The Role

As a Health Coach Manager at Diverge, you will have a critical role in supporting our care teams in meeting performance goals and driving positive outcomes for the patients we support. As a highly experienced people manager you will mentor our Health Coaches, you are an empathetic leader who is excited to celebrate day-to-day successes and collaborate with team members to problem-solve when issues arise.  You create an engaging and positive team environment and are comfortable leading, assessing performance, and delivering consistent feedback, both positive and constructive to support employee growth and development.    

Key areas you’ll add value:   

• Responsible for people and performance management of assigned Health coaches on Care Teams   
• Support Health Coaches from onboarding through on-the-job learning to ensure success in their role of driving positive patient outcomes  
• Oversee all people management responsibilities including communication, performance management, growth and development, and administrative/compliance   
• Support coaches in assisting patients with social determinants of health needs

As a Part-Time Imaging Quality Analyst at Avandra Imaging, you will serve as a critical quality and privacy checkpoint within our imaging data pipeline. This role focuses on manual review of medical imaging studies to ensure they meet defined technical, protocol, and de-identification standards prior to client delivery.

This role is well-suited for radiologic technology students or early-career imaging professionals seeking hands-on exposure to medical imaging data, research workflows, and healthcare technology.

Imaging Quality Review

• Perform manual visual review of medical imaging studies using approved DICOM viewers

As a Part-Time System Engineer at Avandra Imaging, you will be an early-career technical generalist supporting the stability, reliability, and performance of our systems.
