Who We Are
Flagship Pioneering is a biotechnology company that invents and builds platform companies that change the world. We bring together the greatest scientific minds with entrepreneurial company builders and assemble the capital to allow them to take courageous leaps. Those big leaps in human health and sustainability exponentially accelerate scientific progress in areas ranging from cancer detection and treatment to nature-positive agriculture.
What sets Flagship apart is our ability to advance biotechnology by uniting life science innovation, company creation, and capital investment under one roof in a way that is largely without precedent. Our scientific founders, entrepreneurial leaders, and professional capital managers are each aligned around an institutionalized process that enables us to innovate and transform for the benefit of people and planet.
Many of the companies Flagship has founded have addressed humanity’s most urgent challenges: vaccinating billions of people against COVID-19, curing intractable diseases, improving human health, preempting illness, and feeding the world by improving the resiliency and sustainability of agriculture.
Flagship has been recognized twice on FORTUNE’s “Change the World” list, an annual ranking of companies that have made a positive social and environmental impact through activities that are part of their core business strategies, and has been twice named to Fast Company’s annual list of the World’s Most Innovative Companies.
Associate Director, AI Operations & Enablement
The Enterprise AI team sits within Flagship's Information Technology organization and is responsible for AI strategy, governance, tooling, and enablement across the Flagship ecosystem. About the Role
Flagship is hiring an Associate Director, AI Operations & Enablement to accelerate the impact of the Enterprise AI function. Reporting to the Senior Director, AI Transformation Lead, this person will own day-to-day execution across three core capability areas: AI education and capability building, AI strategy and use case portfolio management, and AI tool and vendor management.
This is an inaugural role on a small, high-visibility team. The successful candidate will operate as a senior individual contributor with broad cross-functional reach, partnering closely with developers, scientists, and business leaders. The role is execution-heavy and ideal for someone who has led enterprise AI programs in a consulting or in-house capacity and is energized by building a function from the ground up.
What You'll Do
AI Strategy, Governance & Use Case Portfolio Management
AI Education & Capability Building
AI Tool & Vendor Management

Our mission is to be the TV streaming platform that connects the entire TV ecosystem. We connect consumers to the content they love, enable content publishers to build and monetize large audiences, and provide advertisers unique capabilities to engage consumers.
From your first day at Roku, you'll make a valuable - and valued - contribution. We're a fast-growing public company where no one is a bystander. We offer you the opportunity to delight millions of TV streamers around the world while gaining meaningful experience across a variety of disciplines.
Enterprise Engineering builds integrated, scalable platforms that power Roku’s core Finance, Accounting, Payments, Supply Chain, and HR processes. We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead finance and payouts platforms within Enterprise Engineering, with a strong focus on AI-driven automation. You will own products that support order-to-cash, revenue accounting, financial close, reconciliations, and partner payouts, working across Controllership, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Payments, Ads Revenue Operations, and Business Systems.
You’ll define the vision, roadmap, and execution for capabilities that combine robust finance controls with modern engineering and AI - e.g., ML-assisted reconciliations, anomaly detection, intelligent exception routing, and Gen-AI powered tools for finance users. This is a high-impact senior IC role; you will regularly influence senior stakeholders across regions, while partnering closely with engineering leads and architects.

Roku is a great place for people who want to work in a fast-paced environment where everyone is focused on the company's success rather than their own. We try to surround ourselves with people who are great at their jobs, who are easy to work with, and who keep their egos in check. We appreciate a sense of humor. We believe a fewer number of very talented folks can do more for less cost than a larger number of less talented teams. We're independent thinkers with big ideas who act boldly, move fast and accomplish extraordinary things through collaboration and trust. In short, at Roku you'll be part of a company that's changing how the world watches TV.
We have a unique culture that we are proud of. We think of ourselves primarily as problem-solvers, which itself is a two-part idea. We come up with the solution, but the solution isn't real until it is built and delivered to the customer. That penchant for action gives us a pragmatic approach to innovation, one that has served us well since 2002.

This is a high-ownership, hands-on engineering role. You will own the build and deployment of AI-powered workflows and systems across business functions, from intake through production. We’ll be honest — sales isn’t easy, and it’s not for everyone. But for those who love a challenge, thrive on results, and want to launch a long-term path in sales, it’s incredibly rewarding.
If you’re looking to “try out” sales or just dip a toe in, this probably isn’t the role for you. But, if you’re the kind of person who wakes up hungry to compete, thrives on setting and smashing goals, and wants to build a career in tech sales from the ground up — we want to talk to you.
At HubSpot, our BDRs are not only the first point of contact for our prospects—they’re also developing the skills and mindset to become our next generation of Account Executives. This is not a placeholder job — it’s the first chapter of a high-growth sales career designed for those who want to build skills, embrace feedback, move fast, and grow even faster.
The Role:
As an Outbound BDR, you’ll play a key role in HubSpot’s growth engine. Along the way, you’ll sharpen your sales toolkit daily and gain exposure to a world-class sales organization.

What You Won’t Do:
We’re Looking For People Who:
✅ Are eager to grow long-term within a sales path–if your focus is split between sales and other paths like customer success, marketing, operations, etc, this role likely won’t be the best fit.
✅ Are resilient, coachable, and crave feedback to improve.
✅ Are curious and ask why, not just how.
✅ Set high standards for themselves — and hit them.
✅ Are technologically fluent, adapting to new technologies and leveraging AI in your day-to-day.
✅ Communicate clearly, write thoughtfully, and can confidently conduct a cold call.
✅ Are energized by a fast-paced environment and a bit of friendly competition.
✅ Either have past sales success or have demonstrated excellence in goal-driven roles (think: fundraising, athletics, service industry, etc).

👉 If you're new to sales, show us your grit: include examples of how you've hit ambitious goals in other roles.
📊 If you’ve been in sales before, highlight metrics like quota attainment.
Important information about the position.

We’re looking for future stars, not just seat-fillers. If you want to grow into an elite sales professional and are ready to work hard, get uncomfortable, and see what you're really capable of — this is your shot.
