Position Summary

As the Senior Engineering Manager for the Mobile App team, you will be the strategic lead for our mobile engineering organization. You will move the team from a "task-driven" unit to a "mission-driven" powerhouse, overseeing the development and optimization of our native iOS and Android applications. • System Integrity:Ensure robust monitoring, logging, and governance to maintain industry-leading standards for app stability, security, and performance.

Required Qualifications

• Experience:12+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5+ years in a people leadership role managing multiple teams or managers.
• Technical Mastery:Deep, hands-on expertise in Native Mobile Development (iOS/Swift and Android/Kotlin) is a must. You should have a proven track record of moving from a Principal Engineer to a Senior Leadership role.
• Domain Expertise:Prior experience in a fast-paced e-commerce or consumer-facing digital environment is highly preferred.
• Architectural Depth:Strong understanding of mobile app lifecycles, app store processes, RESTful APIs, and modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, observability).
• Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
