Primary Purpose and Function:
GHX is seeking a Logistics Coordinator role to coordinate all travel for Inventory Field Operations staff including but not limited to: Reservations for air travel, rental cars and hotel rooms. Must notify all affected staff of documented travel arrangements in a timely manner. Compares travel costs to ensure the most cost-effective options are identified and utilized when it makes the best business sense. Assist with staffing of physical inventories and/or compliance with third party vendor credential requirements as needed. Provide analysis of travel arrangement cost and operations efficiencies.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Completes travel arrangements for Inventory Field Operations staff with air, hotel, car, and other ground transportation vendors at the lowest possible fares. Utilizes preferred vendors to minimize expense for Inventory Field Operations budget thereby maximizing profit for GHX.
- Follows company procedures, guidelines and standards in the areas of customer service, utilization of company equipment and Internet productivity, attendance, accuracy of work, invoicing, etc.
- Participates fully as a team member to assist as needed in completing all functions related to servicing the travel needs of the staff, including ticket/itinerary processing, clerical functions, travel credits, etc.
- Researches and provides solutions to travel-related problems staff may have experienced with arrangements provided to them by a Logistics Coordinator.
- Is fully informed and stays abreast of all airline rules and regulations and other industry requirements which may impact travel for our staff and accurately communicates and applies this information when making travel arrangements.
- Assists in all facets of inventory team logistics to include but limited to inventory operations T&E.
- Maintains a high level of competency in utilizing technology to make such travel arrangements including but not limited to internet usage, MS Office software, etc.
- Working knowledge of online travel corporate platforms and collaborating with hotel sales team to negotiate rates.
- Attends staff and training meetings related to Inventory Field Operations and its impact to travel coordination as well as office procedures.
- Promptly keeps leadership and direct team abreast and informed of all challenges or matters of significance and suggests alternative courses of action which may be taken. Take prompt corrective action where necessary.
- Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate which will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity, and efficiency/effectiveness.
- Supports scheduling setup to align staffing assignments with travel arrangements and inventory project needs
- Must be responsive to team members to assist with travel related issues even during off hours.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Needed for the Job:
- Must have demonstrated expertise with MS Office software, specifically MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
- Must have demonstrated competency in the use of the Internet to search and secure travel arrangements such as airfare, hotel and ground transportation services.

- Design, program, and implement Crestron-based control systems for audio-visual applications in commercial and residential environments.

- Develop customized user interfaces for control panels, touch screens, and mobile devices using Crestron's proprietary programming software.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

- Proven experience in programming Crestron control systems, including Crestron Certified Programmer (CCP) certification.
- Strong background in Digital Signal Processing (DSP) programming, including familiarity with DSP processors from manufacturers such as Biamp, Extron, QSC.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Crestron Simpl# and Simpl# Pro.
- Knowledge of AV protocols and standards, including but not limited to: TCP/IP, RS-232, RS-485, and HDMI.
- Experience with AV equipment and components, including video codecs, displays, audio processors, microphones, and speakers.
- Ability to read and interpret AV system designs, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to adapt to new technologies and a continuous learning mindset.

About the Role
In this role, your main focus will be to work on a variety of QA and triage tasks to assist in the development of our autonomous delivery robot. A primary focus of the role will be to triage the logs of the daily testing runs of the robots conducted in the US. This includes replaying and analyzing specific events as annotated by the testing team, categorizing such events, and working with the software team to evaluate any required improvements. The role could also involve setting up various simulation scenarios for testing within our simulation environment as well as creating maps used by the autonomy stack for navigation.

Our foundational infrastructure is already in place and actively supporting production workloads, but many current practices evolved organically during earlier growth stages. Rather than building from scratch, you'll evolve an existing production environment by introducing stronger operational patterns, improving deployment safety, and ensuring our infrastructure layer reliably supports increasing system scale. This role offers meaningful ownership of the infrastructure backbone supporting a platform that combines real-time application systems with machine learning workloads, and the opportunity to influence how systems are deployed, operated, and scaled as the organization grows.
What You'll Do
- Review and rationalize current Azure and AWS environments, identifying configuration drift, security gaps, and operational inconsistencies, and establish clear configuration standards across cloud accounts
- Introduce repeatable Infrastructure-as-Code patterns to ensure cloud resources are provisioned, versioned, and audited through automated workflows
- Strengthen CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployment to reduce manual operations and increase release safety across both application services and ML workloads
- Establish consistent logging, metrics, and alerting practices across infrastructure and container workloads to improve operational visibility
- Audit and improve cloud security practices including IAM policies, secrets management, network segmentation, and operational access controls
- Evaluate current infrastructure architecture and introduce patterns that enable workloads to operate portably across both Azure and AWS environments
- Improve Kubernetes platform reliability by refining autoscaling policies, workload isolation, and cluster lifecycle management
- Partner with Fullstack and ML teams to reduce infrastructure friction around environments, networking, and resource provisioning
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience operating production cloud infrastructure at scale
- Deep experience with at least one major cloud provider (Azure or AWS) and working familiarity with the other
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker for running containerized workloads in production environments
- Proficiency with Terraform or equivalent Infrastructure-as-Code tooling for provisioning and managing cloud infrastructure
- Experience implementing automated deployment pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar platforms
- Strong operational mindset with a focus on reliability, automation, and clear technical documentation
Nice to Have
- Experience with observability tooling such as Prometheus, ELK, OpenTelemetry, or similar logging, metrics, and monitoring systems
- Familiarity supporting ML infrastructure workloads including pipeline orchestration, model deployment, and scalable inference environments
- Experience working in logistics, robotics-adjacent platforms, or real-time distributed systems
- Track record of translating application requirements into secure, reliable, and operationally safe infrastructure architecture
- Exposure to cloud cost visibility and optimization practices
- Experience introducing infrastructure governance standards including templates, security baselines, and operational documentation

About the Role
We're looking for a Senior ML Engineer (Ops) to own the infrastructure engine behind Gather's machine learning platform. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who thrives on the "last mile" problem — ensuring that sophisticated vision models don't just work in research, but run reliably at scale in production environments.
You'll be the primary builder and maintainer of our MLOps platform, leading the transition from manual, ad-hoc deployments to a fully automated, enterprise-grade system. What You'll Do
- Migrate box and barcode detection pipelines to cloud infrastructure following MLOps best practices
- Build and maintain cloud-based training pipelines for GPU models, ensuring efficient resource utilization and reproducibility across experiments
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deployment across production and non-production environments
- Implement automated rollback, canary, and blue-green deployment strategies for ML microservices
- Build out a multi-tenant MLOps platform using tools like Prefect, ZenML, or similar orchestration frameworks
- Establish a centralized model registry and versioning system for all production assets
- Instrument observability across the ML stack — logging, metrics, and distributed tracing — to ensure reliability at scale
What You'll Need
- 6+ years of industry experience (outside academia) in ML engineering, MLOps, or infrastructure engineering
- Deep operational fluency with Kubernetes and Docker for ML workload orchestration
- Strong production-grade Python skills with a track record of hardening research code into scalable microservices
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD for ML (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and model serving frameworks (e.g., KServe, SageMaker, Vertex AI Endpoints)
- Experience with pipeline orchestration and model lifecycle tools such as Airflow, MLflow, Kubeflow, or Flyte
- Cloud: Deep experience with one major cloud provider (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP), including building training pipelines in the cloud for GPU models
- Proven ownership of production system reliability, including SRE principles, observability stacks, and automated failure safeguards
Nice to Have
- Prior experience building end-to-end MLOps pipelines (data, model, and inference) from scratch
- Domain experience in logistics, supply chain, or robotics-adjacent cloud platforms
- Familiarity with feature stores and training/serving data consistency patterns
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
