The Role:

We are developing the next generation of AI compute, a large-scale system-on-chip (SoC) designed to power future high-performance AI systems. As the SoC Validation Lead, you will be responsible for enabling pre-production software to run reliably on new silicon quickly and efficiently, before showing that the silicon meets the highest standards of quality, reliability and functionality, ready for production deployment.

Job Summary  

Reporting to a Team Lead in the frameworks team you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, optimising, maintaining and supporting the software required to ensure the machine learning accelerators that Graphcore develop enjoy first-class support in state-of-the-art machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch and Triton (note: “Triton” here refers to the Triton language/compiler and not the inference framework).  

This role sees you joining our Triton team, where you will be part of a SCRUM team working on delivering new features, optimise performance, reviewing code changes, writing technical documentation, working with upstream communities, maintaining the code base and supporting users.  

In this role you will closely collaborate with other engineers, both within the Triton team as well as other engineering teams. You help the team coordinate and deliver complex, open-ended technical tasks. You are pro-active and an excellent communicator. You will develop deep expertise in the Triton project and will (in time) contribute to the team’s technical direction and processes. You understand the importance of managing code quality and code complexity and balancing this against the need to deliver business outcomes.

The Role:

Reporting to the Head of Contracts, the Senior Manager, Contracts - Clinical will serve as the primary contracts professional working closely with the Clinical function, particularly Clinical Operations. This is a hands-on, high-volume role responsible for the full lifecycle of clinical site agreements and ancillary clinical contracts across Nuvalent’s global study portfolio, currently spanning four concurrent studies including a Phase 3 randomized controlled trial.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in global clinical site contracting at a sponsor company or CRO, is comfortable operating with significant autonomy, and has the judgment to know when to resolve an issue independently and when to escalate. This role works directly alongside a peer team of Senior Contracts Managers within a contracts department that is growing alongside Nuvalent’s pipeline.

Responsibilities:

Clinical Site & Study Agreements

• Draft, review, negotiate, and execute Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) with academic medical centers, community research sites, and international investigator sites across global markets.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle from initial draft through execution, amendment, and close-out across a high-volume, multi-study portfolio.
• Coordinate Informed Consent Form (ICF) review as needed in connection with site-level contracting.
• Negotiate and process Work Orders (WOs) and Change Orders (COs) in coordination with Clinical Operations and relevant CRO or vendor counterparties.
• Serve as the primary contracts point of contact for site administrators, legal counsel, and CRO contract teams, maintaining productive counterparty relationships through complex negotiations.

• Manage consulting agreements for clinical investigators, key opinion leaders, and clinical consultants engaged by Clinical and Clinical Operations, with appropriate escalation of HCP engagements for compliance review.
• Support statements of work and related agreements for Clinical and Clinical Operations vendors.

Contract Operations & Process

• Maintain accurate, complete, and timely contract records in Nuvalent’s contract management system (Agiloft), including status updates, executed document storage, and obligation tracking.
• Apply and enforce departmental file naming conventions, version control standards, and repository management protocols.
• Provide timely contract status visibility to Clinical and Clinical Operations business owners and serve as a reliable point of contact for internal stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle.

We're hiring an Operations Manager to own that scale-up end-to-end.

As Data Operations Manager, you'll own the day-to-day function that generates the training data powering Lila's robotic systems. That means managing the supervisors who run our data collection shifts, setting the conditions for consistent operator performance, and making sure every hour of work on the floor translates into high-quality, usable data for our research team.

This is a builder role. The team is early — a growing group of operators across two shifts — and the processes, metrics, and programs that will scale it are still being shaped. You'll design and own them. You'll report directly to the Robotics team and serve as the primary operational link between the floor and Robotics Research.

What You'll Be Building

• Run the operation: Own the day-to-day operation across all shifts. Set throughput targets, monitor adherence, debug when shifts under-deliver, and make weekly calls on staffing, scheduling, and task allocation
• Manage the team: You'll manage the supervisors who directly run our operators. Set clear goals, run a consistent performance loop, and grow the supervisory bench as shifts, and sites, expand

• Be the bridge to research: Meet with the research team to understand upcoming priorities: which tasks, which embodiments, what success looks like. Translate those needs into shift plans, and surface friction (poor reset ergonomics, ambiguous instructions, unreliable hardware) before it costs the team hours

Your Impact at LILA

The Staff/Principal DevOps Engineer will drive the design, implementation, and optimization of our infrastructure and delivery platforms. This role bridges platform engineering, site reliability, and DevOps practices, building scalable, automated systems that enable fast, reliable software delivery across cloud and Kubernetes environments. You will collaborate with software engineers, lab scientists, and ML engineers to build infrastructure that powers automated scientific analysis, experiment orchestration, and more.

About Vedanta Biosciences:

Vedanta Biosciences is a late-stage biopharmaceutical company developing medicines for the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases. The company’s lead assets include potential first-in-class oral therapy, VE303, in a Phase 3 trial for recurrent C. difficile infection. The Role:

This position directly supports Vedanta’s in-house cGMP manufacturing capabilities. This role will be lab-centered and focused on Drug Product and Drug Substance testing for release and stability. In addition to performing testing, this role will participate in the management of the Quality Control laboratory with daily responsibilities including routine lab testing, inventory management, and data reporting.

There will be collaboration with Analytical Development, Quality Assurance, and Production departments to support cGMP manufacturing, Process Validations, and Analytical Testing Validations.

A successful candidate for this role will have strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and be a quick learner. They will be able to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action and ask questions if the path forward is unclear, follow routine procedures, apply learned techniques, and contribute to analysis and investigation to solve problems. An ideal candidate will be a strong independent worker, able to self-organize and execute day-to-day work autonomously.

Previous experience with hands-on laboratory testing in a microbiology laboratory, aseptic technique, qPCR, pipetting, and general USP microbiological is required. Experience with chemistry testing and data review preferred.

This role will require being on-site full-time in Cambridge.

The Role:

Reporting to the Associate Director, Formulation Sciences, the Senior Manager, Formulation Sciences will act as late-stage drug product subject matter expert and will support drug product process validation toward commercialization. The successful candidate needs to demonstrate a proven record of working in a virtual environment with CDMOs to deliver clinical and commercial supplies in support of fast-paced late-stage development programs. Using strategic thinking, the Senior Manager must be able to develop and execute process validation strategies for successful product commercialization.

This individual has responsibility for support of drug product process validation, scale up, and post-approval changes (SUPAC) and routine commercial manufacturing activities across Nuvalent’s contract research and manufacturing organizations. The primary accountability is being the steward for product development and manufacturing as these programs transition through development and into commercialization. The ultimate goal will be to ensure robust process and manufacture strategies for consistent commercial supply.

• Support drug product Process Validation activities, Scale up and post-approval changes (SUPAC) and routine commercial manufacturing at CDMOs.

 Qualifications:

• PhD in pharmaceutics, pharmaceutical sciences, chemical engineering or related field with a minimum of 3+ years or MS with 6+ years /BS with 10+ years of industry experience.
• Proven track record on drug product process validation, scale up and manufacture for solid dosage form (tablets).
• Experience with QbD principles and DOE methodology preferred.
• Manage the outsourcing manufacturing activities at CDMO sites to meet CMC goals.
• Understanding of cGMP/ICH guidelines and the ability to apply them to development and manufacturing.

• Experience with solid dosage form (tablet) process development; exposure to late-stage validation is a plus.

• Ability to author and critically review relevant development reports as well as regulatory dossiers.
• Up to 25% travel is expected, both domestically and internationally.

The Opportunity 

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic leader to direct analytical development and quality control strategies in support of drug substance and drug product development across all stages of development. In this role, you will establish and lead the analytical strategy for our small molecule programs and serve as a key partner across CMC, Regulatory, and Quality functions. 

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, including CMOs and CROs, to ensure robust analytical methods and quality systems are implemented to support development, manufacturing, and regulatory submissions. 

This is a highly visible leadership role with responsibility for shaping analytical strategies that enable the successful advancement of our clinical pipeline. 

Your Role 

• You will be responsible for setting and executing the analytical development and quality control strategy across our development programs, ensuring phase-appropriate analytical methods and control strategies are in place to support drug substance (DS) and drug product (DP) development. 

• You will lead analytical method development, validation, and lifecycle management activities required for the full characterization of small molecule NCEs. 

• You will provide scientific and strategic oversight of external laboratories, CMOs, and CROs conducting analytical development, method validation, release testing, and stability testing in support of Relay clinical candidates. 

• You will review and approve analytical development strategies, method transfer and validation protocols, datasets, and final reports. 

• You will oversee QC testing performed at external analytical laboratories and DS/DP manufacturing sites to ensure compliance with cGMP standards. 

• You will provide quality oversight and approval of cGMP QC documentation, including change controls, deviations, CAPAs, analytical procedures, and validation protocols. 

• You will review analytical data packages and raw data from third-party laboratories to support batch disposition and release. 

• You will oversee the Reference Standard program, including establishing and maintaining reference standards, approving qualification protocols and reports, and coordinating release testing at external laboratories. 

• You will lead activities related to critical quality attributes (CQAs), specifications, stability strategies, data trending, shelf life determinations, and expiry dating for drug substance and drug product. 

• You will define and implement phase-appropriate analytical and stability strategies across all clinical development programs. 

• You will author and review QC and analytical sections of regulatory filings, including INDs and NDAs, and provide technical leadership for responses to Health Authority questions. 

• You will represent the analytical function in cross-functional program teams and contribute to overall CMC strategy and regulatory planning. 

• You will build strong partnerships across Regulatory Affairs, CMC, Quality Assurance, and external partners to ensure alignment on development and regulatory strategies. 

• As the analytical function grows, you may mentor and lead internal scientists or matrix teams, while establishing scalable processes and best practices. 

Your Background 

• You have earned an MS or PhD in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related discipline, with 10+ years of industry experience, including significant experience leading analytical development activities in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment. 

• You have deep expertise in analytical development, method validation, technology transfer, troubleshooting, and quality control for small molecule drug development. 

• You have experience developing analytical strategies across multiple phases of development, including IND-enabling and late-stage programs. 

• Experience supporting regulatory filings (IND, NDA, or equivalent) and interacting with global regulatory agencies such as the FDA, EMA, or PMDA is strongly preferred. 

• You possess strong technical expertise in analytical methods for small molecule drug substances and oral solid dosage forms. 

• You are an effective communicator who can collaborate successfully with cross-functional internal teams, contract laboratories, and manufacturing partners. 
• You are comfortable managing multiple programs and priorities in a dynamic development environment.

Estimated Salary Range: [$160,000 - $228,000].
