Location: 2 days/week from home AND 3 days on site at Northpoint Colorado (Adult inpatient in Loveland, CO)

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm MST

Compensation: $31-45/hour

POSITION SUMMARY: As a key member of the Northpoint team, the Clinical Assessor will provide critical level of care assessments, individual, group, and family therapy, crisis services, case management, and referral services to outpatient clients. This person is responsible for conducting the initial assessment to determine eligibility and ensure that an initial treatment plan is developed that will identify the services and level of care needed. This position will work with other staff to ensure a smooth transition to treatment services. This person will actively communicate with support staff, treatment teams, and outside agencies on treatment and safety issues pertaining to clients and their family members. The Clinical Assessor will complete all documentation associated with these duties in a professional and timely manner.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Conduct confidential substance use and mental health assessments in person or telehealth to determine the need and level of care for clients
• Make placement to appropriate facility based on the outcome of the assessment interview
• Use a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach to work collaboratively with clients and internal treatment team members to help support clients in their treatment goals
• Provide clinical consultation to referral resources, family members, and others to help support clients in their treatment goals
• Work closely with clients to engage them in the decision-making process and help them understand the benefits of assessment and accessing the appropriate level of care as indicated
• Collect and review referral information upon assignment of clients from the referral source and consult with others as needed to support coordination of services and scheduling of client assessments
• Coordinate with Admissions, front desk team members, and other staff as needed to contact clients and guardians to confirm appointment dates, times, and assessment locations
• Collect information from collateral resources to aid in determining diagnosis and need for treatment
• Based on assessments, make referrals to the most appropriate programs and agencies to help clients access the right level of care to best meet their treatment needs
• Monitor client access to and involvement with the program to help address barriers to treatment; follow up with client and guardian timely to assess satisfaction with adjusting to the program
• Model and support health and wellness activities and healthy coping skills for clients
• If client is admitted to one of Northpoint’s facilities, coordinate the admission and intake with the appropriate staff to ensure a timely and smooth transition into treatment; if client is referred to a program of another agency, forward all requested documentation with proper approval
• Work collaboratively with client’s funding sources and Northpoint’s Utilization Review team to obtain initial authorizations for reimbursement for treatment and support services
• Work cooperatively with the legal system to ensure coordination of services including Court appearances when appropriate
• Complete paperwork requirements and maintain quality, up-to-date clinical records, including Outcomes Survey information and information for billing; enter necessary information into the electronic medical records (EMR) system
• Maintain working knowledge of other agencies and programs and a list of resources that can be shared with clients and their guardians
• Remain in compliance with internal and external policies, procedures, regulations, and standards
• Participate in all assigned meetings, staff development, and training as required
• Provide back-up assistance to Counselors with group and individual therapy sessions as necessary
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Maintain confidentiality in accordance with established policies and procedures and standards of care
• Other clinically appropriate services and special projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Master’s Degree in Mental Health, Social Sciences or other relevant field required
• Active mental health licensure in the state where treatment services are rendered required
• If substance use licensure is not active, must be willing to apply for substance use licensure 
• Must maintain applicable state licensure requirements at hire and for the entire duration of employment
• 1+ year of experience in relevant field that clearly demonstrates knowledge and skills related to the treatment of mental health disorders
• Must be able to exercise discretion and independent judgment in all areas of job performance including adherence to appropriate professional boundaries and strict confidentiality practices in regard to client activities and documentation
• Experience with trauma-informed services, cognitive behavioral therapies including DBT, CBT, and motivational therapies
• Able to apply clinical judgment, ethics and accountability to formulate and implement treatment plans and other clinical documentation
• Ability to work with a diverse population and possess strong interpersonal skills and knowledge required for treating adolescent clients assigned
• Must hold strong personal boundaries and able to build rapport with patients
• Must understand and adhere to the ethical standards of the respective licensure governing board

• Data platforms & analytics systems: You have hands-on experience with analytics platforms such as Snowflake and BigQuery, including schema design, data modeling, SQL-based analysis, and reasoning about performance, cost, and access patterns in real-world environments.
• Streaming & event-driven data: You understand how data flows through streaming systems such as Kafka or similar platforms, including producer and consumer behavior, lag, delivery semantics, and how streaming issues propagate into downstream datasets and analytics.

You will build and maintain the trusted data layer for ledgers, revenue reconciliation, COGS and margin analysis, and forecast model inputs — turning raw ERP and operational data into decision-ready assets. Required Qualifications: 

• 6+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field. 
• Experience in PBM, health plans, healthcare, or pharmacy benefits. 
• Familiarity with pharmacy claims data and client reporting metrics. 
• Expertise in SQL with strong coding hygiene and documentation practices. 
• Proficiency in Tableau for developing and maintaining dashboards and visualizations. 
• Working knowledge of Snowflake or other cloud-based data warehouses. 
• Experience with dbt and GitHub-based workflows. 
• Ability to perform complex analyses and synthesize findings into business insights. 
• Track record of partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide consultative analytics support. 
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager to join our Product + Portfolio Marketing team and lead strategic initiatives across the Fivetran platform and product portfolio. This is a highly cross-functional, generalist technical PMM role that will support key product areas as needed and help scale technical product marketing across the organization. This role ensures our marketing efforts align with the technical depth, clarity, and value our customers expect. Technical Product Marketing Managers at Fivetran stay current on the evolving data and analytics landscape, modern data infrastructure, and emerging trends such as AI. As part of the Product Marketing team, you will drive product growth and marketing success through go-to-market (GTM) launches, compelling technical content, and deep product knowledge across the Fivetran platform.

You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, Sales Enablement, and broader Marketing teams to showcase Fivetran’s platform capabilities and product innovations. You’ll engage technical personas including data engineers, analytics leaders, data architects, CDOs, CIOs, and other stakeholders responsible for building and scaling modern data infrastructure.

• Content Development & Messaging: Create high-impact technical collateral across the Fivetran platform, including architecture diagrams, demos, white papers, blogs, pitch decks, technical guides, and other customer-facing content. Develop thought leadership that translates complex technical concepts into clear, value-based messaging for technical audiences. Review and edit materials across the product portfolio to ensure technical accuracy, consistency, and strategic alignment.
• Customer & Market Insights: Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics across the modern data ecosystem to inform product positioning and messaging. Partner closely with Product Management to deeply understand features, technical capabilities, and customer use cases across multiple product areas. Develop how-to guides, demo videos, case studies, and technical whitepapers that support adoption and expansion across key products. 
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a technical marketing partner to GTM Product Marketers, Demand Generation, Regional Marketing, Sales, and Enablement to support launches, campaigns, webinars, field events, and sales plays across priority product areas. Collaborate with Partner Marketing to showcase integrations and ecosystem partnerships through joint initiatives such as webinars, workshops, and hands-on labs. 
• Technical Expertise: Operationalize technical product marketing best practices across teams. Stay up to date with trends in data integration, cloud data platforms, AI, deployment models, governance, etc. Serve as technical SME on the Fivetran platform, articulating how it fits into customers’ broader data stacks and workflows. Provide best practices, reference architectures, and technical validation to support sales cycles and customer conversations.
• Thought Leadership: Represent Fivetran as a platform expert through events, presentations, webinars, and hands-on labs. Support analyst relations and strategic conversations by providing detailed technical insights and validating product innovation across the portfolio. Help position Fivetran as a foundational component of modern, scalable data infrastructure.

Skills We’re Looking For

• 4-8 years of experience in product marketing, data engineering, product management, sales engineering, and/or data and analytics consulting
• Data industry experience and expertise: Either hands-on work with or a deep knowledge of data engineering with a focus on data integration, data lakes, open table formats (e.g. Delta Lake, Apache Iceberg), data warehouses, data catalogs and related technologies (e.g. SQL, dbt, python, Spark). 
• Technical aptitude and a desire to learn more: Knowledge of modern data infrastructure and tools, particularly in relation to data lakes and their role in analytics and storage. Has a keen interest in all things data integration and cloud destinations and a willingness to work on new product areas as they arise.  
• Experience working with multiple different teams: Proven experience partnering and coaching across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams to deliver impactful results.
• Strong in-person, virtual, and written communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of adapting messaging for different technical personas and mediums.
• Highly-organized with an excellent project management track record: Strong project management skills to juggle multiple initiatives and projects, maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, and meet deadlines.
