What’s the opportunity?

The Vice President, Medical Affairs Oncology is a member of the Development Leadership Team reporting to the Chief Medical Officer. This senior executive leader is accountable for the end-to-end design and execution of the Medical Affairs strategy across Parabilis portfolio, including Scientific Communications, Medical Education, Evidence Generation, Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Engagement, Publication Planning, and Medical Information. This role ensures scientific excellence and cross-functional integration across all development programs and builds a scalable Medical Affairs organization capable of supporting global, multi-indication growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

• Define and execute the Medical Affairs Oncology strategy aligned with the clinical development roadmap and portfolio priorities.
• Serve as a core member of the Development Leadership Team and contribute to broader
• Development governance and portfolio decision-making.
• Support portfolio-level medical prioritization, lifecycle planning, and cross-indication strategy.

KOL Engagement & Medical Education

• Build and sustain relationships with leading KOLs, academic medical centers, and cooperative groups relevant to Parabilis’ pipeline.
• Design and oversee Medical Education programs that advance understanding of Parabilis’ science, novel mechanisms, and unmet need across tumor types.

Evidence Generation & Publication Strategy

• Lead the development and execution of a robust evidence generation strategy, including investigator-initiated studies, real-world evidence, and health outcomes research
• Oversee development and execution of a comprehensive publication plan aligned with clinical milestones and regulatory timelines
• Build global medical affairs infrastructure to support multi-program, multi-regional growth
• Drive Medical Affairs KPIs and impact metrics in support of portfolio strategy and commercial readiness

Scientific Communications & Medical Information

• Lead scientific communications strategy to accurately and compellingly convey the differentiated profile of Parabilis’ Helicon™ platform and pipeline assets
• Oversee Medical Information function, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant responses to healthcare professional inquiries
• Oversee the creation of high-quality medical education materials, slide decks, and scientific exchange resources
• Establish scalable medical affairs infrastructure to support launch readiness across tumor types and geographies

Patient Advocacy and Patient Support

• Building trusted partnerships with advocacy organizations across Parabilis' specific tumor types
• Integrating the patient voice into MA strategy, trial design, and evidence generation
• Collaborating with patient communities on disease awareness and education
• Developing patient support programs to improve access, adherence, and trial participation ensuring all patients’ engagement is conducted with ethical rigor and full compliance

Cross-functional Partnership & Commercial Readiness

• Partner closely with Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, and New Product Planning to ensure scientific and medical alignment across the development and pre-commercialization continuum
• Support payer strategies by contributing to value dossiers, HEOR data packages

Compliance & Medical Governance

• Lead development and continuous improvement of Medical Affairs SOPs, governance frameworks, and compliance systems
• Ensure all Medical Affairs activities are executed in accordance with applicable regulations, industry codes, and Parabilis’ internal policies

Organizational Leadership

• Build and mentor a high-performing Medical Affairs Oncology team with deep scientific expertise and strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Establish clear accountability, performance metrics, and a culture of scientific rigor and integrity
• Foster a culture of collaboration, scientific curiosity, and patient-centricity across the Medical Affairs team

What you’ll need to be successful:

• MD required; PharmD or PhD in a relevant biomedical discipline may be considered with commensurate experience
• 15+ years of progressive biopharmaceutical industry experience, with a minimum of 8 years in Medical Affairs with deep scientific expertise in oncology
• Demonstrated success building and leading Medical Affairs organizations, including KOL engagement, evidence generation, and scientific communications
• Experience standing up Medical Affairs capabilities in high-growth, clinical-stage biotech or pharmaceutical environments
• Strong scientific credibility, executive leadership presence, and ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders

The base salary range for this position is $360,000-$410,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and internal practices. What’s the opportunity?

The VP, Development Data Science will build and lead a cross functional data centric matrix to accelerate drug development, support regulatory submissions and guide the Real-World Data (RWD) / Real-World Evidence (RWE) function at Parabilis. This role is responsible for end-to-end strategy and execution of RWD/RWE and clinical data science to inform trial design, contextualize clinical results, support biomarker and translational work, and optimize site and patient selection.

The VP will partner closely with Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, Translational/Computational Biology, Regulatory, and the broader Data Science & Engineering team to maximize the probability of success of our clinical programs.

• Strategy & Leadership
  • Define and own the Clinical Data Science strategy.
  • Serve as the senior Clinical Data Science leader and primary point of contact for RWD/RWE across programs aligned with portfolio and corporate objectives.
  • Represent Clinical Data Science on cross-functional governance and portfolio forums.
• RWD/RWE & Clinical Analytics
  • Design and oversee RWE studies to contextualize clinical trials, including synthetic/external control arms, patient matching, and trial emulation.
  • Use RWD to inform clinical trial design (eligibility criteria, endpoints, enrichment strategies), dose/regimen selection, and go/no-go decisions.
  • Contribute data science insights for feasibility and site selection, including epidemiology, patient journeys, referral patterns, and diversity/access.
  • Integrate RWD with internal clinical and biomarker data to support forward and reverse translation, target and indication strategy, and mechanism-of-resistance analyses.
  • Establish and maintain best practices in causal inference, comparative effectiveness, and time-to-event modeling relevant to RWE in oncology.
• Data Assets, Partnerships & Infrastructure
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize RWD sources (EHR, claims, registries, genomic/omic datasets, imaging, PROs) to support current and future clinical needs.
  • Lead collaboration and contracting with RWD providers and academic/industry partners in coordination with Commercial, Business Development, Legal, and Procurement.
  • Partner with Engineering and Data Science to define requirements for secure, scalable, compliant RWD infrastructure and analytic environments.
  • Ensure data quality, interoperability, and governance suitable for regulatory-grade analyses.
• Team Building & Management
  • Build and lead a high-performing Clinical Data Science team (e.g., RWE epidemiologists, clinical data scientists, etc).
  • Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and support growth and succession planning.
  • Foster a culture of scientific rigor, transparency, and effective collaboration with Clinical Development, Biostatistics, and other partners.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication
  • Work in an integrated way with Clinical and Development teams to define key questions and translate them into analytic and RWE plans.
  • Communicate complex methods, assumptions, and results clearly to clinical, technical, and executive stakeholders.
  • Support regulatory and payer/Health Technology Assessment interactions where RWE and clinical analytics contribute to program strategy (e.g., briefing documents, responses, meeting preparation).
  • Collaborate with Translational and Computational Biology to align biomarker and patient selection strategies with integrated clinical and RWD analytics.
• Governance, Quality & Compliance
  • Ensure RWD/RWE activities meet regulatory, ethical, and privacy standards (e.g., GCP, data de-identification and privacy requirements).
  • Implement documentation, reproducibility, and quality standards for Clinical Data Science analyses.
  • Monitor evolving external expectations for use of RWE in regulatory and payer settings and adapt internal practices accordingly.

What you’ll need to be successful:

• PhD, MD, PharmD, or MS in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, HEOR, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 12–15+ years of experience in pharma/biotech, healthcare technology, or related sectors, with significant focus on RWD/RWE and clinical development; oncology experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record designing and delivering impactful RWE studies to inform clinical, regulatory, or payer decision-making.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial design, biostatistics fundamentals, and translational/biomarker concepts, ideally in oncology or immuno-oncology.
• Demonstrated experience building, leading, and developing high-performing quantitative teams in a matrixed environment.
• Hands-on familiarity with major RWD types (EHR, claims, registries, genomic/omic datasets) and key vendors/platforms.
• Proficiency with modern analytic tools and programming environments (e.g., R, Python, SQL) and with guiding development of robust, reproducible analytic workflows.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage effectively with clinicians, statisticians, senior leaders, and external partners.

What’s the opportunity?

We are seeking an experienced leader in vivarium and in vivo operations to oversee our research animal facilities and in vivo study support. In this Associate Director role, you will be accountable for daily operations, resource planning, budgets, technical training and compliance with IACUC, AAALAC and institutional policies. 

You will manage animal procurement, housing, husbandry services and technicalsupport across discovery and pre‑clinicalstudies, collaborating with program leaders and CRO partnersto align operationalsupport with scientific objectives. A key aspect of this role is developing and coaching a high‑performing technical team while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement to uphold the highest standards of animal welfare.

Key abilities of this role include:

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for vivarium operations, ensuring high-quality husbandry, facility maintenance, and resource planning.
• Serve as institutional lead for IACUC protocols and animal use compliance; prepare and lead facility audits and inspections.
• Oversee procurement and inventory of animals and supplies and maintain accurate records of census and environmental conditions.
• Develop and manage the vivarium operating budget, forecasting resource needs and supporting capital planning. 
• Provide oversight and coordination of in vivo hands on training and SOP adherence for a cross functional group of hybrid scientists; remain willing to perform hands on work as needed and lead the integration of new skills and techniques as our portfolio and programs expand. 
• Coordinate study scheduling and operational support across in vivo pharmacology programs and CRO partners; represent in vivo operations in cross-functional meetings.
• Drive process improvement, SOP development and emergency preparedness; ensure compliance with AAALAC and institutional policies.
• Provide subject matter expertise in in vivo study execution, facility operations, and support program teams by troubleshooting logistics.

What you’ll need to be successful:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in biological sciences, animal science or related discipline; 10+ years of vivarium/in vivo experience including 5+ years in a leadership role; advanced degree (M.S., DVM or Ph.D.) and AALAS/CMAR certification are preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing vivarium operations, including budgets, resource forecasting, animal procurement and facility maintenance.
• In depth knowledge of AAALAC and IACUC regulations and experience serving as institutional lead for animal use protocols and facility audits.
• Proven ability to supervise, mentor, and develop technical staff and maintain high standards of animal welfare and safety.
• Strong operational planning, problem-solving and process improvement skills, with experience developing SOPs and emergency plans.

Key Responsibilities:

What you’ll need to be successful:

• Ph.D. in chemistry, biochemistry, molecular biology, structural biology, peptide chemistry, protein engineering, or related discipline strongly preferred.
• Registered U.S. Patent Agent or admitted U.S. Patent Attorney in good standing.
• 5+ years of patent experience in biotechnology, including in-house or law firm experience supporting innovative therapeutic platforms.
• Strong familiarity with peptide therapeutics, intracellular delivery systems, oncology drug discovery, and computational drug discovery technologies.
• Demonstrated success building patent estates for platform biotech companies.
• Deep understanding of U.S. and global patent law relevant to life sciences.
• Excellent scientific writing, claim drafting, and strategic communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize AI tools for day-to-day work; baseline proficiency is expected, and advanced or innovative use of AI is a strong plus.

The Senior Manager, Supply Chain will lead the end-to-end operational management of investigational product (IP) and clinical trial materials across global Phase I–III studies. The Senior Associate Scientist will play a hands-on role in discovery and translational biology, leading assay development and generating mechanistic insights to support oncology programs from lead optimization through biomarker development. Reporting to the Associate Director of Cheminformatics, the candidate will work collaboratively with biologists and chemists, leveraging skills in data science and cheminformatics to enable hypothesis generation and data insights for advancing Fog preclinical drug discovery.

You’ll be part of a data science team that is a central pillar of Parabilis’s innovative discovery platform and pipelines targeting “undruggable” genes of major therapeutic interest to patients. Our data science team is an integrated team ranging from computational biology, bioinformatics, computational drug discovery, research informatics and data engineering. We are seeking a highly talented and self-motivated person to contribute to the development of the Computational Drug Discovery group, a strategic function in Data Science that is part of Parabilis’s platform discovery engine for HeliconTM stapled-peptide drugs.  The skill sets of the group includes state-of-the-art machine learning/generative AI, molecular modeling, cheminformatics and data science towards the discovery and development of HeliconTM stapled-peptide drugs.

You’ll be part of a data science team that is a central pillar of Parabilis’s innovative discovery platform and pipelines targeting “undruggable” genes of major therapeutic interest to patients. Our data science team is an integrated team, ranging from computational biology, bioinformatics, computational drug discovery, research informatics and engineering. We work at the interface of chemistry, biology, clinical and computational sciences, and are responsible for all aspects of data science, from building the discovery pipeline to supporting and developing our discovery .

Responsibilities

• Provide computational expertise towards, but not limited to, ternary complex designs for degraders and other proximity-based modalities, hit-to-lead progression using multi-objective optimization, initiating new projects, new drug-target assessments and advancing drug-pipeline projects towards the clinic.
• Identify, implement, and apply 3D modeling techniques for sampling HeliconTM peptide conformations in presence of a target, in ternary complex, and in different physiological environments.
• Analyze and derive 3D peptide-structure relationships.
• Exemplify scientific leadership by partnering across functions and working within a team of talented and passionate scientists to discover drugs.
• Interface with internal and external partners.

What you’ll need to be successful:

• PhD in Computational Chemistry, Protein Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Macromolecular sciences or close-related field
• 5+ years of pharma/biotech industry experience in computational rational drug .
• Demonstrated experience with ternary complex design and understanding, peptide design or protein engineering and a good understanding of peptide structure-property relationships (e.g. helicity and amphiphilicity metrics, cell penetration).
• Demonstrated mastery of modern computational chemistry including, but not limited to, peptide folding and docking, use of co-folding foundation models, such as Boltz, structure-based design (receptor and ligand-based), scaffold hopping, docking and conformational analysis.
• An understanding of modern drug discovery including, but not limited to, medicinal chemistry, multi-parametric optimization, molecular recognition principles, and the ability to adapt and translate these principles to stapled peptides.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a multidisciplinary environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a strong passion for learning new concepts and technologies
• Expertise in one or more peptide modeling environments (e.g. ICM, Rosetta, Amber, GROMACS) and methods (enhanced sampling MD, Monte Carlo, MSM).
• Demonstrated understanding of critical assessment of molecule-property data and predictive model quality.
• Demonstrated understanding of experiments behind the data that can be translated to computational analysis.
• Experience with command line modeling applications.
• Familiarity with cloud computing environments.
• Strong scientific programming skills (Python) in a Linux environment.
• Experience with enterprise research informatics systems such as Dotmatics and chemical and biological data warehouses is a plus.
• Familiarity with concepts in machine learning.
• Familiarity with cheminformatics techniques is a plus.

The Research Equipment Lead is responsible for enabling Parabilis’ cutting-edge research by ensuring laboratory equipment is strategically selected, optimally configured, highly reliable, and continuously improving. This role owns the full lifecycle of research instrumentation and partners closely with Research, Finance, Facilities, IT, Quality, and external vendors to minimize downtime, enable automation, and support scalable, reproducible science.

This position requires deep and broad technical expertise across research equipment platforms, strong operational rigor, and the ability to integrate automation, data, and AI-driven approaches into lab operations. The Research Equipment Lead plays a critical role in aligning equipment strategy with scientific roadmaps, growth plans, and financial and regulatory requirements.

Equipment Lifecycle & Operational Excellence

• Own the full lifecycle of research equipment, from needs assessment and acquisition through installation, operation, maintenance, and retirement, ensuring high availability and performance across research groups.
• Oversee day-to-day equipment operations, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and disruption to research.
• Lead installation, qualification, validation, and calibration of laboratory instruments in coordination with vendors, Facilities, IT, and internal stakeholders, applying continuous improvement principles.
• Maintain comprehensive, audit-ready documentation, including equipment inventories, maintenance logs, calibration records, service contracts, and validation documentation, in alignment with internal policies and applicable regulatory expectations.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for equipment reliability, utilization, and downtime.

Training, Partnership & Vendor Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for equipment-related issues across research labs.
• Develop and deliver technical training to ensure safe, effective, and compliant use of laboratory instruments.
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Research, Facilities, IT, Quality, Procurement, and Finance to ensure seamless equipment support and alignment.
• Manage vendor relationships, including service agreements, performance reviews, and escalation of technical issues.

Equipment Strategy, Automation & Capital Planning

• Partner with R&D leadership to forecast equipment, automation, and digital infrastructure needs aligned with scientific strategy, growth plans, and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with Finance on capital planning, asset tracking, depreciation, and accounting requirements for research equipment.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, automation platforms, and AI-enabled tools; recommend capital investments that improve efficiency, scalability, data quality, and reproducibility.
• Identify opportunities to implement laboratory automation, robotics, and software-driven workflows, including the use of AI or data analytics to optimize equipment performance, scheduling, predictive maintenance, and experimental throughput.
• Contribute to the design or customization of novel or integrated instrumentation solutions to support next-generation research.

What you’ll need to be successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Physics, or a related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• 5-7+ years of hands-on experience supporting and maintaining complex research laboratory equipment across multiple scientific functions.
• Demonstrated expertise in equipment lifecycle management, preventive maintenance programs, and vendor coordination.
• Working knowledge of relevant scientific, engineering, operational, safety, and regulatory principles applicable to research laboratories.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and documentation rigor.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience implementing laboratory automation, robotics, or digitally enabled workflows.

This role is the primary computational partner for one or more pipeline programs, working across both preclinical and clinical spaces to convert complex biomarker, mechanistic, and RWD/E datasets into clear, actionable insights for target, dose, indication, and combination strategy. Reporting to the Head of Computational Biology, a successful candidate will design and implement robust analysis workflows spanning in vitro and in vivo studies, early‑phase trials, and external data sources to refine patient selection and mechanism‑of‑action understanding. The ideal candidate will couple their prior experience in oncology with a deep understanding of bioinformatics methodologies, a strong computational skill set, and an ability to translate scientific challenges into technical solutions and analysis that informs team decisions.

Scope of the role:

• Strategic thinker, planner and implementer of computational biomarker and translational analyses for early‑phase oncology studies (e.g., FOG‑001 and ERG/AR degraders), from IND‑enabling work through Phase 1/2, ensuring continuity between preclinical and clinical datasets.
• Design and execute analysis plans for diverse biomarker modalities across preclinical models and clinical samples, including bulk and single‑cell RNA‑seq, DNA panels/WES, ctDNA, IHC/IF, multiplex protein assays, and other exploratory readouts.
• Synthesize, summarize and communicate findings in a clear, decision‑oriented manner to cross‑functional teams and governance, and contribute to internal decision making, conference abstracts, and manuscripts as appropriate.

Who you’ll be working with:

• Partner closely with discovery biology, translational scientists, clinicians, biostatistics, and RWD/E colleagues to define questions that leverage both preclinical and human data, and to design analyses that are statistically and biologically robust

Main tasks & duties for the position:

• Analyze preclinical in vitro and in vivo data (e.g., Helicon screens, xenograft/PDX models, pharmacology and PD studies) to characterize target engagement, pathway modulation, and resistance mechanisms, and translate these findings into clinical hypotheses.
• Analyze pre and on treatment patient biopsies and blood samples to quantify pathway modulation, signaling changes, and emergent resistance or sensitivity signatures, integrating with preclinical findings where possible.
• Develop, validate, and operationalize predictive and pharmacodynamic biomarker signatures for use in preclinical strategy, trial design, and RWD/E anchored analyses, including patient stratification and indication/expansion cohort selection
• Uses leading-edge knowledge of principles, concepts and practices and/or techniques to lead complex projects involving related departments; May have supervisory responsibilities

What you’ll need to be successful:

• PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Statistics, Epidemiology, or related field, or MS with significant industry experience in translational, clinical biomarker, and/or RWD/E analysis in oncology.
• 7+ years of relevant post graduate experience (biotech/pharma or closely related), including direct work with both preclinical and clinical oncology datasets.
• Strong hands on experience analyzing biomarker data such as DNA sequencing, RNA seq (bulk and/or single cell), ctDNA, and tissue based assays (IHC/IF, multiplex platforms), with demonstrated impact on either discovery or development decisions, ideally both.
• Proficiency in Python and/or R, including data wrangling, statistical modeling, visualization, and best practices for reproducible research (version control, environments, documentation).
• Comfortable operating at the interface of discovery, translation, clinical development, and external data, with a track record of effective collaboration with non-computational colleagues.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into concise, decision ready narratives for diverse audiences.
