Lucid Bots is an AI robotics company building the world’s most productive and responsible robots. Our mission is simple: extend human reach. We design intelligent machines that take on dangerous, demanding, and repetitive work—so people don’t have to.
Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, we design, engineer, manufacture, and support our products in the United States. Our production-ready robots are deployed by customers around the world to improve safety, increase productivity, and elevate operational standards.
We are one of the fastest-growing manufacturing companies in the United States, recently ranked fourth nationally. Backed by leading investors including Y Combinator (S19), Cubit Capital, Idea Fund Partners, Danu Ventures, and others, we are scaling quickly at the intersection of AI, hardware, and real-world impact.
We’re building more than robots—we’re building the future of physical AI.
At Lucid Bots, we’re building something extraordinary - and how we work matters just as much as what we build. These values guide how we hire, grow, and show up for one another.
Expedition Behavior - We climb as one. No silos, no “that’s not my job.” We protect the team and share the load.
Grow with Humility - We’re relentless learners. We seek feedback, own mistakes, and get better every day.
Lift People Up - Humans come first. We care fiercely, speak honestly, and design for real people in real conditions.
Build the Extraordinary - We take ownership, reject the ordinary, and run toward hard problems.
We live Above the Line: we take responsibility, create solutions, and shape the future.
If these values energize you, you’ll thrive here. If they feel like too much, this may not be the right climb - and that’s okay.
Raise Lucid Bots’ next round of private capital, get the company into an auditable position, build the financial architecture to scale our Robots-as-a-Service business, and lay the foundation for an eventual public market process.
You have worked inside a manufacturing company at low 8-figures in revenue and helped scale it to 9-figures. You have raised private capital, negotiated venture debt terms, and sat across the table from lenders and leasing partners to structure deals that funded fleet growth or hardware subscriptions. You know what it takes to get a company through its first real audit and you have done it.
You do not make slide decks about what someone else should build. You build it. You own the banking relationships, the capital structure, and the financial narrative. You are not looking for a caretaker role. You are looking to build something.
What success looks like in this role, measured against results, not activities.
The traits and capabilities that predict success in this role.

Lucid Bots is the leading U.S. AI robotics manufacturer of exterior cleaning drones and robotics for commercial and government applications. Since 2018, we've been building the world's most productive and responsible robots to tackle critical maintenance challenges. With industry-leading engineering and dedicated customer support, we've enabled operators to generate over $75 million in revenue, with a fleet of over 500 robots deployed to accomplish dull, dirty, and dangerous jobs with safety and efficiency.
Our mission is simple: extend human reach.
Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, we design, engineer, manufacture, and support our products in the United States. Our production-ready robots are deployed by customers around the world — from global enterprises to independent owner-operators — to improve safety, increase productivity, and elevate operational standards.
We are one of the fastest-growing manufacturing companies in the United States, recently ranked fourth nationally, and we just closed a $20M Series B to fuel our next chapter at the intersection of AI, hardware, and real-world impact. Backed by leading investors including Y Combinator (S19), Cubit Capital, Idea Fund Partners, Danu Ventures, and others, we're scaling quickly.

The Sales Manager leads Lucid Bots' SMB Account Executive team and owns the day-to-day performance, development, and operational rigor of the segment. This is a frontline people leader role: the job is to ramp reps quickly, run pipeline rigor, hit team revenue targets, and build AEs into top performers.
You'll carry team-level ownership for quota attainment, pipeline health, deal quality, and forecast accuracy. You'll partner closely with Sales Engineering, RevOps, and Customer Success on deal flow and handoffs. You'll set and protect high standards for HubSpot hygiene, stage discipline, and adherence to the sales process — and you'll spend your time where the leverage is: in 1:1s, on pipeline reviews, and on ride-alongs with reps.
This is a coaching seat, not a dashboard seat. If you light up when a rep clicks into a new behavior, when a stalled deal moves, when a forecast comes in clean — this is your climb.
This role is based in Charlotte, NC. Partial hybrid flexibility possible, but significant on-site presence is expected.

The Director of Marketing owns the strategy, vision, and performance of Lucid Bots' marketing function — across brand, demand generation, events, product marketing, and digital. You'll define how we show up in the market, build the team and systems to execute at scale, and make marketing a measurable driver of pipeline and revenue.
This is a strategic leadership role. You'll set the playbook, build the people, and drive alignment across Sales, Product, and Engineering. You'll also know when to roll up your sleeves — because at our stage, the plan doesn't run itself.
You'll inherit a talented marketing team on day one. Your job is to get to know them, sharpen the operating cadence, and bring on the additional talent needed to match where the company is headed post–Series B. This is a rare chance to both lead an existing team and design the function that scales with us.
We're looking for someone who has scaled B2B marketing for complex hardware + software products, knows how to turn technical differentiation into market-winning positioning, and brings equal strength in digital strategy and high-impact live experiences. If you get energy from building functions, not just running them, this is your climb.
Bonus if you have:
Charlotte, NC preferred — our HQ is here, most of the team is here, and a lot of what marketing does lives in the building (demos, events, cross-functional work with Engineering and Product). Remote is possible for the right candidate who's willing to travel to Charlotte regularly and be on-site for launches, offsites, and major events.
Don't just apply. Stand out.
The Reality: On paper, many resumes look the same. We don't hire paper; we hire people. While a video is technically optional, it is the single best way to separate yourself from the stack.
The Promise: This is not a black hole. If you take the time to record it, we will take the time to watch it.
What to Send (2 mins max) Please do not read a script. Do not worry about editing or production value. Just open your camera and talk to us.
If you want the highest probability of an interview, send a video.

Company Overview
Join us for an enriching journey with Outset, a trailblazing medical device company that is revolutionizing the field of dialysis. Our focus is to create one high performing team, obsessed with progress, in an atmosphere that is brimming with transformative opportunities. The heart of our mission is pioneering a groundbreaking technology that redefines the landscape of dialysis, streamlining complexity and cost, because patients deserve “better” now, not some day.
At Outset we’re revolutionizing an industry and changing lives. We’re impacting what the future of dialysis looks like by creating a first-of-its-kind technology in order to reduce the cost and complexity of dialysis. FDA cleared for use across care settings, from the hospital to the clinic to the home, the Tablo® Hemodialysis System harnesses modern technology for a new holistic approach to dialysis care. We’re giving providers time back to focus on patient care. And we’re giving patients the power to take control of their life and get back to enjoying the things they love.
Position Overview
Field Service Engineer II (FSE II) is responsible for the installation, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of the Tablo Dialysis System. Reporting to the Manager, Field Service, this role requires a foundation in engineering principles and the ability to apply them in real-world settings to ensure optimal system performance.
As a key representative of Outset in the field, the FSE II works closely with clinical staff and patients, delivering responsive and professional support. This role involves diagnosing issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions. The FSE II also collaborates with cross-functional teams—including Production, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales—and provides valuable feedback to R&D to support continuous product improvement. In addition to core service responsibilities, the FSE II may be asked to contribute to the development of training materials, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other documentation to support team knowledge.
This role requires accurate documentation of service activities in alignment with Outset’s Quality Management System and careful management of company assets including tools, equipment, and inventory.
Extensive travel with the United States may be required, including overnight stays.
