Staff Security Infrastructure Engineer, Red Team
Within the Product Security team, our Red Team delivers robust security assurance for Okta's products, services, and infrastructure. You will be the team's dedicated infrastructure and tooling engineer, the first person in this role for a small team of operators. You will work alongside operators but not report through an operator chain; you'll collaborate as a peer focused on a different discipline.
We seek a Staff Security Infrastructure Engineer to own the engineering backbone that enables our operations. This is not a traditional operator role but a dedicated infrastructure, tooling, and automation engineering position embedded within the Red Team. You will design, build, maintain, and continuously improve the platforms, infrastructure, and custom tooling that our operators depend on to execute engagements.

The Delegated Administration team is expanding Auth0 to help B2B SaaS applications easily manage access for their own customers and partners, at scale. We make it possible for enterprise SaaS users to log in with the right set of permissions within the right context, and for our B2B customers to onboard access for their customers easily. Our work is cross-cutting and always heavily customer driven.
We work in NodeJS (JavaScript and TypeScript) and use PostgreSQL for our data needs. Our services run on AWS and Azure and we lean heavily on containers for both our development and production needs.

Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you will work closely with our Director of Privacy to design, implement, and operate the practical elements of our security posture. We’re looking for a Director of Platform & Infrastructure to own and evolve our core engineering foundations. Reporting to our VP of Product Engineering, this role will lead SRE, MLOps, and Platform teams with a mandate to create leverage across the entire organization.

Grafana Cloud k6 is built around the OSS k6 and targeted at users looking to run performance tests at scale. k6 is a product used by other engineers, and as such, we are looking for people enthusiastic about building high-quality tools they would want to use themselves. Due to our small teams and fast development pace, you will have a substantial and immediate impact on how the end product is architected, developed, and how the engineering team operates.
Your role will focus on establishing and scaling a cross-team culture of engineering excellence by setting standards and guiding adoption of strong DevOps/SRE practices that improve reliability, availability, and operational ownership. As this foundation matures, the role is expected to expand into broader application and product development leadership, contributing architectural and technical depth beyond operational excellence.

We are the team behind Grafana k6, Grafana Cloud k6, and Grafana Cloud Synthetics, used by teams globally to ensure resilient, high-performing systems. This opportunity is with the Grafana Cloud k6 squad, who build and operate our performance testing product. Grafana Cloud k6 is built around the OSS k6 and targeted at users looking to run performance tests at scale. Our enterprise and SaaS offerings allow customers to load test their systems by running distributed tests from 15+ regions worldwide, using hundreds of thousands of virtual users sending millions of requests per second. We ingest huge volumes of data generated by k6, which can be used to view, correlate and analyze metrics from each test.
k6 is a product used by other engineers, and as such, we are looking for people enthusiastic about building high-quality tools they would want to use themselves. Due to our small teams and fast development pace, you will have a substantial and immediate impact on how the end product is architected, developed, and how the engineering team operates.
Your role will focus on establishing and scaling a cross-team culture of engineering excellence by setting standards and guiding adoption of strong DevOps/SRE practices that improve reliability, availability, and operational ownership. As this foundation matures, the role is expected to expand into broader application and product development leadership, contributing architectural and technical depth beyond operational excellence.

Compensation & Rewards:

What you’ll do
As a DevSecOps Engineer within MetaMask & Infura you will be joining a world reference technical team with State of the Art expertise in developing & delivering advanced decentralized applications (Ðapps) and supporting development and production infrastructure. Your job will be to deliver, upgrade and maintain infrastructure with high cybersecurity standards (ISO/SOC2). You will be involved and drive in our code deployment (CI / CD) and setting-up, configuring and running development/test and staging/production infrastructure across multiple products and critical applications and multiple cloud providers (AWS, Azure). With the objective to drive towards improving DORA metrics across our group.
This position requires a combination of technological skills, organizational skills, thinking strategically, security first mindset, pro-activity, problem solving & creativity, pedagogical methodology, team spirit and strong documentation practices.
