Vous rejoindrez l’équipe Audit & Advisory qui a pour objectifs de :

• Garantir une gestion des risques et une supervision adéquates (troisième ligne de contrôle indépendante)

• Révéler le potentiel caché au sein des opérations et des processus de Doctolib

Rattaché(e) au Directeur Audit & Advisory, vous conduirez des missions d'audit de bout en bout sur l'ensemble des activités, processus et pays de Doctolib (Finance, Service Client, RH, IT, Sécurité, Produit...). Chaque mission dure en moyenne 5 semaines et couvre un périmètre différent, offrant une grande variété de sujets et d'interlocuteurs.

La fonction Audit & Advisory a des fondations solides, est reconnue et bien établie au sein de Doctolib. La méthodologie et les formats d'audit sont en place. En collaboration avec le Directeur des Risques & Audit, vous prendrez des responsabilités concrètes et contribuerez directement à renforcer l'impact de l'équipe à l'échelle de toute l'organisation, dans un environnement multi-produits et multi-pays. Vous serez également en première ligne de l'intégration de l'IA dans nos pratiques d'audit.

Vos responsabilités incluent, mais ne sont pas limitées à :

• Cadrer et conduire des missions d'audit de A à Z : scoping, travaux terrain, analyse des données, rédaction du rapport et suivi du plan d'actions
• Interagir avec l'ensemble des parties prenantes du périmètre audité, des responsables opérationnels aux membres du Comex
• Produire des rapports clairs, factuels et assortis de recommandations opérationnelles, présentés au Comex et au Comité des Risques & Audit
• Contribuer à l'élaboration du plan de missions annuel et intervenir ponctuellement sur des missions ad hoc en réponse à des situations de crise. Les missions suivent généralement un plan annuel, ce qui offre une bonne visibilité sur le programme de travail.
• Intégrer les outils d'IA dans la méthodologie d'audit afin d'analyser plus vite et générer un impact plus grand
• Participer au développement continu de la fonction Audit & Advisory au sein de Doctolib

Task description:         

• Supports the Agency's Security Officers in developing and maintaining the security architecture of the agency in collaboration with the Enterprise Architect.

The role

Are you passionate about building food safety standards and driving product quality? We are looking for someone with strong technical experience to drive food safety and quality compliance, supporting the French market while contributing to food safety excellence across other HelloFresh markets.

Our Food Safety & Quality Assurance team is recruiting an experienced and highly driven FSQA Manager, based in France (FR), to support our growing local ingredient sourcing strategy while contributing to our international FSQA agenda.

This role has a clear FR focus, with approximately 50% of time dedicated to supporting the FR local ingredient sourcing team. In this capacity, you will act as the FSQA business partner for FR-sourced ingredients. The remaining 50% of the role will focus on driving food safety and quality compliance across our international Grocery and Convenience supplier base.

You will work closely with the FR sourcing, procurement, supply chain, and distribution centre teams, while also collaborating with FSQA colleagues and stakeholders across Europe. The role combines hands-on supplier engagement with strategic FSQA projects, ensuring robust food safety standards and consistent product quality for our customers.

What you’ll do

FR local ingredient sourcing (≈50%)

• Act as the FSQA partner embedded within the FR local ingredient sourcing team, providing hands-on food safety and quality input to sourcing and commercial decisions
• Lead supplier approval, audits, onboarding, and ongoing performance management for FR-based and locally sourced suppliers
• Drive risk assessments, specifications, and shelf-life validations for locally sourced ingredients
• Identify and mitigate food safety and quality risks in close collaboration with sourcing, suppliers, and operational teams
• Provide pragmatic FSQA guidance that enables speed to market without compromising food safety or quality

International FSQA scope (≈50%)

• Deliver the same FSQA activities across international suppliers, including audits, approvals, onboarding, and performance management
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and complaint reduction across the supply base
• Establish and embed standardised FSQA ways of working across markets
• Investigate and manage quality incidents through root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Own and track key FSQA performance indicators related to compliance and quality

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years of experience in a quality and/or food safety management role within the food industry, ideally with strong exposure to the FR supply base
• Proven experience auditing food manufacturers, supported by relevant food safety and quality qualifications (e.g. HACCP, internal auditor certification)
• Solid understanding of EU food safety legislation, supplier approval processes, and risk-based food safety management
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with sourcing and commercial teams
• Confident and pragmatic decision-maker who remains calm under pressure
• High energy and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, operational environment
• Willingness to travel within France and internationally, spending approximately 50% of time at suppliers, distribution centres, and the home office
• Experience working cross-functionally across international markets and proficiency with Google Suite / MS Office tools

Votre rôle :

• Chez les clients, élaborer et affiner les politiques, standards et procédures en cybersécurité dans divers domaines, tels que la résilience, la sécurité des données, la gouvernance de la gestion des actifs informatiques, la confiance numérique, la sécurité du cloud et la sécurité des applications.
• Evaluer le niveau d’exposition aux risques Cyber (audits de sécurité d’architectures et/ou de serveurs, réalisation de tests d’intrusion, etc.)
• Définir la stratégie de maîtrise des cyber-risques
• Concevoir et mettre en place des outils de cyberdéfense
• Garantir la mise en conformité aux enjeux de Cybersécurité (LPM, HDS, RGPD, PCI DSS)
• Coacher vos équipes en charge de missions chez les clients de la Practice
• Accompagner la mise en œuvre opérationnelle par nos clients (sensibilisation, formation, simulations, surveillance des infrastructures, etc.)

Le profil recherché :

• Vous êtes diplômé(e) de l’enseignement supérieur (bac+5), vous justifiez d’une expérience de 8 ans minimum dans un cabinet de conseil ou en entreprise au sein d'une direction des systèmes d'information sur les thématiques liées à la cybersécurité.
• Vous possédez une solide expérience en développement commercial, de management et idéalement plusieurs certifications reconnues telles que CISA, CISM, CISSP, ISO27001 Lead Auditor, ISO27001 Lead Implementor, ou EBIOS Risk Manager.

• Engagement et motivation : Un enthousiasme marqué, un fort esprit d'équipe et un sens de l'investissement personnel, avec une volonté d'apporter des solutions pragmatiques et innovantes aux défis de cybersécurité.
• Adaptabilité et curiosité : Une aptitude à s’adapter aux évolutions du domaine de la cybersécurité, associée à une curiosité intellectuelle et une passion pour le sujet.
• Esprit entrepreneurial : Une approche proactive et une capacité à relever les défis avec créativité et détermination pour apporter une valeur ajoutée significative aux clients et aux équipes.
• La maîtrise courante de l'anglais est souhaitée pour faciliter la communication dans un environnement international.
