We work with everything audio at Roku — Audio Quality Assurance (AQA), AV-sync testing, and wireless audio validation. Our team is a collection of Software Engineers and Electrical Technicians who love making solutions on how to test things. If there isn't a solution to a testing problem, we make it — both hardware and software. One of the things we're known for is our huge system setups for testing audio across TVs, soundbars, and headphones.
We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Architect to help evolve our test automation capabilities from primarily AV-sync testing into broader Audio Quality (AQ) coverage across Roku TVs, soundbars, and headphones. You'll partner closely with the team lead to architect and advance our automation ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on AI-driven innovation through our internal initiatives.
This role is best suited for a self-motivated, detail-oriented person who thrives in fast-paced environments. You should be comfortable working through ambiguity and adaptable enough to navigate evolving priorities while consistently delivering high-quality results.

As the CTO of Overstory, you will lead and scale a world-class engineering team that reduces the risk of wildfires and power outages around the world. Following our Series B, we’re entering a phase of rapid expansion. You will define a compelling technical strategy and build the team to deliver it. We’re looking for a Director of Platform & Infrastructure to own and evolve our core engineering foundations. Reporting to our VP of Product Engineering, this role will lead SRE, MLOps, and Platform teams with a mandate to create leverage across the entire organization.
As a scaling startup, we’re evolving from early-stage infrastructure to a more mature, reliable platform that can support rapid product development and growing customer demand. This role is critical in helping us make that transition — building systems, standards, and teams that enable speed today while laying the foundation for long-term scale.

As a Staff Engineer, you will work across multiple teams to evolve a suite of web and internal tools that enable utility companies to more effectively manage risks associated with climate change and wildfires.
We are seeking improvement in the following areas:

As a Junior International Sourcing Manager, you will act as the bridge between product and procurement teams, managing communication between local and international stakeholders. Sitting within local/regional teams, you will own the end-to-end process from new ingredient requests through onboarding, ensuring efficient sourcing of new ingredients into your market to drive innovation and improve customer experience.
Working in collaboration with Category Managers, you will identify cross-market sourcing opportunities to onboard NID SKUs into the portfolio more efficiently. You will work closely with local Ingredient, Culinary, FSQA, and Supply Chain Operations (SCO) teams to facilitate onboarding while acting as gatekeeper for all requests, ensuring no unnecessary complexity is introduced into operations.
This role reports to the International Team Lead Sourcing, with a dotted line to the local Head of Culinary, and includes regular interaction with international stakeholders and peer Sourcing Managers across HelloFresh markets. This role is offered as a 1-year contract with the potential for extension.
Lead project management for new ingredient requests across Culinary, Product, and Procurement teams
Own the workflow for new ingredient requests once handed over from Product Operations, acting as gatekeeper to ensure strict adherence to standardized processes, including progression or rejection decisions
Align with the local NID/Ingredient Specialist to ensure sourcing tasks are completed on time and in line with the critical path
Act as gatekeeper for all NID requests, ensuring only SKUs that pass Gate 2 (feasibility) progress to Culinary SKU testing
Review all new ingredient requisition proposals in market for completeness before connecting with local suppliers or handing over to Category Managers for sourcing/tender (if multi-market)
Manage stakeholder engagement and communication between local and international teams to ensure consistency in NID approach across markets
Coordinate new developments with Category Managers, sensory testing, Culinary, FSQA, and other markets
Facilitate speedy SKU onboarding while ensuring coordination of new SKU creation across markets, including reviewing existing alternatives in the global portfolio
Support Category Managers in cost-saving initiatives through improved SKU catalog management and identifying opportunities for SKU consolidation/rationalization or sourcing from existing international catalogs
Support SKU improvement initiatives with Culinary and Quality teams to optimize specifications or formulations for better ingredient performance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong collaboration, and self-management with a team-oriented mindset

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

We are looking for an HR and Payroll Assistant to join us, supporting payroll operations and employee administration in a culture-led, global environment. This is a part-time position (15–20 hours per week across two to three days), ideal for someone pursuing their studies or seeking a part-time role.
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will assist with key activities across global payroll cycles, employee lifecycle processes, benefits administration, and statutory reporting. While this is an assistant role, we are looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of payroll processes, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time, and maintaining the integrity and quality of our people data.
This role requires strong attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage recurring deadlines. It is well suited to someone with a genuine interest in working with numbers and structured processes. Payroll will be the core focus, and the role also offers exposure to recruitment, learning and development, and other key areas of the People & Culture function for those who are naturally curious and keen to develop a broader view.
