Woolpert is hiring a Roadway Engineer to join our dynamic Transportation Team at one of Ohio office. This position reports to the Roadway Engineer and is responsible for  projects spanning multiple states, multiple clients and presenting unique challenges. Given the wide range of projects and clients, our engineers are exposed to a number of different practices which allow them to not only become well rounded, but also to find a specialty they have interest in. While work is usually related to transportation, engineers regularly work in disciplines outside of the standard transportation roles. These can include work with aviation, military, private development as well as bikeways and trails.

Qualified candidates may be eligible for a signing bonus of up to $5,000, based on experience and role alignment. Bonus eligibility is contingent upon 12 months of service and must be repaid if the employee leaves the company within one year of hire.

What You Will Do:

• Work as part of a diverse design Team to provide design services across a variety of practices.
• Lead design or help design complex roadway and transportation projects that require creative solutions. Projects include roadway, bikeways, pedestrian facilities, roundabouts, trails, multi-modal transportation or transportation planning.
• Perform engineering design tasks such as highway and street design, roadway alignments, roundabout design, roadway grading and modeling, curb ramp design, signing and pavement plan, maintenance of traffic, storm drainage.
• Use local and federal roadway standards to prepare preliminary and final design documents, cost estimates, and bid documents.
• Perform designs using software including Microstation, OpenRoads Designer (ORD), AutoCAD, and/or Civil 3D.
• Assist Project Managers in the writing of proposals as well as preparing scope, schedule and budget of projects

Position Overview

Woolpert is hiring a Site Civil Engineer (PE) to join our dynamic Land Development Engineering team. This position reports to the Engineering Team Leader and is responsible for plan production, performing and reviewing design calculations, and assisting project teams with a variety of site/civil land development engineering projects. The Site Civil Engineer will work alongside teams to deliver flawlessly executed designs of site layouts, utilities, sanitary and storm sewer, grading and earthwork, erosion control, stormwater management systems and stormwater pollution prevention plans.

What You Will Do:

• Design and create site layout plans in alignment with client requirements and Woolpert standards.

ABOUT THE JOB

As Senior Scientist, you will support the development of Anduril’s proprietary metal-powder fuel formulation through chemical and materials research and development. Woolpert is hiring a Technical Dynamics 365 Data Migration Manager to join our dynamic Corporate Applications. This position reports to the Senior Director, Corporate Applications. This role is accountable for leading and executing ERP data migrations for companies acquired by Woolpert in support of the firm’s growth strategy. This role is a hands-on technical leadership position within the Corporate Applications team, responsible for defining migration strategy, leading the IT data migration team, and designing and executing enterprise-wide data migration and ETL processes.

This role is critical to the successful integration of acquired companies into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE) by ensuring accurate, timely, and auditable conversion of legacy data into Woolpert’s ERP ecosystem. The position requires a balance of people leadership and deep hands‑on technical execution, with direct involvement in complex data extraction, transformation, loading, reconciliation, and validation across global legal entities. • Own and lead the ERP Data Migration workstream within Woolpert’s overall M&A integration program.

The Senior Project Engineer is looked to for design expertise and the ability to lead a project from concept to final design. Summary of Job:

The Regional Business Manager is a critical role in establishing KKI as a leader in Rare Diseases by demonstrating our commitment to supporting the efforts of Rare Disease healthcare providers in improving patient health outcomes and becoming a trusted resource in demonstrating value along the patient journey. 

The Regional Business Manager will understand education referral networks to identify appropriate patients and ensure maintenance on Crysvita by supporting appropriate multidisciplinary support of the patients via their care network.  

They will also work closely with the cross-functional teams at KKI.  

The Regional Business Manager serves as the lead point of contact for activities within the assigned hospital networks, academic Institutions, and surrounding practices and works closely with Market Access, Sales, Marketing, and Medical Affairs. 

Essential Functions:

• Maintain a high degree of clinical knowledge to engage effectively with Endocrinologists, Geneticists, and Rheumatologists in the areas of X-Linked Hypophosphatemia (XLH) and Tumor Induced Osteomalacia (TIO). 
• Focus efforts on achieving the greatest positive patient impact. 
• Manage patient identification by understanding the patient journey to aid in the diagnosis and thus enable access to therapy. 
• Clearly understand and implement the marketing plan, accurately articulate the value proposition, and utilize on-label and approved marketing materials only to attain sales/patient objectives for assigned products on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. 
• Communicate all disease, product, and formulary information in a manner that is truthful and non-misleading, consistent with Kyowa Kirin's compliance policies and all applicable laws and regulations.

The anticipated salary for this position will be $180,500 to $202,400. Responsibilities:

• Source candidates using a variety of search methods.
• Screen candidates by reviewing candidates’ application profiles and performing phone screens.
• Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
• Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews.
• Serve as a consultant and business advocate to hiring managers during the selection process to make hiring recommendations based on interviews, assessment data, and candidate qualifications.

• Utilize and keep Applicant Tracking System updated in real-time.
• Assist HR team with New Hire Orientation and other additional projects.

• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection are done following employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience recruiting for a variety of positions in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Per Scholas seeks a Manager, Talent Solutions to cultivate a pipeline of employers that can hire multiple Per Scholas graduates for IT jobs.  The role is a unique opportunity to raise awareness about Per Scholas in the business and employer community and build sustainable talent pipelines between employers and our graduates.  

The successful candidate will have strong marketing, sales, and business development experience, preferably in technology, talent acquisition, and human resources. Success in this role will be measured by achieving 100+ employment opportunities annually and meeting the team’s monthly and yearly talent placement goals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO :

• Develop a new enterprise-level employer business development strategy with internal and external stakeholders. This will include sector and occupational analysis and informational interviews with existing employer partners and Per Scholas colleagues.
• Cross-sell other options for engagement with Per Scholas, including customized training opportunities and training and development services
• Analyze new trends and opportunities within the industry that will help you develop and maintain a strong understanding of the market and our competitors.
• Implement a local, enterprise-level strategy to sustainably secure 5-10 employer accounts who will commit to 7 or more hires annually across multiple business lines, focusing on job placements in IT support, software engineering,  cybersecurity, and entry-level cloud roles. This will include an entire sales cycle from networking and prospecting through initial stage relationship management to successfully landing and fulfilling a volume job order, with high employer satisfaction.
• Build professional, working, and consultative relationships with clients within Metro Atlanta by developing a nuanced understanding of the industry's unique client/business needs.
• Work closely with the Director of Talent Solutions, career coach, and instructors to ensure students are matched to appropriate job opportunities.
• Manage accounts to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Maintain real-time records in CRM (Salesforce.com) and active communication with clients
• Additional tasks and projects assigned by your direct manager. 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO US:

Professional Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent relevant experience) and at least two years of Talent Acquisition, Sales, Human Resources, or Business Development experience, with a proven track record of closing multiple deals leading to repeat clients or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience presenting to senior executives (C-Level), operational managers as well as technical and non-technical staff
• Success in leading and executing the sales process with expert sales, organizational, business, and professional skills
• Consultative selling and relationship management skills to drive results with clients
• Expert business knowledge to understand the business needs that drive clients to hire Per Scholas graduates
• A deep understanding of the IT industry’s talent/workforce needs, current staffing, and future growth trends, as well as connections within the employer landscape in the Atlanta area
• Demonstrated creativity in the development of solutions to diverse customer needs, including requirements documents, statements of work, and contracts
• Track record of excellent relationships with partners and executives

For this role specifically, we are targeting a salary of 55,000 with a range between $50,000 and $60,000. The salary difference is typically determined by several factors, including geography in which the selected candidate resides and alignment with qualifications and experience.
