As a member of Space Surveillance Research and Development (R&D) technical staff, you will support Slingshot’s efforts to accelerate the security, safety, and sustainability of space via the detection, tracking, identification, and characterization of satellites and space debris. The Test and Analysis team is responsible for ensuring that emerging products are ready for the harsh conditions of air, land, sea, and space environments. Our team supports multi-disciplinary product teams across the full life cycle to design, develop, and validate new and existing products. This includes requirements analysis, environmental and electromagnetic interference testing, reliability testing, and manufacturing sustainment efforts. The Test and Analysis team achieves these objectives through consistently striving to understand primary design drivers through analytical modeling, including specialized structural-thermal-optical performance (STOP) analysis, along with strategic engineering validation and qualification test campaigns. We are looking for a Senior Thermal Analyst to join our rapidly growing team in Boulder, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for performing thermal analysis and taking ownership of thermal design aspects across hardware development programs. You will execute first order assessment of designs to guide preliminary design architecture, develop detailed analytical models to mature prototype designs and develop predictions to support hardware testing.  If you are someone who is excited to work on new projects from conceptualization through production and are passionate about developing validated and correlated models to support the rapid prototyping of cutting edge systems.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer for Application Engineering. As a Sr Software Engineer on the Applications Engineer team, you’ll be part of a cross-functional team whose mission is to deliver real-world applications and value from the leap forward in computing enabled by quantum technology.

Until now, our team of Applications Scientists have been building prototypes, working closely with our customers. Our new department, Applications Engineering, will ultimately help transform proven quantum computing use-cases pioneered by our scientists into production applications, making those innovations available to more people and businesses by packaging and deploying these tools as SaaS applications.

But first, we must mature existing proof-of-concept quantum code into production grade applications. As a hands-on team lead for a new engineering team, you will work on enhancing developer experience (DevEx) by applying best practices to research-grade code. You will also set up CI / CD pipelines, software packing tools, and pre/post flight tests for new algorithms as they go into deployment. Where possible you will also be in charge of optimizing and parallelizing traditional algorithms, to reduce pre-processing and post-processing workloads. We are looking for a Senior Mask Layout Engineer on the Fab Tapeout and Validation Team. As a Senior Mask Layout Engineer, you’ll be part of a cross-functional team whose mission is to lead IonQ on its journey to build the world’s best quantum computers to solve the world’s most complex problems. 

In this role, you will be the owner of full-reticle tapeouts for use in trapped-ion quantum computers, which could include both photonic and analog electronic layers. The Role

As a Senior Controls Engineer, you will focus on designing and building data acquisition and process control systems for chemical processing. What You Will Do  

The Solution Engineer is a strategic partner to support our customers and sales teams throughout the sales process by solving a broad set of technical and business activities. This role extends beyond pre-sales into post-sales enablement, ensuring successful deployment, adoption, and long-term value realization for enterprise customers. 

Working closely with the sales team, this role is pivotal to shaping our customer onboarding process. This role focuses on aligning technical product capabilities, consulting on all technical aspects, supporting clients through deployments, to help drive measurable value for the customer.   

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and present technical materials that detail think-cell’s solution, deployment, and integration for clients. 

• Lead technical discovery and solution design, through deployment, adoption, and optimization, including scalable rollout strategies.

Compensation: think-cell believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture. For this role, we anticipate paying in the range of 85-120k USD per year. What you will do:  

The Senior Supplier Quality Engineer is responsible for development and ownership of a robust supplier quality management program in support of Electra’s growing strategic supplier requirements. This role will drive supplier quality improvement initiatives across the supply base, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements, to ensure that all sourced materials and components meet stringent quality standards. This position is critical to maintaining product integrity, operational efficiency, and supporting the broader Supply Chain organization in delivering strong supplier partnerships in support of organizational goals and strategic objectives. 

Responsibilities include:

• Define and execute the supplier quality strategic vision, aligned with organizational goals
• Develop long-term strategies for quality-based supplier performance improvement and risk mitigation
• Establish and maintain robust quality driven inputs to support supplier selection, development and monitoring programs
• Implement incoming material review and CAPA processes
• Drive supplier-owned quality programs to ensure materials consistently meet documented specifications

Role Overview

The Organics and Offtakes Product Manager will develop AMP’s global strategy and roadmap for offtakes – with a particular emphasis on organics, followed by other hard to valorize fractions. The role focuses on Research and Development and Commercialization of new end markets and partnerships that divert more waste and create better facility unit economics.

Success in this role will transform AMP’s ability to develop projects with greater value creation across all waste fractions. The mandate includes developing, validating, and scaling new models for organics and advanced materials recovery. Success will include identifying and developing project models, integrations, partnerships, and technology roadmaps for TRL 5-9 technologies such as composting, anaerobic digestion, pyrolysis, methanolysis, SRF/RDF, synthetic aggregates, and other emerging technologies. The right hire has a founder mentality and is a “high slope” learner with an interest in clean energy systems, climate negative infrastructure, and waste. 

This position works closely with the Head of Product, CTO, engineering and commercial counterparts to explore and validate new ways to convert waste fractions into valuable products, such as manufacturing feedstocks, building materials, solid carbon products, and biofuels. This unique role can have an outsized impact in changing how society handles its waste and create significant climate and ecological impact on an international scale.

As our Organics and Offtakes Product Manager, you will work to: 

Develop New Technologies

• Develop and execute AMP’s offtake strategy — identify, validate, and commercialize new outlets and technologies that move economics from cost to value. 
• Partner with the commercial team to prepare and manage high-quality carbon credit program applications, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with AMP’s organics strategy and value-generation goals.
• Support the Engineering and Operations teams to ensure technical feasibility and feedstock compatibility for new pathways; coordinate and perform feedstock testing and acceptance validation; evaluate new technologies for achieving targeted feedstock chemistries.
• Build and maintain AMP’s partner network — establish relationships with processors, converters, technology developers, and national labs across the bioeconomy, fuels, and materials sectors.

Regional Deal Support

• Advise commercial originators on optimal, specific offtake strategies for each project and market context, as well as for all proposals and solicitation responses. 
• Present to and host on site potential customers and partners at AMP and customer facilities
• Coordinate with Government Affairs and commercial originators to strategically position AMP for regional success in organics offtake markets through targeted policy and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate development playbooks for viable offtakes, including regional viability, permitting strategies, site requirements, and end-market capacity.

Marketing

• Prepare Go-To-Market — prepare AMP to sell against value propositions of offtakes at all levels of the funnel, from website, through marketing collateral, Municipal Case Studies, RFPs, and more.
• Develop market collateral — work with Marketing and Commercial to communicate AMP’s offtake strategy and value creation to municipal and private customers. 
• Drive integration of future waste valorization methods by mapping high-value revenue pathways.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Mentors and develops cross-functional teammates to strengthen commercial, analytical, and negotiation capabilities.
• Coordinates cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and Engineering leadership to align offtake objectives with production, pricing, and technical validation.

Preferred Experience

A successful candidate will likely bring with them experience in one or more of the following:

1. 3+ years of experience solving ambiguous business problems that are highly technical, such as a product manager, commercially focused engineer, or former founder of a technology company.
2. 3+ years of experience doing relevant infrastructure development, such as investing or project developing anaerobic digesters, RNG plants, power plants, or other biofuels or waste projects.
3. 3+ years of experience doing relevant fundamental research on biofuels or solid carbon technologies, such as waste-to-value thermochemistry or biochemistry.

In Terms of the Skills Required, the candidate must be able to:

• Reason from first principles about hardware technologies and basic chemistry, quickly identify technology risks and create technical roadmaps for solving risks.
• Comfortably interface with customers and potential partners, conduct thorough interviews and facilitate sales conversations.
• Travel to sites to inspect key technologies and perform testing/validation.
• Write concisely and informatively, prepare thorough analyses, marketing materials, and case studies on high potential methods of waste valorization.
