Experience
6 to 10 years in B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, enterprise platforms, or adjacent global infrastructure products.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Copywriter who can shape how Payoneer communicates its value across a complex, multi-product platform that serves SMBs, enterprises, marketplaces, platforms, and global workforces.
This is a senior, high-judgment role. You will not be writing at volume. You will be expected to bring clarity to complexity, make strategic tradeoffs in messaging, and help users understand Payoneer’s value within seconds.
You will work closely with Product Marketing, Web, Growth, Design, Analytics, Legal and senior stakeholders to define how Payoneer sounds across its most critical website surfaces.
If you enjoy turning global payments, pricing models, compliance workflows, and platform capabilities into sharp, confident, human messaging, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Website and Platform Messaging
Own and evolve core website messaging across homepage, product pages, corridor pages, pricing, and conversion flows
Translate complex fintech and payments workflows into clear, benefit-led narratives without oversimplifying
Help users quickly understand what Payoneer does, who it is for, and why it is different
Product Positioning and ICP Clarity
Partner with Product Marketing to define positioning for Payoneer’s key offerings including global payments, Workforce Management, mass payouts, merchant services, and platform solutions
Tailor messaging for different ICPs such as SMBs, enterprises, platforms, marketplaces, and finance leaders
Ensure clarity across regions and hiring or payment corridors
Conversion and CRO-Led Copy
Write and refine homepage narratives, hero copy, section hierarchy, and CTAs with conversion intent
Balance trust, credibility, and conversion without sounding salesy or generic
Collaborate with CRO and analytics teams to iterate copy based on real user behavior
Launches and Website-Led Campaigns
Lead website copy for product launches, feature releases, and pricing or packaging updates
Write landing pages, supporting email copy, and sales narratives aligned to GTM priorities
Ensure consistency across website, campaigns, and sales surfaces
Brand Voice and Thought Leadership
Help shape Payoneer’s brand voice for senior decision-makers including CFOs, founders, and operations leaders
Support executive thought leadership, long-form content, and strategic narratives when required
Act as a guardian of tone, clarity, and credibility across website content
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with designers so copy and visual hierarchy function as one system
Partner with sales, customer success, and regional teams to reflect real objections, proof points, and use cases
Review and elevate copy written by other teams when it impacts the website
What We Are Looking For
Must-Have
Proven experience writing for B2B SaaS or fintech products with complex workflows
Strong understanding of SaaS and fintech buying journeys and decision-maker psychology
Ability to write crisp conversion copy and long-form explanatory content with equal confidence
Experience working closely with designers, product marketers, and senior stakeholders
Exceptional clarity of thought and structured writing skills
Nice to Have
Experience with payments, payroll, global hiring, compliance, or financial infrastructure products
Exposure to CRO, experimentation, or SEO for large-scale websites
Experience mentoring or reviewing work of junior writers
Stakeholders trust you with high-visibility, high-impact website narratives
