About the Skuad Acquisition
Back in August 2024, Payoneer acquired Skuad. We are looking for an experienced Global Procurement Manager – Employee Benefits to lead the setup and implementation of employee benefits across the globe. This role will focus on enabling new benefits, ensuring compliance, managing governance frameworks, and acting as an escalation point for complex benefits matters.
Key benefit areas include insurance, company-issued devices, co-working spaces, meal and other vouchers, car lease, background verification, and medical checks/health & safety programs.
This position will play a critical role in building scalable frameworks for global benefits delivery, ensuring consistent execution and alignment across countries
What you’ll do:
Global Benefits Enablement & Governance-
- Lead the implementation and setup of new benefits programs across multiple countries, covering health and life insurance, devices, co-working spaces, vouchers, and related offerings.
- Research and benchmark local market practices to design compliant, competitive, and cost-efficient benefits packages.
- Partner with HR Operations, Legal, Finance, and Payroll teams to operationalise benefits programs and ensure smooth rollouts.
- Develop and maintain standardised processes, documentation, and governance frameworks to support scalable and efficient global benefits management.
- Be responsible for end-to-end vendor/partner management, including onboarding, negotiation, contracting, invoicing, payments, and vendor reviews.
Escalation Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration-
- Act as the escalation point for complex or critical benefits-related queries, exceptions, or compliance issues.
- Collaborate with HR Operations on enrolment, de-enrolment, and vendor coordination, providing subject-matter expertise and guidance.
- Oversee vendor performance, vendor contracts, renewals, and benefit structures to maintain policy consistency and legal compliance.
- Provide structured recommendations and insights to leadership on program design, effectiveness, and improvement opportunities.
Reporting & Insights-
- Monitor benefit utilisation, spend trends, and vendor performance to identify risks or optimisation opportunities.
- Prepare reports and insights for leadership on country-wise benefits of performance, compliance status, and upcoming renewals.
Who you are:
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, partnerships, global benefits, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of international benefits, insurance programs, and compliance frameworks is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AI tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc. (good to have)
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and operate independently in a global, fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail with strong project management and organisational abilities.

What you’ll be spending your time on
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines for the company's products
- Building and maintaining high-performance, fault tolerant, scalable ALM system, from Version control, Builds and Deployments to Monitoring and configuration management

- At least 6 years’ experience as DevOps Engineer
- A minimum of 5 years of exposure running production workloads (AWS, Azure or GCP)
- Microservices architecture & container orchestration (Docker and Kubernetes)
- Experience with CI/CD tools and source control management tools (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps, SonarQube, Artifactory etc...)
- Experience with GitOps (e.g., ArgoCD or Flux)
- Experience with Configuration Managements tools like Chef, Ansible or Puppet
- Proven Scripting capabilities: PowerShell/Bash/Python
- High level Linux OS expertise
- Programming experience skills (C#, NodeJS - advantage)
- Experience managing application servers and web servers

Role Summary
We are hiring Senior Engineers who combine solid software engineering fundamentals with proven proficiency in AI-assisted development. This role is designed for engineers who have actively used AI coding tools (such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex CLI only) for at least one year and can leverage these capabilities to ship higher-quality code faster. You will be embedded in product engineering squads, leading feature development, mentoring junior engineers, and championing AI-first development practices across the team.

This is not an AI research role - it is a core engineering role for engineers who use AI as a force multiplier. We expect you to:
- Use AI coding assistants daily to accelerate development without sacrificing code quality.

Key Responsibilities
1 Feature Engineering & Delivery
- Design, build, and ship production-quality features across the full stack or within your domain (backend, frontend, platform, or data).
- Leverage AI coding assistants to write, refactor, document, and test end-to-end code efficiently.
- Translate product requirements and technical specifications into clean, maintainable implementations.
- Lead feature squads for medium-complexity initiatives from design through deployment.
- Participate in and drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and technical estimation sessions.
2 AI-Augmented Development Practices
- Champion the use of AI pair-programming tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.) across the engineering org.
- Develop and document internal guidelines for effective AI prompt engineering within coding workflows.
- Conduct training sessions or knowledge-share presentations on maximising productivity with AI tools.
- Critically audit AI-generated code for logic errors, security issues, and performance anti-patterns before merging.
- Stay updated on the latest AI development tooling and evaluate new tools for team adoption.
3 Code Quality & Engineering Excellence
- Write testable, modular, and well-documented code following the team's style guides and design principles.
- Drive test-driven development (TDD) and maintain code coverage targets.
- Perform thorough code reviews with constructive feedback; uphold engineering standards.

- Participate in RCA (root cause analysis) for production incidents; implement lasting fixes.
4 Architecture & Technical Design

Required Qualifications
1 Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

2 Experience
- 3 – 5 years of professional software engineering experience in a product-focused environment.
- Minimum 1 year of active, hands-on experience using AI coding tools in professional work (not just personal projects).
- Track record of shipping production features end-to-end with measurable business impact.
3 Technical Skills — Core Engineering
- Languages: Proficiency in at least one of — Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, Go, or Kotlin.
- Web / API: REST, GraphQL, gRPC; familiarity with microservices and event-driven architectures.

- Technical Leadership: Define and establish front-end engineering best practices, including architecture, performance optimization, and maintainability.

Role Summary
We are seeking a Lead Engineer, AI Systems to serve as the technical anchor across our AI-augmented engineering organisation. This role bridges our Senior AI Coding Engineers, the AI/ML Developer (SLM Specialist), and the Agentic Systems intern cohort. You will set technical direction, own cross-cutting architectural decisions, and champion the responsible, high-impact adoption of AI-assisted development practices across the entire engineering function.
You will remain hands-on with code while simultaneously shaping how the wider team builds, evaluates, and ships AI-powered products.
Key Responsibilities
1 Technical Vision & Architecture
- Define and own the end-to-end technical architecture for AI Systems — spanning product feature surfaces, model inference APIs, and agentic toolchains.
- Drive Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), system design reviews, and RFC processes across squads.
- Establish standards for integrating SLM/LLM model endpoints into product surfaces built by the Senior Engineering team.
- Evaluate emerging AI infrastructure patterns (RAG, agentic orchestration, vector stores, model serving) and guide adoption decisions.
- Own the technical roadmap for AI tooling, developer productivity, and model integration layers.
2 Cross-Squad Technical Leadership
- Act as the primary technical liaison between the AI/ML Developer (model side) and Senior Engineers (product side), ensuring smooth API contracts, evaluation loops, and deployment handoffs.
- Provide technical direction to Agentic Systems interns, reviewing designs, code, and agentic pipeline implementations.
- Unblock senior engineers on hard architectural or integration challenges that span squad boundaries.

3 AI-Augmented Engineering Excellence
- Define and maintain the organisation’s standards for AI-assisted development — covering context engineering, AI code review protocols, context management, and tool evaluation criteria.

- Evaluate new AI coding tools, agentic frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen), and developer-productivity platforms; produce adoption recommendations with measured trade-offs.

Required Qualifications
1 Education

2 Experience
- 6 – 8 years of professional software engineering experience in product-focused environments.
- Minimum 2 years in a formal or de-facto technical lead / staff engineer capacity across multiple squads or systems.

The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end AI Solutions — from dataset curation and pre-processing to training, evaluation, and production deployment. Key Responsibilities
1 Model Design & Training
- Design, train, and fine-tune Small Language Models (SLMs) using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Conduct experiments with supervised fine-tuning (SFT), reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), and instruction tuning.
- Implement efficient training pipelines leveraging distributed training (DDP, FSDP) across GPU/TPU clusters.
- Perform hyperparameter optimisation, ablation studies, and model selection based on benchmark results.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for collecting, cleaning, tokenising, and pre-processing large-scale training corpora.
2 Model Evaluation & Quality
- Define and implement evaluation frameworks including perplexity, BLEU, ROUGE, BERTScore, and task-specific benchmarks.
- Conduct red-teaming, bias analysis, and safety evaluations to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Benchmark models against established baselines (e.g., GPT-2, Phi, Mistral) and track performance over iterations.
- Collaborate with QA teams to build regression suites for model versioning and continuous evaluation.
3 MLOps & Deployment
- Containerise and deploy models using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native ML platforms (AWS SageMaker / GCP Vertex AI / Azure ML).
- Build and maintain model registries, experiment tracking (MLflow, Comet), and reproducible training pipelines.
- Optimise inference performance through quantisation (INT8, INT4), pruning, distillation, and ONNX/TensorRT conversion.
- Monitor model drift, data drift, and performance degradation in production; implement automated retraining triggers.
4 Research & Innovation
- Stay current with state-of-the-art NLP/LLM research; prototype and validate new techniques from published literature.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, technical documentation, and model cards.
- Explore parameter-efficient fine-tuning (PEFT) methods such as LoRA, QLoRA, and Adapter layers.
- Investigate and apply mixture-of-experts (MoE), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic workflows as needed.
5 Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work with product managers and domain experts to translate business requirements into model objectives and KPIs.
- Communicate model capabilities, limitations, and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Participate in architecture reviews, sprint planning, and cross-functional design discussions.
Required Qualifications
1 Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Equivalent professional experience with a strong portfolio of delivered AI/ML projects will be considered.
2 Experience
- 4 – 6 years of professional experience in machine learning or NLP engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of direct, hands-on experience in training or fine-tuning language models (LLMs or SLMs).

About the role:

Business Continuity
· Support the strategy of Business Continuity in alignment with corporate strategy and business priorities
· Develop, maintain, and test business continuity plans (BCPs) across business units and geographies.

Back in August 2024, Payoneer acquired Skuad. Role Summary

About the Role
As a Lead - International taxation, you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing the international tax activities of our organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities, ensure compliance with international tax regulations, and support the overall financial objectives of WFM Payoneer. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of international tax laws and regulations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate complex tax concepts to stakeholders.
What you’ll be spending your time on
- Develop and implement international tax strategies to optimize WFM Payoneer's global tax position and minimize tax risks.
- Monitor changes in international tax laws and regulations, and assess their impact on WFM Payoneer, and recommend necessary actions.
- Conduct research and analysis on complex international tax issues, including transfer pricing, foreign tax credits, tax treaties, and permanent establishments.
- Ensure compliance with international tax reporting and filing requirements, including preparation and review of tax returns, transfer pricing documentation, and country-by-country reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to provide tax advice and support on international business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and transfer pricing arrangements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of tax-efficient structures for WFM Payoneer international operations, including holding companies, repatriation strategies, and intercompany transactions.
What we’re looking for
- Chartered Accountant qualification is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-6 years (PQE) of relevant experience in domestic and international tax planning and compliance, preferably in a multinational corporation or a public accounting firm.
- In-depth knowledge of domestic and international tax laws, regulations, and principles, including transfer pricing rules, tax treaties, and cross-border transactions.
- Experience in preparing submissions to tax notices, Exposure to handling tax litigations, exposure to working with external agencies around tax litigations is required.
- Experience in preparing tax computations and tax returns (direct and indirect tax) from starting which involves collating the financial data to submitting the tax return form.
- Experience in managing and executing complex international tax projects, including mergers and acquisitions and transfer pricing documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts to non-tax professionals.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Excel skills.

Role Summary
The Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) function is responsible for establishing and operating the enterprise framework for identifying, assessing, and overseeing risks arising from third party relationships, including outsourced service providers, banking partners and other critical vendors. The function supports regulatory compliance, operational resilience, and sound risk governance across the full third party lifecycle.
The Lead, Third Party Risk Management is an execution role responsible for delivery of core TPRM oversight activities for higher risk and critical vendors, with a specific focus on third party business continuity and recovery evidence review, vendor related incident monitoring and escalation, and structured review of vendor security assessment materials. The role works in close partnership with Business Continuity, Incident Management, Information Security, Technology, and other risk and business stakeholders to ensure third party risk issues are consistently documented, escalated where required, and driven to closure through defined governance processes.
Primary Duty and Responsibilities
- Provide oversight for third party risk activities related to higher risk and critical vendors, ensuring consistent application of TPRM standards across business continuity, incident management, and security review domains.
- Map third parties to the processes and services they support, in order to enable appropriate application of risk controls, resilience requirements, and regulatory oversight for the most critical vendors supporting critical services.
- Coordinate and oversee third‑party business continuity evidence review (e.g., BCP ownership/maintenance, recovery objectives, recovery approach) and ensure identified gaps are escalated through the defined pathway.
- Drive delivery management across assigned TPRM initiatives and workstreams, including planning, dependency management, progress tracking, and issue resolution, to ensure timely and consistent execution of TPRM priorities.
- Oversee third‑party incident monitoring and escalation tracking, ensuring incidents are appropriately documented, routed to relevant stakeholders, and driven to resolution with clear ownership and audit-ready records
- Perform and support structured review of vendor security assessment materials for higher‑risk vendors, including SOC reports, security questionnaires, certifications, and control evidence, synthesizing findings into clear outcomes and required follow‑up actions.
- Partner closely with Business Continuity, Incident Management, IT, Procurement, and other business stakeholders to ensure third‑party risk issues are effectively integrated into governance processes and resolved through defined escalation paths.
- Contribute structured inputs to management‑level reporting on third‑party risk posture, incident trends, and remediation progress, supporting effective oversight and decision‑making.

Application Security

Cloud & Kubernetes Security

Roles and Responsibilities
As a Senior AI Engineer, you will be a hands‑on technical contributor designing, building and operating production‑grade GenAI and agentic AI solutions that power Tesco Media & Insight Platform’s global products and services. You will work closely with the AI Engineering Manager, Product, Data Science and Engineering teams to turn business problems into secure, scalable, observable AI systems that deliver measurable value for brands and shoppers.
- Design and implement GenAI and agentic AI solutions on GCP, leveraging Vertex AI (models, endpoints, pipelines, vector search/RAG, Agent Builder) and core GCP services.
- Build AI agents and multi‑step agentic workflows, including tool calling, orchestration, and integrations with internal and external systems.
- Contribute to the design of MCP servers and agent‑to‑agent / agent‑to‑application protocols to enable safe, reliable automation of retail media and insight use cases.
- Work with the AI Engineering Manager and architects to define solution designs, interface contracts and non‑functional requirements (security, reliability, performance, cost).
- Implement security, privacy and governance controls in AI solutions, including safe prompt and tool design, data protection, secrets management and access control.
- Apply DevOps/MLOps practices: contribute to CI/CD pipelines for models, prompts and agents; use infrastructure as code; support environment management and automated testing.
- Implement observability for AI systems: instrument prompts, model calls, tools and agents with tracing, metrics and logs; build and maintain dashboards and alerts.
- Help define and run AI testing and evaluation strategies, including automated tests, offline and online evaluation, red‑teaming, regression suites and human‑in‑the‑loop review flows.
- Collaborate with Retail Media and Insight teams to understand use cases and data, and translate requirements into concrete AI components and services.
- Write high‑quality, well‑tested code in Python (and, where relevant, TypeScript/Java or similar) following team standards for readability, performance and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, design reviews and incident post‑mortems, and contribute to continuous improvement of our AI engineering practices.
- Stay current on advances in LLMs, agentic frameworks and cloud AI services, and bring forward ideas for how they can be applied to Tesco Media & Insight Platform.
What you’ll need to succeed in the role
- Strong experience in software/data/ML engineering, with hands‑on delivery of AI/ML or LLM‑based solutions into production (not just prototypes).
- Practical experience on GCP and Vertex AI, including deploying models, building pipelines, and implementing RAG/vector search‑based solutions.
- Solid understanding of LLMs and foundation models: transformers at a high level, tokenization, embeddings, context windows, RAG, and the trade‑offs between fine‑tuning, adapters and prompt‑based approaches.
- Hands‑on experience building agentic workflows or AI agents (e.g. tool‑augmented chat, multi‑step workflows, or multi‑agent systems) using one or more modern frameworks or platforms.

We are looking for a Engineer- SRE with experience in observability and monitoring who can help us keep our large, distributed systems reliable, fast, and running smoothly.
In this role, you will help improve how we build and maintain reliable systems, strengthen system stability, create automation standards, and guide engineering teams on SRE best practices.
You will work closely with platform, backend, security, and product teams to ensure our services are stable, easy to monitor, and always available. You will use tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic, and New Relic to improve system visibility, manage incidents, and boost overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement monitoring, logging, and tracing for applications, services, and infrastructure.
- Build dashboards and alerts to monitor system health and performance.
- Support production systems and participate in incident response activities.
- Troubleshoot operational issues using logs, metrics, and system diagnostics.
- Work with engineering teams to onboard services into monitoring platforms.
- Assist in defining alert thresholds and reducing unnecessary alert noise.
- Maintain monitoring configurations and ensure operational documentation is up to date.

Required Experience

What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a small team of DevOps engineers in IST, providing day-to-day guidance, pairing, and structured growth plans.

- Own cloud infrastructure (GCP, some Azure) using infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).

- Establish and scale GitOps practices with Argo CD; champion progressive delivery and environment promotion strategies.

What You'll Bring
- 8+ years in DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering with hands-on delivery in cloud-native environments.
- Proven leadership: experience in line management and mentoring/coaching across teams without formal authority.
