The ideal candidate will have a strong background handling litigation matters and understand any applicable underlying regulations. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging cases and be at the forefront of litigating emerging legal issues, with talented colleagues throughout the country, and provide sound counsel to our clients.
This is a hybrid position offering great flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support a litigation caseload from inception through resolution, including case strategy development, discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation.
- Draft and argue substantive motions, pleadings, briefs, and legal memoranda in state and federal courts.
- Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
- Manage all aspects of written discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission.
- Represent clients at court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution proceedings.
- In collaboration with senior attorneys and clients, develop litigation strategies in identifying key issues, evaluating risk, and driving matters toward favorable outcomes.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing clear case assessments, litigation updates, and strategic recommendations.
- Work closely with attorneys across offices on complex matters involving general liability, premises liability, transportation, and insurance-related claims.
- Assist with trial preparation, including witness preparation, exhibit development, and coordination with experts.
- Collaborate other attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support staff to ensure efficient case management.
Qualifications
- JD from an ABA accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in the state of Florida
- 2+ years of defense litigation experience
- Experience with litigation involving general liability, premises, transportation, or insurance defense
- Maritime experience is strongly preferred
- Experience drafting discovery and pretrial motions a must
- Superior analytical skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Sophisticated technical skills necessary
- Handling court appearances, depositions, and trial experience a plus

Summary
Morgan & Morgan is looking for an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice of plaintiff's lawyers and supporting case staff in our office in Phoenix, Arizona. The Litigation Attorney will handle motor vehicle liability / automobile accident cases in litigation representing plaintiffs in Arizona. The lawyer's responsibilities will be focused on litigating cases, including trial prep and trial, but will not have to generally handle pre-suit matters. Our law firm's generous and competitive compensation includes a base salary, non-recoverable draw, and standard commission fees / bonuses, as well as a full benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day handling of litigation cases
- Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memoranda
- Guide plaintiff clients through the case process
- Interaction with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits

What You Would Get To Do
The Associate Attendee Data Manager will support meeting planners in managing attendee registration for conferences and events, ensuring the smooth execution of data-related tasks. This role involves maintaining accurate attendee data, collaborating with event stakeholders, and providing database management to ensure consistency and accuracy. The Associate Attendee Data Manager will assist in the development, testing, and management of event communications and online registration, as well as supporting attendees throughout the registration process. This role also manages room blocks, activity scheduling and onsite execution support including post-event attendee reporting.
Location: Remote but must reside in Miami FL
Domestic and/or international travel may be required with this role. Required travel 20-40%.
Your Contributions
- Working with event planners on overall registration management for a high volume in-person, hybrid and virtual corporate events
- Database management to ensure consistency of information, accurate data, inputting when required, generating lists and analysis upon request
- Assist in the development, editing, testing and management of online registration and event communications such as save-the-dates, invitations, reminders, confirmations, surveys, etc.
- Assist attendees and stakeholders with any questions regarding registration
- Diligent handling of confidential invitee data, ensuring information is consistent and accurate and following compliance guidelines of handling sensitive information
- Generating attendee, rooming and activity lists upon request
- Manage room blocks and coordinate with hotels, when applicable
- Manage and coordinate ground transportation with clients and transportation companies as needed
- Responding to all client email within agreed upon SLAs
- Assist event planners in contacting attendees for required information, gift sizes, contact information, transportation details, overnight accommodation requirements, data points etc.
- Printing name badges, tent cards, place cards, departure notices, email confirmations, agenda, signage etc. where needed
- Packing, ordering and shipping event supplies – maintain a shipping grid and track deliveries
- Support event project managers on overall program logistics, production and implementation, when applicable
- Manage post-event attendee reporting
- Pre-event and day-of support during execution of events/conferences; travel and on-site management for in-person meetings as needed
What We Are Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in Attendee Data Management and Event Technology including entry level meeting planning and coordination
- Strong working knowledge of Cvent is a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office – specifically with Excel (comfortable with VLOOKUP function) and PowerPoint
- Experience with virtual meeting and event platforms such as Intrado, GlobalMeet / TalkPoint, Zoom, WebEx, SpotMe, Concise Chime or other virtual meeting and event platforms
- Prior experience with other event platforms such as StarCite, Eventbrite, etouches or other registration website platforms is preferred
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong written and oral communication skills at all levels
- Industry knowledge of new suppliers, services, and best practices
- Client centric, approachable, ability to adjust to client needs and style and deepen relationships in support of their business and programs; adapt to ever changing demands and different client work styles

The Role
We are seeking to hire an exceptional individual to join our Legal Team at Schonfeld. You will have the opportunity to work within two of the Legal Team’s practice areas: Portfolio Management (PM onboarding/offboarding/counseling) and Capital Development & Investor Relations. You will function in a lead capacity and address a wide variety of legal issues. What you’ll do
Your primary focus will be:
- Drafting, negotiating and interpreting various contracts directly with our portfolio managers (most commonly, investment management agreements, employment agreements and deeds), as well as handling related onboarding and offboarding matters.
- All facets of fund formation and capital development, including launching new investor-facing products, updating existing fund documents, preparing and reviewing side letters, maintaining fund side letter logs, negotiating placement agent agreements, and assisting with investor queries and communications.
- Help to spearhead strategic transactions, private equity transactions, loan documents and regulatory matters.
- Partnering closely with our stakeholders in other departments in furtherance of the above goals, including the Firm’s CEO/CIO, COO and CFO, as well as the strategy heads, business development teams and our capital development team.

What you’ll bring

The Position
The Business Line Program Administrator plays a vital part in supporting client program operations by providing analytical insights, training, and oversight to ensure the seamless management of key processes and data. The ideal candidate will excel in tracking and monitoring critical program metrics, developing operational tools, and fostering team collaboration to maintain compliance with client and firm guidelines.
Additionally, this position will involve regular interaction with clients, claims professionals, and attorneys to address issues, review performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze information from internal and external systems to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with program leads to ensure seamless day-to day business operations and support program success.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive knowledge bank to empower team members and streamline business processes.
- Identify program gaps and recommend impactful solutions to maintain compliance with client and firm guidelines.
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics and case deadlines across a high volume of files, keeping internal and client-facing systems up to date.
- Analyze program data and provide stakeholders with updates on a regular basis.
- Develop and distribute program documents, reports, and presentations to drive understanding and collaboration.
- Serve as a point of contact for the client, claims professionals, and attorneys addressing issues and ensuring smooth workflows and deadlines are met.
- Manage compliance with program related requests and maintain adherence to established protocols.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience in a law firm or with an insurance company is preferred, showcasing your ability to navigate complex legal processes.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. Experience or knowledge in project management or process improvement is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional leadership, time management and organization skills to inspire teams and streamline operations.
- Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel) is essential. Advanced Excel capabilities, such as working with pivot tables, large data sets, and complex functions, are highly preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations, identify root causes, propose actionable solutions, and implement improvements with measurable results.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, balance competing demands, and consistently meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus, efficiency, and attention to detail.
- A holistic approach to problem-solving, combining big picture thinking with meticulous attention to detail to achieve strategic goals.

The Position
Wilson Elser is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a national client services team, serving as a liaison between a key leadership group with close client contact and the broader national client services team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manages a high-volume of client interfacing communications of a highly confidential nature, and manages highly confidential documents and information
- Collaborates on projects focused on client interfacing, document management, data entry, and data management
- Assists with project management functions and process implementation on the client services team, including support with data collection, entry, and management
- Provides clerical or administrative legal services support as requested
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a law firm setting
- Familiarity with Document Management Systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Experience with data entry or data management
- Experience with administrative support of eDiscovery, information, data, or document collection, or data and document preservation a plus
- Familiarity with web-based collaborative tools and work management software a plus
- Experience with team messaging and instant messaging platforms a plus
- Experience with email and calendar management, meeting coordination, and direct client interaction
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of work and meet tight deadlines
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests simultaneously
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, national team environment supporting attorneys and paralegals
- Demonstrated professionalism in all client and internal communication
