What’s the job?

· Serving as the subject matter expert and be the primary contributor to lifecycle marketing strategy and tactics for activating the “marketing managed” segment of customers globally

· Serving as a thought leader to identify and create engagement roadmap, develop champion and challenger strategies to optimize results in an ongoing fashion across the entire global customer base

· Working with rest of Lifecycle Marketing, Product Marketing, Customer Journey, Portfolio, and other stakeholders to engage in Customer Journey Mapping. This involve analysing critical customer touch points with the organization and maximizing commercial opportunities through timely and relevant engagement strategy and tactics.

· Tracking, reporting, and analyzing key trends to identify ongoing opportunities for program improvements

· Driving global Marketing managed customer revenue and profitability, including customer engagement, product adoption and usage by cohort, retention and average lifetime revenue per customer.

· Innovating and experimenting on how we connect with our customers at key points in their journey to drive meaningful growth at the global scale, with an expanded set of channels and touchpoints.

· Developing and implementing experimentation for all aspects of the customer lifecycle to test, learn and scale the most effective approach for growth, including channel/ touchpoint strategy and optimization.

· Ensuring a regular cadence of customer insights gathering and sharing, planning and performance share outs, campaign-specific insights & learnings with regional stakeholders, the wider LCM team as well as the global marketing team (and beyond) to share best practices and to inform engagement and strategy roadmap (marketing and beyond).

· 5+ years of experience in managing lifecycle, cross-sell and up-sell programs.

· Strong data-driven mentality with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights to inform engagement strategies.

· Hands-on marketer with experience juggling multiple projects and working cross-functionally in a fast-paced cross-functional environment with a great attention to detail.

· Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions for commercial and operational performance.

We are looking for a Senior Credit Risk Manager to join our Working Capital Risk team and lead risk strategy and execution to support the expansion of our B2B offering in LATAM. This role is ideal for an experienced risk professional with hands-on expertise in credit risk assessment and strong familiarity with LATAM’s financial landscape, including local data sources, regulatory frameworks, and market practices. The ideal candidate combines analytical strength with strategic thinking, and can drive complex initiatives in a matrixed, cross-functional environment. In its initial phase, the role will focus primarily on manual underwriting of B2B customers in the region, with the goal of gradually transitioning toward more scalable, data-driven risk assessment processes.

The Senior Risk Manager will report to the Global Director of Portfolio Risk Management and collaborate closely with the central Risk, BizOps, and Data teams, as well as with the local LATAM GTM, playing a critical role in developing and localizing risk strategies.

What you'll do:

• Manual Underwriting: Own the end-to-end underwriting process for LATAM B2B customers, including eligibility assessment, credit approvals, and exception handling.
• Portfolio Monitoring: Monitor and analyze portfolio performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve decision-making and reduce risks.
• Underwriting Process Design: Design and implement scalable, data-driven underwriting frameworks by leveraging local data sources, partnering with regional vendors, and incorporating market best practices.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the local GTM teams and global Risk, BizOps, and Data stakeholders to align risk strategy with broader business goals. Partner closely with local GTM and Sales teams to enable responsible growth, balancing risk appetite with commercial objectives.

Who you are:

• At least 7 years of experience in risk management, underwriting, or related financial analysis roles — with proven experience in the LATAM B2B market.
• Hands-on experience in manual underwriting of B2B customers or SMBs, including interpreting financial statements and evaluating creditworthiness.
• Familiarity with local data sources, credit bureaus, and scoring models used in LATAM risk evaluation.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to operate in both detailed and high-level contexts.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in matrixed, global organizations.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).

• Familiarity with fraud prevention tools and early warning indicators relevant to the LATAM market.
• Experience with risk scoring models or decision engine platforms.
