MongoDB is building a world-class team in North America to create tooling that helps customers modernize their applications and migrate their data from legacy relational databases to MongoDB in real-time. The tools developed by the Code Generation and Data Migration team are critical in this journey, helping customers with schema modeling, code generation, initial data loads, and continuous data synchronization.
We're looking for a Senior Engineer with a strong background in computer science fundamentals, systems design, experience in the Java ecosystem, streaming systems, and data-intensive applications to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and optimizing the underlying data structures, algorithms, and database interactions that power our generative AI platform, code generation and migration tools. This involves crafting sophisticated orchestration layers, robust integration points, and high-performance data systems that seamlessly connect and leverage advanced AI capabilities for code generation and building a sophisticated data migration suite using a modern technology stack, which includes Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Debezium, and React.You will work on critical components that ensure the scalability, efficiency, and reliability of our services, collaborating closely with AI researchers, product management and other engineers to design and implement cutting-edge products that solve complex customer challenges.

We're looking for a Principal Software Engineer with deep roots in adtech infrastructure and a genuine conviction about what AI-native engineering looks like in practice. This role is backend-focused at its core — you'll work on the systems that power our exchange, from bid request processing and traffic shaping to data pipelines and auction logic. But we're also at an inflection point in how we build software, and we want this person to help lead us through it.
From a generative/agentic AI capabilities standpoint, we already use LLMs and agentic tooling across our data stack and, we’re looking for is someone who can help us take that from general adoption to intentional practice — who has strong opinions about where AI creates real leverage in a high-throughput adtech environment, and who can bring the rest of the engineering organization along with them.

As an intern in our NoVA technology hub, you will work at the intersection of modern software delivery and emerging intelligence. This role is designed for students who are passionate about building scalable applications, leveraging cloud infrastructure, and implementing data-driven AI solutions. You won't just be shadowing; you will be an active member of an Agile squad contributing to production-level code.
Software Development: Design, develop, and test features using languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js
Cloud & Delivery: Assist in deploying applications to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and managing CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery.
Data Engineering: Build and optimize data pipelines to ensure high-quality data is available for analysis and model training.
AI & Machine Learning: Support the integration of Generative AI and LLMs into existing workflows, performing prompt engineering and model fine-tuning.
Agile Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to experience the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Current Enrollment: Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field at the University of Florida.
Technical Proficiency: Foundational knowledge in at least one major programming language (Python preferred for AI/Data tracks).
Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and a "Go Gator" attitude toward tackling complex technical challenges.
Communication: Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical team members.
Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
Exposure to AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or LangChain.
Previous project work involving cloud-native architecture.

Help us build and extend our Secure Cloud Landing Zone (SCLZ) codebase which automates the entire process of fielding an authorized cloud solution from cloud org -> app. Our SCLZ allows DoD & National Security customers to scale their missions securely and efficiently using our IL5 and FedRAMP High P-ATO’d landing zone architecture which provides IAM Best Practices, Tenant Isolation, Shared Services, and monitoring through Infrastructure-as-Code (IAC). In this internship you will work across the core SCLZ codebase and build cloud-native solutions running on top of the SCLZ within Google Cloud in support of Defense and National Security mission use cases.

The Role:
The Datacor Engineering Software Group (DESG) is seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated senior-level Software Engineer with a strong computer science foundation and deep experience in the .NET ecosystem, WPF, and MVVM.
You will play an instrumental part in implementing our next-generation architectural platform and UI across the Flow Team’s industry-leading products Fathom, Arrow, Impulse, and xStream, ensuring clean separation of concerns and driving modernization across our tech stack.
You will also contribute broadly across the codebase: developing new features, improving system design, diagnosing complex defects, and strengthening long-term architectural health. You will work autonomously when needed while also collaborating closely with engineers in both software and mechanical engineering domains.
