MongoDB Technical Services Engineers use their exceptional problem solving and customer service skills, along with their deep technical experience, to advise customers and to solve their complex MongoDB problems. Technical Service Engineers are experts in the entire MongoDB ecosystem - database server, drivers, cloud and infrastructure. This also includes services such as Atlas (database as a service), or Cloud Manager (which helps customers with automation, backup and monitoring of their MongoDB systems). The Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) is a US government-wide program that provides a standardized approach to security assessment, authorization, and continuous monitoring for cloud products and services. Our FedRAMP program requires that anyone who is accessing customer data or metadata inside the Authorization Boundary be a US Citizen on US Soil. In order for us to triage and assign cases, it is necessary to be able to identify available resources at any given time. For this reason the FedRamp team is composed of three separate shifts: first shift, second shift, and third shift. This posting is for Third Shift, in which your working hours would be 8pm-5am PST. Weekend Shift: We are looking to speak to candidates who are interested in working out of our West Coast offices under our flexible or remote working models, Monday to Friday for the first 6-9 months depending on ramping speed. Once considered ramped, they will transition to a permanent Wednesday to Sunday work week to provide weekend coverage alongside other peers. Saturdays and Sundays are considered fully online workdays and not an on-call shift. MongoDB is on a mission to change the way people think about databases. Along the way, our customers encounter questions and issues about how our approach to databases works for their use case. In Technical Services, it's our job to help these people.

You'll be working alongside our largest customers, solving their complex issues - resolving questions on architecture, performance, recovery, security, and everything in between. You'll be an expert resource on standard methodologies in running MongoDB at scale, whatever that scale may be. You'll be an advocate for customers' needs - working with our product management and development teams on their behalf. And you'll contribute to internal projects, including software development of support tools for performance, benchmarking, and diagnostics. In addition, you will also be responsible for mentoring and ramping new team members and taking initiatives in building knowledge of new product lines within the MongoDB ecosystem.

The Role

Compensation - At Human Interest, we consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate pay range for each position, including the cost of labor in different markets across the U.S. The total On Target Earnings (OTE) for the role described in this job posting is $135,000 - $140,000 which includes a base salary of $70,000, and a variable target compensation of $70,000. As a Food Service Assistant at Bezos Academy, you’ll help provide nutritious, compliant meals to children at our tuition-free, Montessori-inspired preschool and provide direct support with a variety of additional tasks both in and out of the classroom. You will manage all aspects of food preparation and service with strong attention to detail, organization, and adherence to safety protocols. Key responsibilities include preparing CACFP-compliant menus, placing food orders and managing food costs, receiving and verifying food deliveries, ensuring all meals are delivered to classrooms on time, and managing all clean-up, organization, and documentation. Assuming full ownership of the kitchen and food operations at the school, you will serve meals in accordance with USDA requirements, Bezos Academy policies, and local childcare regulations.

Beyond the kitchen, you will assist school staff and administration with a variety of tasks including inventory checks, laundry, and other ad hoc duties. As needed, you will also occasionally step into classrooms to provide direct supervision and support to the children. We are hiring a part-time Food Service Assistant to support our preschool in Lahaina, Maui  (127 Kukuia St, Lahaina, HI 96761) with an expected start date of August 2026.  

SCHEDULE, BENEFITS, & COMPENSATION

• This is a part-time, non-exempt/hourly position requiring a minimum of 25 hours per week, with occasional opportunities to work additional hours based on school needs.  
• You will work a five-hour shift, Monday through Friday, totaling 25 hours per week. Specific school schedules are determined by school leaders when considering all staff, classroom, and community needs, but are currently expected to be 7:30am-12:30pm. 
• Compensation for this position is $21-$31 per hour. The upper third of the compensation range is typically reserved for existing employees who have been in the role for multiple years and who demonstrate strong performance over time. Starting compensation will vary by qualifications and prior experience. 
• Benefits include paid sick (care) time, accrued based on hours worked, and a 401(k) plan with a 4% employer contribution match.  

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS  

• Age 18 with high school diploma or GED 
• Experience working in an institutional or highly regulated kitchen/food setting with a clear understanding of food preparation best practices and protocols 
• Ability to meet all credentialing criteria for early childhood teacher-caregivers (at least 6 months of childcare experience) and food service assistants in the state of Hawaii

Food Service and Site Operations

• Place weekly food orders with the vendor based on student attendance trends and food waste analysis
• Receive and verify daily food deliveries to ensure accuracy with order quantities and alignment with the approved menu. If meals are non-compliant, follow the Emergency Food SOP
• Manage all aspects of routine vendor performance to ensure the vendor is meeting or exceeding expectations
• Ensure all meals served to students are compliant and document any menu changes on menu
• Track food consumption and waste daily to ensure food costs remain as lean and efficient as possible
• Prepare and serve meals and utensils to classrooms for each scheduled meal service
• Maintain compliance with strict food hygiene and safety protocols at all times and maintain compliance with all state and local jurisdictional requirements
• Ensure the kitchen, equipment, serving utensils, cookware, and dishes are consistently cleaned, sanitized, and well-maintained
• Manage and organize food inventory, including proper labeling, dating, rotating stock, and discarding items nearing expiration in accordance with food safety guidelines
• Record and log food temperatures prior to each meal service to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Accommodate children’s special dietary needs, including allergies, medical restrictions, and cultural or religious food requirements
• Assist in serving meals during family engagement and school events as needed

Added responsibilities if food is prepared on-site:

• Place weekly groceries orders based on the menu and current inventory
• Receive and verify food delivery and follow up with vendor if food delivered is incorrect based on the order or spoiled
• Prepare meals according to the planned menu and adapt recipes for dietary restrictions (allergies, religious diets, vegetarian, etc.)
• Prepare meals on a schedule (breakfast/lunch/snack)
• Adapt the menu (make substitutions) to avoid food spoilage and waste following the Menu Substitution SOP
• Help plan menus that are nutritious, budget-friendly, and appealing to students

Added responsibilities if school is under CACFP:

• Ensure vendor provides a delivery receipt and keep it for 3 years
• Children receive the appropriate portion sizes for each meal pattern component by providing correctly sized serving utensils and clearly communicating the required serving sizes to classroom staff upon meal delivery
• Review meal counts for accuracy and upload into SharePoint weekly
• If there are any menu substitutions, provide the necessary menu-supporting documentation (CN label, product formulation statement, Nutrition Facts, standardized recipe)
• Attend the required annual sponsor CACFP training that includes meal pattern, reimbursement, meal counts, claims, recordkeeping, and civil rights
• Clock in/out of Workday based on food-related responsibilities

Classroom Support

• Provide classroom coverage as needed
• Assist teachers with the full implementation of Bezos Academy’s performance standards, policies, and procedures
• Support Bezos Academy classrooms by following regulations and guidelines in the day-to-day operation of the classroom (i.e., cleaning materials, meal prep, nap time transitions, etc.)
• Organize materials and clean the workspace to facilitate the learning process for each child

The Role

The Embedded Operations Manager is Striveworks’ permanent, on-the-ground presence at a US Army Division HQ, accountable for the “last mile” of the NGC2 program. Partnered with the Field Program Manager and Technical Lead, you bridge the gap between high-level program intent and daily tactical execution. Operating with high autonomy, you manage the ground-level logistics, readiness, and relationships that keep the program moving. An Embedded Operations Manager operates with autonomy, sound judgment, and an ownership mentality—not because someone is watching, but because the mission demands it. This role requires someone who can hold the ground professionally when the rest of the team is remote, who can read a room full of Soldiers and a room full of senior leaders with equal credibility, and who knows instinctively when to solve a problem and when to escalate one. As an operations manager, you take personal ownership of the mission. Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Ensure operational readiness: Own the preparation and execution checklists for all exercise cycles and operations, avoiding preventable gaps in systems or facilities access

THE ROLE

The Senior Technical Support Specialist will serve as the primary owner of the Khan Academy Kids support function — the trusted first point of contact for our users and a strategic partner to our Product, Engineering, and Partnerships teams. This is a build role: you'll own the end-to-end support experience for Khan Kids — designing the systems and processes that make it run, while staying in the work yourself across everything from individual parent inquiries to district-level app deployments and product release readiness.

This role supports all of Khan Kids' audiences. You'll context-switch between a parent troubleshooting an app issue and a district IT admin navigating a Clever integration, and you'll bring the same care, technical fluency, and follow-through to both. You'll also serve as the internal voice of our users, surfacing trends and insights that directly inform how we build and improve our product.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in the US or Canada. Proximity to our San Mateo, CA office is a plus, as the Khan Kids Product and Engineering team is based there.

Key Responsibilities:

The approximate time allocations below reflect a typical distribution, but will shift seasonally based on user needs. For example, during back-to-school season, district and partner support will naturally take a larger share of focus.

Grassroots User Support (~40%)

• Own our Zendesk account end-to-end — managing inbound tickets from parents, teachers, and app store reviews with prompt, accurate, and empathetic responses, while also configuring workflows, macros, and tagging taxonomies to handle growing volume efficiently.
• Define, track, and report on core support metrics — including first response time, resolution time, and ticket volume — using data and AI tools to surface patterns, drive process improvements, and bring structured insights to Product and Engineering.
• Surface, replicate, and document user-reported bugs and ticket trends, serving as the go-between for users and the Product and Engineering teams to ensure issues are tracked, resolved, and informing the roadmap.
• Maintain and improve our Help Center and technical user guides — writing and updating support articles, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, release notes, and device-specific resources (e.g., Google Admin Console guides for Chromebook deployments) — leveraging AI tools for efficient content creation.
• Serve as first responder for user-facing incidents — coordinating with Engineering on triage, communicating status to affected users and partners, and documenting post-mortems.
• Conduct regular testing of the Khan Kids app experience, including structured competitor analysis of peer apps, to proactively surface friction points and keep support content accurate as the product evolves.

Partner & District Support (~40%)

• Support district rostering via Clever and manual methods, serving as a knowledgeable resource for district IT administrators navigating app deployment and setup.
• Triage, test, and track technical support issues for district and school partners, leading technical support calls as needed to resolve complex issues.
• Collaborate with our District Success Team to write and maintain district-facing support resources, ensuring partners have what they need to successfully deploy and scale Khan Kids in their schools.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with district and school partners, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and long-term engagement

Product Release Support (~20%)

• Partner with Product and Engineering to coordinate QA testing ahead of app updates, new features, and content launches — and develop corresponding support resources so users and partners are prepared from day one.
• Maintain a close working relationship with the broader Khan Academy support team to align on tools, standards, and escalation processes.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 5+ years of experience in customer support, technical support, or a related field, ideally in an EdTech or consumer app environment.
• Hands-on experience with Zendesk or a comparable support ticketing platform, including account configuration and management — not just day-to-day use.
• Experience supporting educational deployments — including rostering platforms (e.g., Clever, ClassLink), mobile device management (e.g., JAMF, Mosyle), and admin consoles (e.g., Google Admin, Apple School Manager) — or a demonstrated ability to learn complex technical ecosystems quickly.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.

Stratolaunch is seeking a Sr. Account Manager – INDOPACOM to serve as a front-end Business Development leader responsible for building relationships across the regional command and driving strategic award opportunities within Indo-Pacific programs. This individual will help shape and capture opportunities by translating customer needs into funded programs, with a particular focus on how Stratolaunch’s developing Targets portfolio can support military exercises across the INDOPACOM region. This is intended to be a hands-on role for someone who can lead capture strategy, develop win themes, build relationships, and contribute to proposal development in partnership with the broader BD team.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and execute the full business development lifecycle across INDOPACOM-related pursuits.
• Lead capture activities by developing win strategies, capture plans, and opportunity shaping plans that position Stratolaunch for award.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Removes, installs, reconditions, and repairs engines. Makes necessary adjustments on the engines and to the components in the various systems, such as water pumps, fuel pumps, turbochargers, generators, compressors, coolers, carburetors, and cylinder heads.
2. Performs diagnostic tests on engines for lack of power, inability and hard to start, misfiring, overheating, excessive oil consumption, and basic tests on charging system.
3. Removes, installs, and makes repairs and necessary adjustments on the various power train components such as torque converters, torque dividers, direct drive transmissions, power shift transmissions, oil and dry clutches, steering clutches, and brakes, final drives, differentials, transfer cases, gear boxes, and undercarriages.
4. Performs diagnostic tests on power train components for overheating, operational pressure checks, and slippage.
5. Removes, installs, reconditions, repairs, and makes necessary adjustments on the various hydraulic controls and components such as cylinders, pumps, valves, and hydraulic attachments.

POSITION SUMMARY: Under the general direction of the Service Manager, with little or no supervision, the Tech 3 shall perform highly skilled work in the repairing, reconditioning, testing, and adjusting of all equipment sold by Hawthorne.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Remove, install, recondition, and repair engines. As well as make necessary adjustments on the engines and to the components in the various systems, such as water pumps, fuel pumps, turbochargers, generators, compressors, coolers, carburetors, and cylinder heads.
2. Perform diagnostic tests on engines for lack of power, inability and hard to start, misfiring, overheating, excessive oil consumption, and basic tests on charging system.
3. Remove, install, and make repairs and necessary adjustments on the various power train components such as torque converters, torque dividers, direct drive transmissions, power shift transmissions, oil and dry clutches, steering clutches, and brakes, final drives, differentials, transfer cases, gear boxes, and undercarriages.
4. Perform diagnostic tests on power train components for overheating, operational pressure checks, and slippage.
5. Remove, install, recondition, repair, and make necessary adjustments on the various hydraulic controls and components such as cylinders, pumps, valves, and hydraulic attachments.
6. Perform diagnostic tests on hydraulic systems for operational pressures and flow check.
7. Must be able to meet flat rate as established by Caterpillar and industry standards.
8. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a minimum of 4 years selling directly into U.S. Navy or broader DoD accounts
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quota, with deal sizes of $500K–$5M+
• Established network of relationships within the Navy: program offices, N-codes (N2/N6), PEO organizations, commands, and/or supporting prime contractors
• Experience co-selling with Federal Systems Integrators and navigating partner-influenced deal structures

5. Maintains all rental trucks and equipment. Washes, fuels, performs basic preventative maintenance per manufacturer’s specifications (240hr or first service only).
6. Performs the following minor repairs:
   • Minimal repairs to electrical components, limited to replacement of fixtures, bulbs, fuses, and belts.
   • Minimal repairs to chassis components, limited to replacement of brackets, buckets, and other attachments.
   • Minimal repairs to engine components, limited to replacement of oil filler caps, breather hoses, and dip sticks.
   • All major repairs will be conducted and performed in the main repair shop.
7. Demonstrates the safe and proper use of all trucks and equipment to customers.
8. Reports to and assists the Service Manager.
9. Completes all other duties as requested.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

1. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
2. Must have a valid Drivers License with a good driving record.
3. Must have PC skills.
4. Must have the ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing.
5. Must be forklift certified or able to be certified within 60 days.
6. Must have some operational and mechanical knowledge of rental trucks and equipment.
7. Must have the ability to work with internal and external customers in a courteous and diplomatic manner.

POSITION SUMMARY:   Under direct supervision of the Technical Services Manager, this position exists to assist the Technical Services Manager as a liaison between the dealership and CAT®. The incumbent will work in support of the Technical Services Manager to communicate with Caterpillar® and relay any pertinent information as needed to the dealership and the customers. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Working under the direction of HPC Technical Services Manager, (TSM) keeps personnel informed of the latest updates from CAT® by maintaining a Technical Library and distributing technical information within HPC.
2. Assists TSM in accurately providing timely information to Sales, Parts, and Service by meeting customer needs and minimizing or eliminating startup and operating problems, reducing rework, and verify any complaints by comparing operation with normal or specified operation.
3. Assists TSM in administering the appropriate Sales and Service literature by identifying application zone and describing critical factors and recommendations to factory or user as needed.
4. Assists TSM to determine cause of wear, failure, reusability, and salvage methods on worn or failed parts.
5. Assists with conducting inspections and generating reports of deficiencies for user or for factory.
6. Assists TSM with measuring scheduled oil sampling results and makes recommendations to user as needed.
7. Takes into consideration Dealer and factory liability when reporting and investigating an accident in support of TSM.
8. Assists TSM in administering and maintaining ongoing log of product problems and actions that were needed to resolve.
9. Provides technical assistance for the internal HPC employees.
10. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
11. Works safely at all times and follows HPC safety policies, procedures and practices.
12. Performs all other duties as assigned by management.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

1. Must have a high school diploma or have passed a GED test or can provide verification of all formal classroom study or hands on experience related to heavy equipment repairs.
2. Enrollment in an accredited 2-4 year Post Secondary Technical Education Program, with a minimum of one semester completed.
3. AA degree from a trade school preferred.
4. Must have a valid Hawaii “Class 3” Driver’s License with a good driving record.
5. Must have working knowledge of Word, Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
7. Ability to work in team environment and possess positive attitude.
8. Ability to multitask and establish priorities.
9. Ability to maintain a flexible attitude and approach towards assignments and successfully operate under ambiguous guidelines.
