What the Role Is
We're hiring Senior PMs to build the next generation of Babylist — and to help us build it the way the next generation of products will be built.This role is for a Senior PM who is both a deeply skilled product manager and an active AI-enabled builder. You own a complex set of features or a customer journey within one of Babylist's consumer surfaces — and you do the work of a great PM: seeing the future of your product with vision and conviction, deeply understanding customers & the business, framing problems sharply, sequencing bold bets, owning outcomes. You also stand up working prototypes yourself, query the data and codebase directly, and contribute to code execution when that’s the most valuable use of your time. And we value speed – of decision making, of execution, and in time to impact.

This role reports into one of our Product Director or Sr. Director leaders, and partners closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and stakeholders across the company.

You are a strong Senior Product Manager — an emerging leader within a product organization, with a track record of owning a meaningful slice of a consumer product end-to-end and driving real business and customer outcomes.

You are AI-native. You actively use LLMs and AI coding tools in your daily work — whatever gets you from customer opportunity to validated idea to business impact the fastest. You have intuition for what current models are good and bad at, and you use that to make product decisions. What the Role Is
We're hiring Staff PMs to own major surfaces of Babylist's consumer experience — and to set the bar for what an AI-native PM looks like at scale. You will be the durable product owner of a major Babylist surface or core customer journey end-to-end — the person the rest of the company looks to when a hard question about that surface has to get answered. You hold the quality bar, set the strategy on a one-year horizon, and operate as the foremost expert on your space inside the company.

As Babylist’s Senior Engineering Manager, Machine Learning & Discovery+Site Monetization, you’ll lead the team driving the next era of our machine learning and personalization efforts across the product. This is a hands-on leadership role for a manager who remains technically fluent while scaling people, systems, and impact. You’ll manage and grow a high-performing ML-focused pod spanning product recommendations, search, PLPs, and site monetization, with a clear mandate: maximize revenue and user value across surface areas through personalization.
You’ll guide the team on technical direction behind our homepage feed, “add next” experience, and other core personalization surfaces, while building the foundations for long-term ML excellence at Babylist.

About the role
As a Staff Product Manager on our Game Tools team, you’ll own the core game systems that underpin every game at Fortis, spanning player experience as well as the architecture and tooling that supports it. Affirm's primary business is lending, and the Loans Lifecycle domain is responsible for maintaining the system of record for all loans at Affirm. As we scale into new geographies, products, and funding structures, the complexity and criticality of this domain continues to grow. We are seeking to hire a Director to lead the Loans Lifecycle engineering organization, spanning the Loans Platform, Ledger Engineering, and Financial Reporting teams.
Set the vision and drive execution for the Loans Lifecycle engineering organization at Affirm, encompassing Loans Platform, Ledger Engineering, and Financial Reporting.
Take ownership of core engineering and business outcomes across the domain, including the loan system of record, ledger pipelines, and financial data delivery to accounting systems.
Define and execute the technical roadmap for service-oriented decomposition, platform scalability, and database architecture evolution to support Affirm's growing loan volume across multiple geographies.
Partner with Accounting, Finance, Capital Markets, Product, and Compliance to ensure financial accuracy and regulatory compliance across all loan products.
Balance product expansion efforts — including international launches, new loan types, and card-related capabilities — with foundational platform investments in reliability, correctness, speed, and operational efficiency.
Drive operational excellence across large-scale batch pipelines and online services, establishing robust incident response, pipeline SLA management, and reconciliation processes.
Run a robust development lifecycle, including continuing agentic adoption and acceleration, while improving a culture of operational excellence.

The Experience You Bring
4 - 6 years of experience working as either Success Manager, Technical Consultant, Architect, or in other roles with a project, delivery, or technical account management focus
Experience working with a large portfolio of customers (+100) and being able to manage multiple accounts at different stages in the life cycle.
Excellent ability to understand and communicate complex business and technical subjects to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to actively listen to customers and translate their business needs into personalized consultation
Proven business and technical acumen to proactively identify customer needs and implement success, adoption, and outcome realization plans

As a Data Engineering Manager, you will lead across several cross-functional teams, managing up to ~10 data engineers and GIS specialists. You will support teams working on data processing and pipelines to enable ML-powered product capabilities.
Our product teams are cross functional and will typically include product managers, designers, engineers and subject matter experts relating to the team’s domain.

MaaS (“Money as a Service”) Data Science
The MaaS Data Science team is central to all money movements, embedded finance, and platform solutions for our biggest and most complex customers. The Growth Data Science team helps businesses on Stripe get started both quickly and effectively. Our team is known for being an experimentation powerhouse, for pushing the frontiers of causal analysis and cumulative impact measurement, and for developing a deep understanding of the user journey that helps drive the product roadmap. As an ML Engineering Manager, you will lead across several cross-functional teams, managing up to ~10 machine learning engineers and data scientists. You will support teams working on data- and machine-learning-driven product capabilities.

The majority of our work is on OSS Grafana, but we also work closely with customers of our commercial offerings. Our main goal is to deliver on the application platform which will unlock multi-tenancy in Grafana to meet our growing demand. A significant part of that work is translation: taking abstract technical systems and surfacing the design problems hidden inside them clearly enough that engineers, PMs, and stakeholders can align on what to solve and why. Diagramming, system mapping, and other artifacts that make complexity legible are tools you reach for naturally, not as documentation but as a way of driving shared understanding and unblocking decisions. The Delegated Administration team is expanding Auth0 to help B2B SaaS applications easily manage access for their own customers and partners, at scale. We make it possible for enterprise SaaS users to log in with the right set of permissions within the right context, and for our B2B customers to onboard access for their customers easily. Our work is cross-cutting and always heavily customer driven.
We work in NodeJS (JavaScript and TypeScript) and use PostgreSQL for our data needs. Our services run on AWS and Azure and we lean heavily on containers for both our development and production needs.

Marqeta is looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer to independently identify and deliver software solutions on our Data Infrastructure team through a set of milestones spanning a specific platform focus or a multi-component system.
