The Patient Engagement Specialist will be responsible for providing service for inbound pharmacy phone calls and/or placing outbound patient refill calls and assisting the patient through the entire refill process. This role will be responsible for some or all of the below types of activities: responding to patient requests and inquiries regarding prescription drug plan coverage and fulfillment through the pharmacy; inbound calls to support the health systems needs in patient; status checks on prescriptions; assists pharmacies to properly adjudicate electronic prescription drug claims and resolve adjudication error messages; responsible for providing knowledgeable and courteous customer assistance and response to members, providers, and pharmacy team member inquiries; serves as a point of contact between patients, pharmacy, liaisons, clinical providers, and various internal functional areas.

Job Purpose
The Clinical Pharmacist will help advance quality pharmacotherapy care by actively assuring the provision of safe, efficacious and cost-effective drug therapy for all Oncology patients. The Patient Engagement Specialist will be responsible for providing service for inbound pharmacy phone calls and/or placing outbound patient refill calls and assisting the patient through the entire refill process. Job Salary:
An employee in this position can expect a salary rate between $55,000 and $70,000 plus bonus pursuant to the terms of an any bonus plan if applicable. The actual salary will depend on experience, geographic location, and other factors permitted by law.

Pharmacotherapy Pharmacy Technician
Location: Onsite at Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital in Santa Rosa, CA
Compensation: An employee in this position can expect an hourly compensation range of $28.00/hr - $36.00/hr. The actual compensation range will depend on experience, seniority, geographic location, and other factors permitted by law.

Job Purpose:
The Pharmacy Technician supports the Pharmacotherapy Clinic by assisting pharmacists with patient communication, follow‑up, and care coordination activities. This role focuses on enhancing patient access to clinical services, supporting medication management processes, and ensuring that patients receive timely monitoring and appropriate follow‑up throughout their therapy. The Technician contributes to safe, efficient, and patient‑centered clinical operations within a non‑dispensing environment.
Job Duties:
Skills: strong interpersonal communication skills, strong phone skills, highly proficient in Epic, and Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Word; able to quickly learn other programs and able to extract relevant information; strong organizational skills a must.
Traits: Organized, high-integrity, attention to detail, dependable, quality focus, empathetic, good listener/communicator.
Other: energetic, highly motivated, team player with strong personal and communication skills; discretion and confidentiality essential as position deals with highly sensitive and private data.
Experience/ Education:
Required Licensure/Certification: We are seeking experienced pharmacy technicians who are state registered as pharmacy technician. Nationally certified as a CPhT or equivalent is strongly preferred but not required.
