When start-ups talk about culture, they talk about their trendy office decor and great perks but at Housecall, we do culture a little differently. We believe it's about creating a team that loves each other's company and respects each other's skill. It's about working alongside people who will challenge your boundaries one minute and grab tacos with you the next (and who doesn't love tacos?).

Role Overview
As a Director, Product Management, you lead our PLG strategy and execution across the full customer journey from acquisition through onboarding and retention. You own the product experiences and surfaces that drive how Pros discover, evaluate, adopt, and ultimately achieve success on HCP. You set the vision and drive execution to grow the business through product initiatives tightly aligned to GTM and customer LTV outcomes. You manage a high-performing team of growth product managers, collaborate across sales, marketing, engineering, design, and analytics, and are a key voice in aligning growth product direction with company objectives.
You thrive in the strategic and hands-on, balancing the development of longer-term roadmaps that compound growth with day-to-day experimentation that moves funnel metrics today. You utilize HCP’s deep trove of customer data to identify acquisition, activation, and retention opportunities. You balance “traditional” growth product work — funnel optimization, packaging and monetization tests, etc. — with “AI native” solutions that personalize and accelerate the path from first touch to active customer. You serve as a leader in the product organization, and shape the future of how HCP grows.

Role Overview
Housecall Pro is a vertical SaaS platform built for residential field service professionals. We combine core operating software including scheduling, dispatch, and day-to-day business management features, with a robust set of fintech and customer communications capabilities: ACH/card/check payments, payroll and accounting, bank payouts, embedded spend cards, embedded consumer and business financing, and multi-channel messaging and marketing via email, text, and direct mail.
As a Senior Product Manager II, Risk, you lead our RiskSquad and partner closely with our Risk Operations and Risk Analytics domains to identify problems and solutions for the latest vulnerabilities in our platform. You work horizontally across 20+ product teams at HCP to identify platform risk and deliver scalable solutions that protect money movement, accounts, and communications without adding unnecessary friction for legitimate Pros and their customers.
As a technical, cross-functional PM you will partner with many teams to identify fraud, security, and abuse risks in new and existing launches. Why Housecall Pro?
Help us build solutions that build better lives. At Housecall Pro, we show up to work every day to make a difference for real people: the home service professionals that support America’s 100 million homes. We’re all about the Pro, and dedicate our days to helping them streamline operations, scale their businesses, and—ultimately—save time so they can be with their families and live well.
While our headquarters are based in Denver, Colorado, our team spans the globe, with teammates across Brazil, Poland, the Philippines, Mexico, and beyond. We care deeply about our customers and foster a culture where our company, people and Pros grow and succeed together—no matter where they’re based. Leadership is as focused on growing team members’ careers as they expect their teams to be on creating solutions for Pros.
We also offer:
As an Engineering Manager II on our Platform Organization you will lead two squads that are foundational to how Housecall Pro scales: Search Platform and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
The Search Platform squad owns the infrastructure and tooling that powers search across our product - enabling domain teams to build fast, relevant search experiences. The IAM squad is responsible for building the core identity and access control layer - establishing scalable APIs for authentication and authorization, and enabling new user types and security models as the business grows.
Both squads operate as platform and enablement teams: they build the technical foundations that product and domain teams rely on to ship safely and at pace. You will drive the strategic direction for these areas and create the conditions for your engineers to do their best work.
This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of people leadership, technical depth, and cross-functional influence. You will partner closely with your Director, Staff Engineers, Product, and domain teams to translate business needs into platform capabilities.
Compensation: 9500 - 10200 USD per month
👉*We work in CET, but this role will occasionally require sync meetings with the US team, which may shift your workday to finish later in the afternoon (6:00 PM), as we operate with flexible hours.
*This role is open to candidates inside Poland. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience.
