Responsibilities

Cost Optimization

• Develop and execute enterprise supplier negotiation strategies across commercial and government supply bases
• Lead multi-year cost reduction initiatives, value engineering efforts, and strategic sourcing agreements
• Establish cost control frameworks including should-cost modeling, competitive sourcing, and total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis
• Ensure suppliers meet cost, schedule, and performance expectations aligned to production and program requirements

 
Demand Fulfillment & Supply Assurance

• Own material availability strategy across production programs, ensuring alignment with engineering changes, demand signals, and production schedules
• Translate evolving or imperfect planning signals into executable procurement actions (RFQs, POs, capacity commitments)
• Proactively manage supplier responsiveness during demand volatility and scaling transitions
• Resolve supply disruptions, PO discrepancies, and invoice issues with urgency and accountability

Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management

• Independently lead high-value supplier negotiations across commercial and government contracts, including pricing, lead time, capacity commitments, and long-term supply agreements
• Review, draft, and negotiate complex commercial terms and conditions (T&Cs), ensuring appropriate balance of risk, liability, and performance expectations
• Interpret and negotiate contract structures including IP ownership, warranty, indemnification, flow-down clauses, and FAR/DFARS requirements
• Partner closely with Legal and Contracts to ensure procurement agreements are structurally sound, enforceable, and aligned with program risk posture

• Drive negotiation strategy across key suppliers to improve cost, reduce risk exposure, and secure priority capacity during scaling phases

Cross-Functional Leadership & Influence

• Serve as a primary procurement leader interfacing with Finance, Engineering, Planning, and Program Management

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 6+ years of progressive management experience leading procurement or supply chain teams
• Experience operating in both commercial and regulated/government supply chain environments
• Demonstrated success managing complex supply bases supporting production or manufacturing operations

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience in defense, aerospace, electronics, or complex hardware manufacturing environments
• Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS, AS9100, CPSR readiness, and defense procurement frameworks
• Experience scaling supply chains from prototype/low-rate production into high-volume manufacturing
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications
• Proven success in supplier negotiations spanning both commercial and government contracts

About the role

The Hardware Royalty & Licensing Manager will oversee Roku’s end-to-end management of hardware royalty costs for Roku-branded televisions and other devices. They will read, interpret, and negotiate license agreements—particularly with patent assertion entities—and translate those terms into transparent, operational processes with our Royalty Accounting and Product Management teams to ensure compliance, accurate reporting, and cost optimization.

For California Only - The estimated annual base salary for this position is between $180,000 - $200,000 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. What you'll be doing

• 5–6+ years of experience in procurement, IP licensing, royalty management, or a closely related function in consumer electronics, media/streaming, or adjacent tech industries.
  Proven experience interpreting and negotiating license agreements, including with patent assertion entities and/or patent pools; strong redlining skills and familiarity with key terms (e.g., field-of-use, territory, MFN, caps, rate structures, audit rights, grant-back).

ABOUT THE JOB

The Supply Chain Operations Project Manager is a hands-on builder and problem-solver who designs, develops, and deploys new processes and systems within the Supply Chain Technology & Optimization team. In this role, you will support digital enhancement and optimization process on the Business side, encompassing administrative, strategic, and program management aspects of our WMS continuous enhancement program and end-user process innovation. This role will be pivotal in liaising with IT/Corp Tech teams to drive a successful WMS implementation that optimizes warehouse operations within our Supply Chain and Inventory teams and supports the growth of our production footprint.

• Develop and communicate strategic plans for WMS implementation and continuous enhancement.

ABOUT THE TEAM:

ArsenalOS is the digital backbone of Anduril’s hardware enterprise. It connects the full lifecycle, from concept to build to field feedback, into one operating environment built for speed, traceability, autonomy, and continuous improvement. The Senior Software Product Manager, Warehouse Management Systems owns the digital system that enables Anduril’s warehouses and material flow teams to receive, store, move, pick, pack, ship, and trace critical inventory with speed and precision. In this role, you will define and deliver the internal software systems that power warehouse execution across our factories and operational sites, transforming fragmented, manual workflows into a scalable, reliable, and deeply integrated material operations platform.

You must be able to zoom all the way in to improve how a single operator receives or picks material, and zoom all the way out to design the systems, data models, and workflows that connect warehouse execution to planning, manufacturing, procurement, quality, and fulfillment. ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join ArsenalOS, the digital backbone of Anduril's hardware enterprise from design to sustainment. You'll architect the distributed systems within our Manufacturing (Production Solutions) team in Forge MES (Manufacturing Execution System) that orchestrate Anduril's production operations—work order management, scheduling, material flow, and capacity planning—turning factories into adaptive, software-defined production networks. Summary:

The Director for Drug Substance (DS) Commercialization of Critical Raw Materials will lead and facilitate launch readiness and commercial supply of critical raw materials for production of eCRM and associated components for glycoconjugate vaccines. In this role the incumbent will serve as the technical lead and SME on biologic raw material processes . This role focuses on technical launch planning and execution by bringing best-practices and coordinating cross-functional efforts for regulatory filings, facility readiness, launch supplies and post-launch process robustness initiatives.

This role also provides leadership to ensure that the organization is equipped to effectively communicate the scientific and commercial rationale for critical raw material manufacturing processes to internal stakeholders, relevant CMOs, and to regulatory agencies. The incumbent will work with the organization to ensure on-time execution and appropriate planning for commercial lifecycle management.

This position will be reporting into the Sr. Director for Global DS Commercialization, Protein. The Director will collaborate on overall program strategy, with primary responsibility and accountability for assigned critical raw material strategy, subject matter expertise and associated regulatory filings and supporting studies.

Global Manufacturing Science and Technology (GMSAT) is responsible for successfully and seamlessly transitioning the vaccine process from Process Development to Commercial, developing and executing technical launch and commercialization strategy, continuously improving process robustness through to end of lifecycle, and ensuring best possible patient outcomes while creating value for the enterprise. As part of the Technical Operations organization, GMSAT will lead the technical and process support for end-to-end commercial manufacturing, including Polysaccharides, Carrier Proteins, and Conjugation across all Drug Substances (DS). The range of activities will include technology transfer support, process characterization experiments in support of validation, process improvement, evaluation of novel process technologies, investigation of process related manufacturing issues, ensuring continuous improvement in process robustness throughout the product life cycle, etc. 

Essential Functions:

• DS Commercialization – Provide strategic and scientific leadership for critical raw materials with internal and external stakeholders and ensure successful execution of launch plans and post-launch commercial activities.
• Process robustness – Continuously improve process understanding and process robustness using staff and laboratory resources across the organization to monitor, trend, and optimize operations.
• Interface - Collaboration with cross-functional teams across the network, including Regulatory, Process Development, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, and DS Operations, to drive the successful development and commercial launch of critical raw materials for pipeline products.

Requirements: 

• Degree(s) in Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical or Biochemical Engineering, or related discipline with a minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience for Ph.D., 12+ years for M.S./M.A., or 16+ years for B.S./B.A.
• Extensive experience in scale-up, technology transfer, and relevant manufacturing process technologies /unit operations, including fermentation, recovery and purification at commercial scale. Experience with cell free protein synthesis and associated critical raw materials desired.
• Experience in manufacturing equipment specification/qualification and commercial manufacturing in a GMP environment is preferred. Experience working with Contract Manufacturing Organizations is desired.
• Leadership experience in MSAT or Process Development in supervisory and/or matrixed team roles.
• Able to leverage deep technical knowledge in a collaborative manner to troubleshoot technical challenges, establish strategic plans, and achieve collective goals.

ABOUT THE JOB

As a Technical Publications Manager, your mission is to partner with our numerous product and operations teams to deliver accurate, updated, and easy-to-understand documentation on how to use Anduril products. You will do whatever it takes to manage, organize and dispatch work to our staff of technical writers in order to meet our mission and program delivery requirements. In this role, you will work closely with engineers, operations, and various subject matter experts to understand our products, identify user workflows, and use documentation to close the gap. As such, the technical documentation manager will play a key role in cultivating our team members’ professional development, hitting our delivery targets, and ensuring quality across our written artifacts.

With Anduril’s focus on defense and national security, user documentation plays a critical role in ensuring front-line operators know how to leverage the “arsenal of democracy.” Your mission is to make the process of learning how to operate systems as easy and seamless as possible, with exceptionally written and presented artifacts.

You are to ensure that stakeholders are engaged at the right time, and you will manage our writing staff’s daily tasks to ensure that we are delivering finished user-facing document that meets our standards and customer requirements. Finally, you will provide status and performance metrics to the head of technical documentation to ensure that contract deliverables are accurate, on-time, and in the right format.

Written content artifacts under this charter may include things like: technical manuals, operational manuals, maintenance manuals, procedures, checklists, templates, user guides, troubleshooting guides, and release notes. You will assist the head of technical documentation to partner with account, product, and engineering teams across all phases of product development to ensure users have the right documentation available.

Another critical aspect of this role is to facilitate the transition to infrastructure and tooling needed for creating and maintaining our documentation content at scale. This structure will enable technical writing contributions from elsewhere across the business. Omen can operate from ship decks, beaches, or remote island clearings, providing true runway independence and freedom of maneuver across defense and civilian domains. We are looking for a Legal Counsel for Air Defense and Counter Intrusion to join our rapidly growing team in Washington, DC or Costa Mesa, CA to support Anduril’s Frontier Systems Division, Air Defense and Counter-Intrusion Business Lines, with a focus on the full spectrum of United States government contracts.
