SUMMARY

The individual will be responsible for performing fund accounting and analysis functions for the firm’s Commingled Retail Investor Funds. The Retail Investor Funds include SEC registered investment companies operating as an interval fund and a tender offer fund. The interval fund’s investment strategy is in generating attractive risk-adjusted returns and current income through a variety of infrastructure investments. The tender offer fund’s investment strategy is in a variety of private equity secondary investments and co-investments. This individual will report to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the firm’s Commingled Retail Investor Funds. This individual will also work closely with GCM Grosvenor’s Finance leadership team.

As an onsite/hybrid employee, you are expected to be in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursday.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform the daily valuation process, coordinating with the GCM valuation and accounting teams, the third-party valuation firm, and the fund administrators, to ensure valuations updates are reflected in the daily net asset value of the Funds.
• Responsible for the day-to-day accounting and operations of the Funds including:
  • Reconciling and recording of investment and investor activity.
  • Preparation and oversight of the fund expense budget, monitoring of the expense cap as well as any reimbursements related to expense support payments due to the Advisor.
  • Calculation and review of the daily management fee and incentive fees and quarterly payment due to the Advisor.
  • Management of the funds’ cash balances, investment and investor activity, and overall fund liquidity to ensure investment and investor transactions are appropriately settled in coordination with the GCM treasury team
• Prepare daily NAV calculations as well as quarterly and annual NAV and financial statement packages, including investor reporting. 
• Responsible for the semi-annual and annual fund financial reporting and periodic financial filings of the infrastructure interval fund (N-CSR, N-Port, etc.). Includes running a reporting calendar, managing fund service providers, and assisting with the annual fund audit.
• Preparation of monthly advisory entity financial statements prepared in accordance with US GAAP and under existing SOX regime requirements in accordance with GCM’s monthly accounting close calendar.
• Preparation and presentation of financial materials for the Board of Directors quarterly meeting.
• Manage, monitor, and provide guidance to the outsourced accounting provider(s).
• Collaborate with other teams throughout the firm, including tax, legal, treasury, client services, portfolio management, etc.
• Support investment and client relationship personnel on due diligence requests, marketing materials and ad-hoc requests.
• Assist in preparation of financial statement audits and regulatory compliance reporting for the various partnerships and companies.
• Assist in special projects as requested.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• BA/BS in Accounting/Finance with outstanding academic credentials;
• 8+ years of experience working for a financial services firm or top-tier accounting firm.
• CPA preferred.
• Accounting experience in managing mutual funds, private equity, hedge funds or similar types of alternative products.
• Experience working in the mutual fund industry and familiarity with the regulatory requirements of the Investment Company Act of 1940 and SEC regulations highly preferred.
• Experience with internal control compliance (SOX 404) a plus.
• Demonstrated team player, self-starter, and independent thinker with the ability to exercise excellent judgment.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of flexibility, accuracy, and attention to detail.

This individual will take a lead role in our financial reporting process and implement accounting best practices across our family of operating companies. As our business continues to grow, the Senior Accountant will have opportunities to lead others and step into a Controller-level role. This role reports directly to the Group Controllers with regular interaction with the CFO. 

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing accounting processes as well as financial reporting to the holding company on a monthly basis. Additional responsibilities include: 

• Implement and maintain consistent accounting practices across portfolio companies.

About the Role

The Senior Channel Account Manager, National Enterprise Partner will report to our Director of Global Channel Account Management carrying a primary focus on building pipeline and channel revenue with a specific named list of contracted and non-contracted partners. There will also be a heavy focus sourcing strategic new channel relationships. Summary of Job:

The Regional Account Manager (RAM) – Rare Disease is a critical commercial role responsible for expanding the diagnosed patient population and driving appropriate treatment initiation through education-driven, data-informed field engagement. This role is designed to complement existing Regional Business Manager (RBM) coverage by placing primary emphasis on new and earlier patient identification, diagnostic pathway enablement, and referral network activation.

In rare disease markets, where growth is driven by patient identification rather than market share shifts, the Regional Account Manager focuses on uncovering diagnostic gaps, enabling earlier disease recognition, and ensuring appropriate handoff of qualified patient opportunities to RBMs for treatment initiation and account execution. The RAM serves as a field integrator across the local ecosystem and works in close collaboration with Regional Business Managers and relevant cross-functional partners

Essential Functions:

Patient Identification & Diagnostic Enablement

• Identify rare disease patients through engagement with healthcare providers, including but not limited to IM/FP, General Pediatrics, Rheumatology, Physical Therapy, Pain Management, and other non-traditional specialties
• Identify and address diagnostic gaps within targeted accounts that may delay or prevent accurate diagnosis
• Map, influence, and support local diagnostic and referral pathways to reduce time from disease suspicion to confirmed diagnosis
• Support appropriate use of diagnostic tools and specialist referrals, including utilization of approved HCP identification tools

About the Job

As a Customer Support Representative with Keeper, you will handle customer requests and feedback via phone and email through Salesforce (including troubleshooting and real time assistance). The Customer Support Representative will be a highly organized go-getter and problem-solver who seeks to enhance our customer experience by delivering accurate, quick and professional assistance.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls, tickets and chats regarding product problems, service questions and general client concerns
• Consistently remain up-to-date on product knowledge and work collaboratively with management and other teams to stay informed of any changes in company policies
• Know when to escalate more in-depth issues to the Tier 2 team
• Provide excellent B2B customer service and top notch support
• Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and work to establish a positive rapport with each of them

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a technical support role
• Experience with Google Docs and MS-office tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Proven history of maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers

Upbound is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to help us build and operate Upbound Spaces, the multiple control plane management software at the heart of the Upbound Platform. As part of the Spaces team, you will help us scale Upbound to reliably support thousands of control planes, while also extending enterprise control plane management and operations both in the cloud and on premises. Our team is expanding, and this is the perfect opportunity for you to make a significant engineering impact in both development and production operations.

What You'll Do

• Actively build and operate Upbound Spaces in production, troubleshooting and resolving issues across multi-tenant SaaS environments, as well as contributing to Upbound's open-source projects, including Crossplane.
• Take ownership of building features in high demand by Upbound's customers and deliver new functionality that will delight and amaze our users.
• Investigate and debug complex issues in customer environments, including multi-control plane scenarios, resource reconciliation problems, and performance bottlenecks.
• Communicate through thoughtful and thorough design documents for new initiatives and detailed post-incident reviews that drive system improvements.
• Support the full project lifecycle for highly scalable and reliable services running in a cloud environment – discovery, analysis, architecture, design, review, documentation, building, migration, automation, deployment, production-readiness, and ongoing operational support.
• Write and maintain Go code that interfaces with the Kubernetes API, such as operators, controllers, add-ons, etc., with a focus on observability, debuggability, and operational excellence.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot our Kubernetes services in production, using metrics, logs, and traces to identify and resolve issues quickly.
• Build and maintain operational tooling for debugging customer environments, analyzing control plane health, and automating incident response.
• Author documentation, user guides, runbooks, and blog posts to support and promote new features that you release.
• Support the software release cycle for Spaces self-hosted distributions, including diagnosing issues in customer-managed deployments.
• Participate in on-call rotation to support Upbound Cloud, responding to incidents and driving them to resolution.

What You'll Bring

• Have experience operating production cloud services at scale: monitoring, alerting, incident response, post-mortems, and continuous improvement of service reliability.
• Have strong debugging skills across distributed systems, including experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, distributed tracing) and techniques for diagnosing issues in production environments.
• Have experience building and operating controllers that interact with the Kubernetes API server, including troubleshooting reconciliation loops, managing API rate limits, and optimizing controller performance.
• Are comfortable working directly with customers to understand, reproduce, and resolve complex technical issues in their environments.
• Take responsibility and ownership for solving problems even if they are outside your lane, especially during incidents affecting customer workloads.
• Demonstrate excellence in your work, constantly trying to improve your skills and the operational posture of the systems you build.
• Have empathy for customers and keep them in mind as you build solutions, understanding that reliability and debuggability are features.
• Realize the importance of clear communication and effective collaboration to work as a team, deliver great results, and support customers through technical challenges.
