and some corporate marketing as needed. In addition to possessing an excellent knowledge of effective graphic and/or presentation design techniques (via both the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint), a successful Senior Art Director should possess a thorough understanding of the principles of successfully integrating copy with art and layouts. This position also requires strong creative problem-solving skills and the ability to translate strategic ideas into polished deliverables and then present them to key stakeholders.

This is an opportunity to join Beauty AI Studio (BAIS), OLIVER's creative solution designed specifically for Unilever's Beauty & Wellbeing portfolio, as Creative Director — setting the creative standard for Gen AI-powered beauty content across multiple markets and some of the world's most iconic beauty brands, including Dove, TRESemmé, Pond's, and Simple, to name a few.
Based in the BAIS Maker Hub in India with a hybrid working arrangement, you'll be the creative authority at the heart of the Hub — ensuring every asset produced meets the premium beauty aesthetic that Unilever's brands demand, regardless of the market it's made for. You'll interface directly with in-market brand teams, BAIS client service leads, project managers, and Comms Strategists — translating brand vision and market insight into creative direction that the Hub's production teams can execute with precision, consistency, and craft.

About the role:
The Digital Art Director will be managing projects for key global brands across multiple platforms and channels. Together with the Lead Creator, you will develop digital concepts, art direction and assets that demonstrate exemplary standards in craft, whilst adhering to the client’s brand guidelines. Experience in Adobe After Effects / basic motion graphics required.
