We are seeking a strategically driven Global Senior Brand Marketing Manager to join our centralized Brand Growth team. As part of our new global operating model, all brand strategy and creative development are unified under one structure to ensure stronger consistency, sharper positioning, and scalable brand impact across markets.

The Global Marketing team at Wolt is looking for a senior growth marketer to own and scale our owned and paid channels across the North region. This is a high-impact role with real autonomy: you’ll shape the product marketing roadmap, steward a multi-million-dollar media budget, and directly influence Courier Acquisition at a global scale.

In this role, you’ll be accountable for performance end to end—from strategy to execution:
Own weekly media budget optimization in close partnership with Data Science / ML, Analytics, Finance, and Supply & Demand teams
Lead media buying strategy across a large, always-on paid channel portfolio while launching high-impact, time-bound campaigns as market conditions shift
Partner with agencies and in-house teams to hit aggressive growth targets efficiently, balancing scale, efficiency, and experimentation
Design and run rigorous testing frameworks across the funnel, including creative and copy A/B tests, incrementality testing, audience segmentation, placements, and retargeting strategies
Build forecasts and budget recommendations, then quickly adapt tactics based on performance signals and learnings
Translate complex performance data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners
Deep experience balancing brand and performance marketing objectives at scale
Strong understanding of both online and offline media buying, ideally within job search, recruiting, or similar high-volume marketplaces
Demonstrated ability to synthesize data, make confident data-driven decisions, and apply the “art” of media strategy where measurement has limits
Proven track record of building and executing structured channel- and tactic-level testing programs
Clear, concise communicator—able to distill complexity and influence stakeholders at all levels
Thrives in fast-paced environments, with strong prioritization skills and a bias toward action and ownership
Experience working both in-house and with external agencies
Hands-on experience managing performance channels in Skai

We're looking for a Program Manager, Technology & Insights to join our EMEA team, based in Helsinki. Reporting to the Senior Manager for Global Technology Strategy & Operations.
In this role, you will own and deliver complex, enterprise-scale technical programmes across our EMEA and global operations. You will be joining the Technology & Insights function, working autonomously across multiple brands (DoorDash, Wolt, Deliveroo) and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes at VP+ level. You will be part of the mission in shaping how we scale our technology operations across regions, driving both strategic planning and hands-on delivery.

Lead Major Programmes Independently: You will own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programmes, from integration workstreams to platform transitions . You will operate with significant autonomy, bringing structure to ambiguous problem spaces and driving outcomes without requiring constant oversight.
Operate at Senior Stakeholder Level: You will engage directly with senior leaders across Technology, HR, Finance and Operations. You will build trusted relationships, influence decision-making, and represent the Technology & Insights function in cross-functional forums.
Drive Regional and Cross-Brand Coordination: You will anchor EMEA capability for the team, working across Helsinki and London, and coordinating across US timezones as needed. You will navigate the complexity of operating across multiple brands and entities, ensuring alignment and effective delivery.
Shape Strategy Alongside Execution: You will contribute to strategic planning for the function, identifying opportunities for operational improvement, automation and efficiency. You will balance hands-on programme delivery with thinking ahead on capability building and team development.
Build and Scale Operational Excellence: You will establish governance frameworks, documentation standards and ways of working that enable the team to scale. You will mentor and guide junior team members, contributing to the growth of EMEA capability over time.

In this role, your main responsibility is to deliver orders to customers with accuracy and great service, ensuring every delivery is reliable and high-quality. As an employed courier, you’ll work under the guidance of your manager and within Wolt’s established routines and standards. The role allows you to plan flexibly when you choose to be online while being part of a team that helps connect customers, restaurants, and local stores.

We are seeking a forward-thinking, AI-first leader to shape and drive the evolution of Marketing Innovation across the organization.
