Manager, City Look and Signage

The Manager, City Look and Signage will play a pivotal role within the Look & Signage (LNS) department at LA28, serving as the primary liaison between the internal Look and Signage team and a wide range of external partners. This includes the Host City, venue cities, transportation authorities such as LA Metro, airports, and other key stakeholders involved in delivering the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Look and Signage, this role will lead the development and implementation of the external look and signage integration strategy, ensuring that all city and transport partner look and signage aligns with LA28 brand standards and enhances the Games-time environment. The Manager will work closely with the LA28 City and Government Relations teams to understand partner agreements and ensure brand usage complies with established rights and guidelines.

A key deliverable of this role will be to consult on the creation of a City and Transport Partner Guidelines—providing clear guidance on how external partners can apply the LA28 brand to their own look, signage and wayfinding systems. The Manager will also develop and manage the process for distributing brand assets, reviewing partner signage plans, and approving treatments across the city landscape.

This position requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills, deep knowledge of branding and wayfinding in public spaces, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across a highly matrixed organization.

Key Responsibilities:

External Partner Integration & Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the LA28 Look and Signage team and external stakeholders including the Host City, venue cities, airports, and transportation partners
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with city and transport partners, ensuring alignment on branding and signage objectives
• Collaborate with the LA28 City and Government Relations teams to understand partner agreements and ensure brand usage complies with contractual rights
• Hire and manage an Associate to assist with the program

Brand Asset Development & Governance

• Consult on the development of the City and Transport Partner Guidelines, outlining how external partners can apply the LA28 brand to their signage and wayfinding systems
• Define and manage the process for distributing brand assets to partners, including usage guidelines and approval workflows
• Review and approve external signage treatments to ensure consistency with LA28 brand standards and Games-time experience goals

 Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams including Brand, Legal, City and Government Relations, Games Operations and Arrivals and Departures to ensure a unified approach to external signage integration
• Participate in planning meetings, site visits, and readiness exercises with external partners to validate look and signage plans and placements
• Provide strategic input to the overall Look and Signage program, ensuring external signage complements the broader Games environment
• Be an outward champion of the LA28 brand, encouraging non-sponsor partners to use the brand in approved ways

 Reporting & Communication

• Maintain regular communication with the Senior Director, Look and Signage, providing updates on partner engagement, risks, and opportunities
• Document key decisions and lessons learned and contribute to post-Games reporting to inform future host city integration strategies
• Represent the LNS team in external forums, presenting signage plans and brand guidelines to city and transport stakeholders

Background & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in branding, urban planning, communications, or a related field
• 5+ years' experience in branding, wayfinding, or signage implementation—preferably in partnership with city agencies, transportation authorities, or public venues
• Strong understanding of how branding is applied in public environments, including transit systems, airports, and urban landscapes

Manager, Bus Systems:

The Manager, Bus Systems is a key member of the LA28 Bus Operations teams, supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of bus services for Olympic and Paralympic Games stakeholders. This role contributes to the development and implementation of system-specific transport operations, helping to ensure reliable, efficient, and timely movement across competition and non-competition venues. 

Working in close coordination with and reporting to the Senior Manager, Stakeholder Bus Systems, internal LA28 Functional Areas (FAs), and the Games Transport Program Integrator (GTPI), the Manager, Bus Systems supports the development of operational plans across areas, such as route planning, vehicle allocation, depot coordination, and service scheduling. As such, this role will consist of regular movements between distributed Games-time venues and operational sites, including at times when public transportation options may be limited. 

The Manager, Bus Systems role plays an important part in translating stakeholder requirements into operational plans, supporting readiness activities, and contributing to Games-time delivery within an assigned stakeholder transport system.  

Key Responsibilities:

Service Planning and Design 

• Support the development of service delivery plans aligned with competition schedules and venue operations. 

• Coordinate route planning inputs, stop locations, and depot pairings in collaboration with the GTPI and internal planning teams. 

• Contribute to ensuring integration with other transport modes and stakeholder services. 

Operational Readiness 

• Coordinate and support readiness activities, including simulations, test events, and venue walkthroughs. 

• Assist in validating bus and crew requirements through demand modeling and scenario planning. 

• Support the development of contingency approaches for service disruptions and operational changes. 

Games-Time Execution 

• Support delivery of a designated stakeholder-specific bus operation during Games-time. 

• Monitor service performance metrics (e.g., on-time performance, load factors) and escalate issues as required. 

• Coordinate with GTPI and venue teams to support issue resolution and operational adjustments. 

Stakeholder Coordination 

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, Venue Management, and Transport Stakeholder Services to confirm service requirements. 

• Support ongoing communication to ensure alignment between planning assumptions and operational delivery. 

Technology and Reporting 

• Support implementation and use of operational systems, including GPS tracking and performance dashboards. 

• Maintain accurate documentation of operating plans and support reporting activities pre-Games, during Games time, and post-Games.

• 5+ years of experience in transportation planning, operations, or logistics, preferably within large-scale or complex environments. 

• Experience supporting service planning, scheduling, or operational delivery in bus or fleet operations.

Manager, City Operations 

The Manager, City Operations sits within the City Operations team and reports to the Senior Manager, City Operations. In this role, you will lead the integrated planning and delivery of city services for a defined portfolio of LA28 competition and non-competition venues. You will serve as a relationship manager with municipal partners and play a key role in coordinating external operations (activities outside of Olympic Venues) across functional areas to support seamless Games-time execution. 

In this role, you will develop integrated operational plans for a subset of LA28 venues by coordinating requirements across internal teams (e.g., transportation, security, and venue management) and external municipal partners, including city managers and service departments.  

You will coordinate stakeholder planning sessions, negotiate and document service delivery commitments, and build strong working relationships to shape world-class Games-time operations for athletes, spectators, and local communities. 

Key Responsibilities:

Relationship building 

• Serve as a reliable point of contact for municipal counterparts, maintaining consistent communication
• Coordinate and facilitate recurring planning sessions with City partners to co-develop detailed operational plans 
• Support negotiations for business- critical agreements with external operations partners

Manager, Venue Look of the Games

The Manager, Venue Look of the Games will play a pivotal role in bringing the visual identity of the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games to life across a designated venue zone, which includes multiple competition and non‑competition venues. Embedded within the Look & Signage (LNS) team, this role is responsible for scoping, planning, delivering, maintaining, and decommissioning Look elements at both their own assigned venue and the additional venues within their zone, ensuring alignment with the overarching Games‑wide strategy.  

The Manager, Venue Look of the Games reports to the Senior Manager, Look of the Games. 

Key Responsibilities:

Venue & Zone Design + Delivery 

• Collaborate with the central design team to interpret and apply the Look Kit of Parts across all venues in the assigned zone
• Translate Games‑wide creative direction into actionable venue‑specific plans that reflect the LA28 brand and enhance the athlete and spectator experience
• Provide feedback on design feasibility and placement based on venue constraints, operational needs, and stakeholder input
• Ensure consistency of design application, scoping methodology, and documentation across all venues in the zone
• Manager and present venue and zone‑level plans to internal and external stakeholders, championing the LA28 brand and vision throughout every phase of delivery 

Zone Oversight & Staff Support 

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and daily support to Venue Look Associates assigned to other venues in the zone
• Review and validate scoping documents prepared by Venue Look Associates to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with zone‑wide standards
• Serve as the first point of escalation for zone‑level questions, risks, and cross‑venue coordination needs
• Foster a collaborative, aligned working environment across all Look staff in the zone 

Venue Integration & Planning 

• Partner with venue teams to understand operational plans, layouts, and timelines, integrating Look delivery seamlessly into broader venue readiness efforts
• Develop and maintain detailed scope documents for the Manager’s own venue, while overseeing the quality and consistency of scoping across the zone
• Participate in venue walkthroughs, readiness exercises, and planning meetings to ensure Look elements are accurately represented and prioritized 

Games‑Time Operations 

• Transition to an on‑site leadership role during Games‑time, overseeing installation, maintenance, and decommissioning of Look assets at the Manager’s assigned venue
• Oversee Venue Look Associates at other venues in the zone as needed, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and adherence to brand standards
• Serve as the primary Look and Brand representative at the Manager’s venue, resolving issues in real time and coordinating with Venue Management, central LNS, Brand, and other Functional Areas  

Cross‑Functional Collaboration 

• Work closely with Brand, Sport, Broadcast, Photo, Venue Infrastructure, and other key Functional Areas to determine optimal placement and visibility of Look assets
• Communicate Look plans clearly to both LNS and venue teams, ensuring alignment and shared understanding of goals and constraints.
• Support stakeholder presentations and reviews, showcasing venue and zone‑level plans and how they contribute to a unified Games experience 

Reporting & Communication 

• Maintain regular communication with the Senior Manager, Look of the Games, providing updates on progress, risks, and opportunities across the zone

Associate, Transportation:

LA28’s Associate, Transportation will support the identification, specification, implementation, and delivery of stakeholder transportation services. Stakeholder transportation services are defined as those transportation services offered to the diverse Olympic and Paralympic stakeholders as a part of LA28’s obligations under the International Olympic Committee’s award of the 2028 Summer Olympic and Paralympic Games. The role requires both technical knowledge of key transportation operations as well as soft skills to support LA28’s overall interactions with Games stakeholders. This candidate should be proactive, organized with strong communication skills.  LA28’s Associate, Transportation Stakeholder Services will report directly to LA28’s Sr. Manager, Transportation while working closely with the leaders across LA28’s Functional Areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of transportation-related agreements with Games Stakeholders and public agencies.

• Assist in developing, editing and refining the Games Mobility and Transportation Plan.

• Support the design and creation of key transportation deliverables to be circulated publicly.

• Manage schedules and organize internal and external meetings, conference calls, and events, ensuring that all logistics are planned and executed seamlessly. 

• Assist in monitoring overall Games transportation milestones and deliverables, as well as assist in providing progress reports and updates to FA leadership and/or the Games Mobility Executives.

• Provide technical assistance for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting transportation data to optimize logistics operations, improve efficiency, and support strategic decision-making. This will be both spatially (via GIS) as well as via spreadsheet applications & other data visualization tools.

• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, minutes, and presentation decks to support the development and refinement of the spectator and workforce transportation system.

• Assist in Lead developing, editing, and refining communications materials prepared for or in support of community outreach and engagement activities related to Games transportation.

Background & Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in transportation planning, design, construction, operations, and/or maintenance, particularly as a part of a public transportation agency or similar preferred. 

• Business acumen with strategic thinking and project management skills. 

• Ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels and across all partner groups. 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to educate others on complex technical concepts, and to lead, facilitate, and present to large and small groups.

Sr. Manager, Language Services Workforce Operations:

The Sr. Manager, Language Services Workforce Operations will oversee the strategic planning, deployment, and optimization of the Language Services workforce across all venues (i.e., competition and non-competition venues). This role ensures the right mix of skilled staff and volunteers are available to support interpretation and related services throughout the Games. The position plays a key leadership role in coordinating workforce logistics, volunteer management, scheduling, and operational readiness to meet event demands efficiently and effectively.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead workforce planning for all Language Services operations across venues. 
• Manage staff planning and oversee volunteer programs for language support volunteers. 
• Direct volunteer recruitment, vetting, onboarding, and training initiatives. 
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional areas including press operations, protocol and NCS (National Olympic & Paralympic Committee Services). 
• Develop and manage workforce shift plans aligned with competition and venue schedules. 
• Forecast and allocate workforce resources based on event timelines and service needs. 
• Oversee workforce deployment in key areas such as competition venues, Athlete Villages, Main Press Centre (MPC), International Broadcast Center (IBC), and Press Conference Center (PCO).

•  7+ years of experience in staffing, scheduling, and deployment of both paid staff and volunteer workforces, ideally in complex or high-volume event environments. 
• Demonstrated background in language services, translation/interpretation operations, or multilingual program management is strongly preferred. 
• Experience managing volunteer programs end-to-end, including recruitment, vetting, credentialing, onboarding, and training at scale. 
• Prior involvement in major sporting events, international events, or Olympic/Paralympic Games (or equivalent mega-events) is highly desirable.

Manager, Venue Security (Central Planning & Operations):

The Venue Security Manager (Central Planning and Operations) will play a pivotal role in the design, planning, and integration of Venue Security for the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can work collaboratively with multiple functional areas (departments,) government and public safety agencies, and a diverse set of private stakeholders to ensure the highest levels of security and operational efficiency during the Games. The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills.  This position reports to the Director, Venue Security.    

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Integration:  

• Primary representative of the Safety and Security Department for critical centralized planning tasks, including, but not limited to private security officer coverage planning, developing standard infrastructure and furniture, fixtures and equipment plans for security spaces in all Venues, 

• Develop standardized security technology overlays for all LA28 Venue Security Spaces in collaboration with members of the Safety and Security Team, Event Management, Transportation, Logistics, Venue Partners, Private Security providers and Public Safety Agencies.  

• Develop venue-based security plans that provide the highest level of Security while minimizing impacts to critical event operations.  

• Develop unified security plans with support from internal teams and external partners (law enforcement, transportation authorities, emergency services, and private vendors)   

• Develop and integrate plans for Pre-Games Test Events with key stakeholders.  

• Serve as the main point of contact/liaison for the Safety & Security Department with key functional areas, Venue contacts, government/public safety agencies, as required.   

 Risk Management & Compliance:  

• Contribute to risk and Venue assessments to identify vulnerabilities 

• Develop mitigation strategies and oversee implementation of approved security plans.  

• Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as international best practices for event security. 

Operational Coordination:  

• Oversee and deliver the LA28 approved Security Operation Plan at assigned Venue(s) and ensure adherence to all approved LA28 Policies and Procedures at the Venue at Games time.  

• Oversee private security partners during the pre-Games period at Venues and construction sites. Complete incident reports and daily status reports as required.    

Stakeholder Engagement:  

• Act as the primary liaison between LA28 Functional Areas, assigned Public Safety and Security Agencies, and the Safety and Security Department, as assigned.  

•  Manage relationships with external partners, including law enforcement agencies, regulatory entities, state/regional traffic management organizations, and service providers. 

Project Management:  

• Chair planning meetings or working groups, as assigned, to ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.   

• Complete regular status reports, draft and share meeting notes and agendas, and draft policy and procedure documents, as required.  

Background & Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+years of experience in a fast-paced, venue safety/security position. 
• Experience in cross functional security planning and collaboration.

Manager, GIS and Venue Security Design:

The Manager, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Venue Security Design plays a critical role within the Security Planning & Integration team, leading the development, integration, and delivery of geospatial products that support venue planning, security operations, and major event readiness for the LA28 Games. Reporting to the Director, Security Planning & Integration, this role bridges GIS, CAD/BIM data, and venue design to ensure accurate, actionable spatial intelligence is available to both internal stakeholders and external partners. 

This role is responsible for managing GIS workflows, ingesting and transforming venue design data (including Autodesk Revit models) into Esri ArcGIS environments, and delivering high‑quality GIS products that support planning, decision‑making, and operations across the Games lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and experience supporting large‑scale or major event environments. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, management, and governance of GIS data and products supporting venue design, security planning, and major event operations. 

• Ingest, process, and integrate Autodesk Revit (RVT) and other CAD/BIM datasets into Esri ArcGIS for spatial analysis, visualization, and operational use. 

• Design and deliver GIS products—including maps, dashboards, web applications, and spatial analyses—for both internal teams and external partners such as public agencies, venue operators, and security stakeholders. 

• Manage Security’s Esri ArcGIS environments and advise teams on best practices for data modeling, symbology, automation, and performance. 

• Leverage and, where applicable, configure Esri’s Major Event Management solution to support operational readiness, situational awareness, and coordination. 

• Collaborate closely with venue design, construction, security, technology, and operations teams to ensure alignment between spatial data, venue designs, and operational requirements. 

• Establish standards, workflows, and quality controls for GIS data accuracy, consistency, and security. 

• Manage vendors, consultants, and external partners providing GIS, BIM, or venue design services. 

• Mentor and guide junior staff and project contributors, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

• Advanced hands‑on experience with Esri ArcGIS (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, Enterprise, web applications, and dashboards).

• Experience creating GIS products for both internal operational teams and external audiences, including public‑sector or partner organizations.

Head of Special Projects:

The Logistics department is responsible for effectively and efficiently providing materials management and logistics support to all LA28 functions.  The Head of Special Projects will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of strategic pillars for the LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games.  These areas include Project Management, HR Support, IT Integration, MDS Planning and Fuel Management.  Reporting to the Senior Director of Logistics, the Head of Special Projects will help facilitate all aspects of operations, from planning and procurement to execution.  This position will play a critical role in identifying and addressing operational gaps, ensuring continuity and support across functional areas to maintain overall logistics efficiency and performance.

Senior Associate, Venue Look of the Games

The Senior Associate, Venue Look of the Games will play a pivotal role in bringing the visual identity of the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games to life across competition and non-competition venues. Embedded within the Look & Signage (LNS) team, this role is responsible for scoping, planning, delivering, maintaining, and decommissioning Look elements at assigned venues, ensuring alignment with the overarching Games-wide strategy.

Working closely with venue teams and cross-functional stakeholders—including Brand, Sport, Venue Management, Venue Infrastructure, Broadcast, and Photo—the Senior Associate will develop and evolve venue-specific Look scopes, adapting plans as new information emerges. They will serve as the primary liaison between the LNS central team and their assigned venues, reporting key updates, risks, and changes to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Venue Design & Delivery

• Collaborate with the central design team to interpret and apply the Look Kit of Parts across assigned venues, ensuring consistency with the overall venue design strategy.
• Translate Games-wide creative direction into actionable venue-specific plans that reflect the LA28 brand and enhance the athlete and spectator experience.
• Provide feedback on design feasibility and placement based on venue constraints, operational needs, and stakeholder input.
• Present venue plans to internal and external stakeholders, championing the LA28 brand and vision throughout every phase of delivery.

Venue Integration & Planning

• Partner with assigned venue teams to understand operational plans, layouts, and timelines, integrating Look delivery seamlessly into broader venue readiness efforts.
• Develop and maintain detailed scope documents for each venue, updating plans as new information becomes available and reporting significant changes to the central LNS team and Senior Manager.
• Participate in venue walkthroughs, readiness exercises, and planning meetings to ensure Look elements are accurately represented and prioritized.

Games-Time Operations

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and decommissioning of Look assets at assigned venues.
• Manage contractors and suppliers on-site, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and adherence to brand standards.
• Serve as the primary Look and Brand representative at the venue, resolving issues in real time and coordinating with Venue Management, central LNS, Brand and other Functional Areas.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Brand, Sport, Broadcast, Photo, Venue Infrastructure, and other key Functional Areas to determine optimal placement and visibility of Look assets.
• Communicate Look plans clearly to both LNS and venue teams, ensuring alignment and shared understanding of goals and constraints.

Reporting & Communication

• Maintain regular communication with the Senior Manager, Look of the Games, providing updates on progress, risks, and opportunities.

Head of Customs & Freight Forwarding:

The Logistics department is responsible for delivering efficient and effective materials management and logistics support across all LA28 functions. The Head of Customs & Freight Forwarding will lead the planning, execution, and oversight of all customs clearance and freight forwarding activities for goods moving inbound to and outbound from the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games.  This role is accountable for ensuring the timely and compliant movement of goods across international borders, maintaining full adherence to import/export regulations, optimizing transportation costs, and building strong partnerships with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and government agencies. Combining strategic leadership with hands-on operational management, the Head of Customs & Freight Forwarding will drive service excellence, minimize delays, mitigate risk, and support the successful delivery of Games-time operations. Reporting to the Senior Director, Logistics, this position will lead cross- functional initiatives spanning international logistics, customs compliance, freight execution, delivery schedules, contingency planning, and operational readiness. This role will be critical in translating strategic customs objectives into actionable plans and ensuring seamless execution throughout all phases of the Games lifecycle. During peak operational periods, this position will take part in the Logistics Command Center, managing day-to-day operations, resolving critical shipment issues, maintaining end-to-end visibility, ensuring regulatory compliance, and safeguarding continuity of supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Engagement 

• Act as the primary liaison with US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and other relevant authorities

Manager, Venue Transport Design:

LA28’s Manager, Venue Transport Design, will support efforts to refine, deliver, and operate venue transportation plans across a combination of Games competition and non-competition venues. The role requires complex collaboration across LA28's functional areas and external partners while maintaining credibility and ensuring key milestones are met.

Working within the Transportation Functional Area, this position will coordinate extensively with other internal LA28 Functional Areas, such as Venue Management, Venue Operations, Security, Accreditation, Workforce, Technology, Readiness, Communications, Sustainability, etc. and external partners (public agencies, operators, contractors, and Games delivery partners) to translate the LA28 Transportation strategy into actionable operational plans. 

The focus of this role will be on traffic management plans, including plans for temporary traffic control plans, parking and loading zones, and staging areas for vehicles serving Olympic and Paralympic workforce stakeholders as part of LA28’s obligations under the International Olympic Committee’s award of the 2028 Games. This role requires strong operational expertise, the ability to oversee integrated planning efforts, and sound judgment to address complex transport challenges. 

The ideal candidate will be proactive, strategic, and highly organized, capable of operating with autonomy while coordinating across multiple Transport subfunctions. The Manager, Venue Transport Design will report directly to a Senior Manager or subfunction Director of Transport and work closely with leaders across LA28’s Functional Areas. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Support transportation design aspects of the Event Operating Plan (EOP) development process across a combination of Games competition and non-competition venues, including coordination and alignment across multiple LA28 Functional Areas to ensure transportation operations can support Games delivery. 
• The Manager, Venue Transport Design will be expected to direct the conceptual and preliminary design of load zones and bus malls serving the various Olympic bus and automobile fleet elements.  
• In coordination with the Director, Venue Transport, support planning and delivery activities with the Security Functional Area and local, county, state, and federal law enforcement agencies to ensure that venue transportation planning aligns with and supports security planning. 
• In coordination with LA28's Communications, External Affairs, and other Functional Areas, support communications and outreach to local residents, businesses, and other parties in support of venue transportation plan development.  
• Support the expansion of the Venue Transport team to support Games delivery. This includes identifying key roles and responsibilities in the years prior to 2028, as well as identifying key personnel to fill those roles.  
• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, minutes, and presentation decks to support the development and refinement of venue transportation plans and systems. 
• Assist in providing progress reports and updates to LA28 leadership and/or the IOC related to venue transportation. 
• Conduct field reviews and participate in site testing and evaluations for specific components of venue transportation plans and systems. 
• Provide guidance to Senior Associates and Associates, ensuring coherent alignment of transport workstreams.

Manager, Venue Security:

The Manager, Venue Security will play a pivotal, early role, as a key member of a small, professional Safety and Security Team. The Manager, Venue Security, will work collaboratively with a broad team of stakeholders on the design and security operating plans for a group of Olympic Venues. This person will ensure that all designs and plans are integrated into the overall Games Security Plans and Games Operational Plans. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can work collaboratively with multiple functional areas (departments,) government and public safety agencies, and a diverse set of stakeholders to ensure the highest levels of security and operational efficiency during the Games. The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Venue Security Planning, and Operations  

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Integration 

• Develop venue-based security plans that provide the highest level of Security while minimizing impacts to critical event operations in collaboration with members of the Safety and Security Team, key LA28 Functional Areas (FAs,) including Event Management, Transportation, Logistics, Venue Partners, and Public Safety Agencies. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (law enforcement, transportation authorities, emergency services, and private contractors and suppliers) to create unified and integrated security plans.  
• Develop and integrate plans for Pre-Games Test Events with key stakeholders.  
• Serve as the main point of contact/liaison for the Safety & Security Department with key functional areas, Venue contacts, government/public safety agencies, as required. ·

Logistics Support Specialist:

The Logistics department is responsible for effectively and efficiently providing materials management and logistics support to all LA28 functions. The Logistics Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting the Heads of Logistics Streams (Customs, Material Planning, and Venue Logistics) in the administrative and creative support of the logistics department, including creating templates, drafting correspondence, preparing reports, social media posts,  and maintaining both internal (LA28) and external (IOC/OBS) timelines.   

This position will be responsible for assisting in defining logistics strategy and process mapping, focusing on creating efficiencies and synergies within the team structure.   

Reporting directly to the Heads of Logistics Streams, this position will support in strategic planning of the Games and play a critical role in supporting the on-time and efficient delivery of the Logistics program, balancing innovation, sustainability, and efficiency.

Manager, Sport Workforce and Planning

The Sport Workforce and Planning Manager will play a critical role within the LA28 Sport team, leading on Games-time workforce and centralized planning deliverables, operations and services of the Sport function. This role will report to the Head of Sport Planning and Operations and work across Sport, including Competition Management, to progress function planning deliverables related to the strategy development, recruitment, and training of Sport’s workforce.    

The role will be expected to collaborate within the Sport department as well as other LA28 functions within (i.e. Event Management, Village, Transportation, Logistics, etc.), and across the organization (including but not limited to People Management, Finance & Procurement, Legal, Communications and Technology).   

Key Responsibilities:

Sport Workforce Planning and Development 

• Lead on Sport Workforce planning for testing, test events and Games-time, including National Technical Officials and Sport Skilled Volunteers, to ensure LA28 has a robust and skilled sport workforce for all Olympic and Paralympic sports  

• Coordinate with People Management and Workforce to ensure Competition Management and Sport Planning & Operations meet all centralized deliverables for workforce planning, recruitment, and training

Associate Architectural Designer

The Associate Architectural Designer is part of the Brand Design team.  The Brand Design team is responsible for shaping and maintaining LA28’s visual identity, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence across all platforms and touchpoints. This includes a variable emblem system, typography, color palette, imagery, patterns, environments and more—elements that work together to create a distinctive and memorable brand experience. 

Beyond developing and managing the visual brand, the team also leads key Games design initiatives, including brand venue application, podiums, and cauldron. Additionally, they provide internal creative services to support the broader organization, bringing the spirit of LA28 to life through thoughtful and strategic design.  

The Brand Design team is looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Associate Architectural Designer reporting to Sr Manager, 3D Environmental Design, to support a wide range of creative needs across the organization. While contributing to key Games deliverables, this role will primarily focus on applying the brand to venues, events, activations and industrial design projects, ensuring brand consistency and excellence across all touchpoints. 

The ideal candidate is a multi-skilled environmental designer, capable of working across a variety of mediums, including sketches, mood boards, Conceptual Design, 3D modeling, rendering, mock-ups, and more. They should bring thoughtful, professional design skills, along with strong organization, time management, and communication abilities. 

This role requires someone who is comfortable managing their own workload, prioritizing projects as they come in, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand design solutions

Senior Associate, Village Mobility

The Senior Associate, Village Mobility is responsible for supporting the planning, design, and implementation of internal transportation, pedestrian flow, and mobility operations within the Olympic and Paralympic Village. 

This role addresses the unique operational and topographical challenges of the Village environment to ensure safe, efficient, accessible, and inclusive movement for athletes, officials, workforce, and stakeholders. Supports the development of integrated Games time mobility solutions, balancing operational efficiency, accessibility, safety, and user experience. 

This role reports to Manager Mobility Operations Village and the Director of Projects and Facilities.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and refinement of the internal transportation and mobility plan for the Olympic and Paralympic Village, accounting for site topography, operational requirements, and user needs.
• Manage the process for evaluating and recommending appropriate internal transportation modes (e.g., micro‑mobility, shuttle operations, service vehicles), ensuring alignment with safety, accessibility, and sustainability goals.
• Contribute to the design and optimization of pedestrian flow strategies across multi‑level, high‑density, and sloped environments to minimize congestion and enhance user experience.
• Coordinate internal Village operational flows in support of service delivery, logistics, functional areas, and daily operations.
• Support the development of signage, wayfinding, and mobility‑related communications to ensure clarity and ease of navigation for all users.

Associate Project Manager, Brand Guidelines & Governance

Reporting to the Director, Brand Design Operations & Planning, the Associate Project Manager, Guidelines & Governance will serve as a critical team member responsible for overseeing the development, organization, and distribution of brand governance materials. This position will be instrumental in building project timelines, supporting publication workflows, and coordinating across internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

Their primary responsibilities will include driving workflows, building schedules, facilitating collaboration, consolidating feedback, and managing quality control. They will lead cross-functional meetings, intake meetings, and workshops where they will manage agendas, guide conversations, and establish next steps, action items, and timelines to be shared in meeting recap emails and project trackers.

The Manager, Systems & Reporting, is a senior individual contributor within the central Program Management team, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Process & Frameworks. Counsel:

The Counsel will be an integral part of the legal team, working closely with the Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and broader legal department to advise LA28 on legal matters.  This position will leverage negotiation, relationship-building, critical-thinking and communication skills to (1) support the Games Delivery functional area legal needs, including supporting negotiations with venues and certain commercial and governmental partners, (2) negotiate operational contracts, and (3) draft summaries and legal memoranda.

• Steady stream of self-directed analytical work, meetings, and decision-making, including preparing, reviewing and negotiating a variety of legal documents including, but not limited to, confidentiality agreements, memorandums of understanding, term sheets, master services agreements, statements of work, waivers, consents, real estate documents (e.g., lease documents), and legal memoranda or other correspondence and strategic projects. 

• Work closely with individual departments to anticipate, identify and manage legal exposure and risk management. 

• Review and understand all relevant corporate/stakeholder documents (including Host City Contract, Olympic Charter, Code of Ethics, etc.). 

• Work with outside counsel on matters requiring representation.

Senior Manager, Fuel:

The Logistics department is responsible for effectively and efficiently providing materials management and logistics support all LA28 functions. The Sr. Manager, Fuel will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of all fuel-related operations required to support the successful delivery of the LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games. This role will ensure alignment between the eight streams of Logistics as well as suppliers, internal clients, and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope and in accordance with operational requirements for the LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games. This role will ensure uninterrupted fuel supply for generators, temporary power systems, fleet vehicles, buses, forklifts, refrigeration assets, emergency response equipment, and other critical operational resources across venues, warehouses, transport hubs, and support sites. Reporting to the Head of Special Projects, the Sr. Manager, Fuel will lead fuel strategy, supplier coordination, operational readiness, sustainability initiatives, and Games-time command and control. 

Key Responsibilities:

Fuel Planning & Operations 

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of the LA28 fuel operations strategy across all venues and operational sites 
• Oversee the forecasting of LA28’s fuel demand across fleet, generators, temporary power, warehouse equipment, and emergency assets 
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, and readiness trackers for fuel operations 
• Lead in the development and implementation of venue-specific fuel delivery schedules, fuel dispensing units, replenishment plans, and reserve fuel requirements 
• Coordinate fueling operations for competition venues, training venues, athlete villages, media centers, warehouses, and transport depots 
• Establish fuel storage solutions, mobile fueling capability, and emergency backup venue-based supply plans 
• Establish real-time monitoring capabilities across logistics operations, including fleet movements, warehouse activities, and venue deliveries 
• Ensure continuity of operations through contingency planning for shortages, transport disruptions, or emergency events 
• Develop and manage dashboards, reporting tools, and communication protocols to support informed decision-making processes 
• Report to the Logistics Command Center all fuel related issues 
• Function as the central point of coordination for fuel related incidents, disruptions, and emergency response activities 
• Collaborate with Security on safety and security protocols to align fuel storage, refueling operations 
• Collaborate with Sustainability and other external stakeholders to ensure environmental compliance using renewable diesel, alternative fuels, emissions reduction initiatives, and fuel efficiency programs 
• Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for fuel resupply operations, fuel dispensing, facility testing, compliance, and health & safety operations. 
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to fuel handling, hazardous materials, storage tanks, fire prevention, and environmental controls 
• In conjunction with the fuel supplier, coordinate training for staff and contractors on fuel safety protocols and emergency procedures 
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of supply  
• Lead tabletop exercises, simulations, and venue readiness testing for fuel operations 

Supplier & Stakeholder Management 

• Develop Scope of Work for the Fuel supplier RFP 
• Manage relationships with fuel suppliers, transport providers, venue operators, utility partners, and government agencies  
• Support sourcing, procurement, onboarding, and performance management of fuel supplier(s)  
• Coordinate with internal functions including Transport, Energy, Venue Management, Security, Sustainability, Procurement, and Technology
• Facilitate regular planning meetings, readiness reviews, and operational briefings with stakeholders  
• Ensure suppliers meet contractual obligations, service levels, safety standards, and reporting requirements  
• Support development and implementation of logistics processes, policies, and standard operating procedures

Background & Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in fuel operations, logistics, supply chain, fleet services, energy operations, or large-scale event delivery 
• Previous Olympic, Paralympic, or major event experience in fuel, logistics, fleet, or utilities operations strongly preferred 
• Experience managing multiple vendors and cross-functional stakeholders in complex operating environments 
• Experience developing fuel distribution plans, inventory controls, and emergency continuity strategies  
• Familiarity with fuel systems, telematics, fleet fueling platforms, tank monitoring systems, and scheduling tools  
• Experience working in high-pressure, dynamic environments with immovable deadlines

Director, Venue Development (Renovations)

The VNI (Venue Infrastructure) team plays a critical role in delivering competition and non-competition venues that are functional, innovative, and accessible for the Olympic and Paralympic Games. As part of the larger Sport & Games Delivery group, the VNI team ensures that all venues are designed and developed with the highest standards for functionality, sustainability, and inclusion. 

We are seeking an experienced leader in infrastructure development and delivery to oversee the coordination, planning, design, and delivery of infrastructure projects, including renovations and venue-owner led construction, associated with the Olympic and Paralympic Games. The Director, Venue Development (Renovations) will lead the strategic planning and delivery oversight of a portfolio of venue renovation and upgrade projects across the Los Angeles region. This role is accountable for program-level decision-making, governance, and performance across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with cost, schedule, scope, and regulatory requirements.

This position requires a leader with strong local market experience, preferably in Los Angeles or California, including familiarity with permitting processes, building codes, contractor ecosystems, and insurance and bonding requirements associated with major capital works. The Director will provide clarity of direction in complex environments, balancing competing priorities while enabling teams to deliver effectively.

SENIOR MANAGER, COST MANAGEMENT:

The Venue Infrastructure (VNI) team plays a critical role in delivering Games-specific temporary infrastructure for competition and non-competition venues to ensure that they are functional, innovative, and fully accessible for the Olympic and Paralympic Games. As part of the larger Sport and Games Delivery group, the VNI team ensures that all venues are designed, developed, and delivered with the highest standards for functionality, sustainability, and inclusion, while respecting the timeframes established with the venues for the LA28 exclusive use periods. 

Reporting to the Director, Cost Management & Procurement, the Senior Manager, Cost Management will be responsible for developing and leading processes to maintain financial cost control of the infrastructure program. These activities include preparing the strategy, management, and execution of the cost and procurement processes, including the oversight of internal functional areas and external stakeholders, contractors, and consultants. Due to the nature and scale of the Olympic and Paralympic Games, there are many key and unique challenges around IOC requirements, suppliers, delivery methods, and compressed schedules. The Senior Manager will also lead cost plans and budget impacts around each iteration of the venue design books to support our partners and stakeholders in their reviews and oversight. These efforts will require close integration with the organizational Finance team and their consultants to update the budget and lead a procurement strategy to manage the delivery of the infrastructure program. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead infrastructure program, cost management and develop infrastructure procurement strategy in partnership with internal and external resources 
• Prepare and lead infrastructure program budget, including design, program management, and construction services, including suppliers and commodities procurement. 
• Partner with Finance to understand production cycles, supply constraints, and price volatility to prepare budget updates and refresh assumptions 
• Support Commercial team on sponsorship opportunities for goods and services categories within infrastructure sourcing 
• Outline cost estimation techniques and methodologies at each state of program development, including resources strategy and financial risk and change management 
• Develop a procurement delivery plan, including onboarding external procurement specialists to manage supplier intake and compliance, RFI and RFPs, contracting, and invoice processing for a range of potential delivery structures 
• Monitor budget items and advance key financial risks to senior leadership

Job Description:

The Brand, Identity and Look of the Games (BIL) team is responsible for overseeing the development and management of all LA28' visual identity. Our work defines how the Games are seen and remembered—through a variable emblem system, typography, color palette, imagery, patterns, and more—creating a brand experience that is bold, distinctive, and timeless.

The LA28 brand is the first-ever variable Olympic and Paralympic logo and has an ever-expanding inventory of design assets. Along with developing and managing the core identity, the BIL team is responsible for marquee Games design deliverables such as core graphic, pictograms, and torch in addition to internal creative services. 

The BIL team is looking for an Associate Brand Designer to support the Guidelines & Governance team. This role is mostly a production artist and partly a layout designer, they will assist in transforming creative concepts into digital and print ready files, and support the creation and distribution of the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games brand guidelines and other official documents.

The ideal candidate is a versatile designer/production artist, who can work across mediums with a meticulous eye for detail and final output quality.  They should bring a deep understanding of digital standards, color theory, file formats and editorial principles. Beyond craft, they should be highly organized, proactive and collaborative, with excellent communication skills to work effectively across teams.

The Associate Brand Design, Guidelines & Governance will report to and work closely with the Manager, Brand Design – Guidelines & Governance and collaborate with the larger BIL team, the Digital Assets Manager, key partners throughout the Marketing team, and across the organization.

Manager, Electrical Engineering (Renovations)

The VNI (Venue Infrastructure) team plays a critical role in delivering competition and non-competition venues that are functional, innovative, and fully accessible for the Olympic and Paralympic Games. As part of the larger Games Planning & Delivery group, the VNI team ensures that all venues are designed and developed with the highest standards for functionality, sustainability, and inclusion. 

The VNI Renovations team will be responsible for the coordination, planning, design, and construction oversight of a defined group of renovations to Olympic and Paralympic venues. Reporting to the Director, Engineering this role will oversee the associated engineering works for the renovations, including management of external engineering resources and internal engineering teams, ensuring each venue meets long-term community, compliance, and long term use objectives.

This role will require extensive knowledge of the development of technical plans and designs of electrical engineering systems. To support venue development efforts, this role is required to coordinate with multiple internal functional areas to ensure feedback is captured and designs meet industry codes and standards, IOC requirements, and cost and schedule targets.  The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing capital works, leading multidisciplinary consultant teams, and working in complex stakeholder environments. A background in construction or infrastructure project management is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership

Senior Manager, Electrical 

The Games Planning & Delivery group aims to deliver the most seamless, innovative, and engaging Games experience ever for all athletes, fans, partners, and the community.  The Games Planning & Delivery team is currently organized in four key areas including Venue Infrastructure, Venue Management, Revenue & Commercial, and Games Operations, but will expand to over 30 functional areas by Games time.    

The Venue Infrastructure team is responsible for delivering the competition and non-competition venues fit-for-purpose for the preparation and staging of the Olympic and Paralympic Games. Manager, IBC/MPC Planning:

The Broadcast Integration (BRS) team’s aim is to support the Olympic Broadcasting Service (OBS) in the preparation and planning of the most seamless, innovative, and engaging Games experience ever for athletes, team officials, and delegation members. 

The BRS team is responsible for delivering high-quality facilities and services to Media Rights Holders and the Olympic Broadcasting Service to ensure the best possible media coverage of the Games for the widest possible audience. This team liaises closely with OBS to manage planning processes related to broadcasting the Olympic and Paralympic Games. This includes agreeing on procedures, hosting meetings and workshops, and conducting surveys—all of which are developed in full coordination with OBS and LA28 Broadcast Services. In addition, the Broadcast Services team is the main point of contact for other LA28 functional areas concerning all broadcast matters. 

These matters include the successful delivery of all infrastructure at competition venues and the International Broadcast Center (IBC) to enable Games coverage. They also involve delivering services to OBS and Media Rights Holders to support their operations, such as accommodation, accreditation, transportation, technology, technical support, warehousing, permitting, and medical services during the Games. 

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Broadcast Services, this person will be responsible for coordinating the planning and delivery of the International Broadcast Center (IBC) and Main Press Center (MPC), ensuring that both facilities meet all operational, technical, and service-related requirements. To advance planning, this role will collaborate across internal departments, external stakeholders, partner entities, and consultants to enable and deliver all broadcast and press services in the lead-up to and throughout the Olympic and Paralympic Games. 

Key Responsibilities:

Venue Planning & Design Coordination 

• Support the development and delivery of venue planning for the International Broadcast Center (IBC) and Main Press Center (MPC), ensuring all operational requirements are captured and integrated 

• Serve as the primary liaison with third-party designers to translate functional needs into venue layouts, infrastructure, and services 

• Coordinate the design review process, including feedback from internal and external stakeholders to ensure venues are fit-for-purpose 

Cross-Functional Integration

• Maintain strong communication with third-party venue designers and ensure stakeholder input is incorporated into final plans 

Operational Planning & Readiness 

• Assist in developing operational procedures for IBC and MPC, including Games-time operations, service levels, access, and issue management 

• Support readiness activities including table-top exercises, site walkthroughs, and test events 

• Monitor planning milestones and proactively escalate risks or challenges that may impact delivery

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant industry experience, preferably with 7+ years of experience supporting large-scale event planning, venue operations, or facilities coordination

Manager, Mascot Operations

The Manager, Mascot Operations supports the execution of Mascot Operations for the LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games by supporting the development of Games-wide operational plans and coordinating the day-to-day logistics that enable successful mascot appearances across the Games footprint. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Mascot Operations, this role is responsible for translating operational plans and appearance schedules into fully staffed, well-coordinated activations that bring the LA28 mascots to life safely, consistently, and in alignment with brand standards. 

Key Responsibilities:

Workforce Planning & Shift Scheduling: 

• Manage scheduling, and location planning for multiple mascot performers and handlers across multiple venues and activations
• Forecast staffing demand based on appearance schedules, event volume, and operational needs
• Build and manage weekly and daily staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage
• Monitor schedule gaps and proactively adjust staffing plans to meet demand 

Games Integration & Operational Readiness 

• Actively ingest and apply LA28 operational information by attending venue logistics meetings, cross-functional planning sessions, and site visits

Manager, Workforce Systems

The Manager, Workforce Systems role is at the heart of the volunteer and workforce operations, supporting the roll out of all systems required to manage the workforce operations through the journey to Games time, enabling LA28 workstreams to deliver their workforce and volunteer programs and LA28 to create and deliver an exceptional Olympic and Paralympic Games. 

The Manager, Workforce Systems plays a pivotal role supporting the development and documentation of business processes, data collection, and system configuration/set-up to ensure systems are implemented and optimized to support each step of the workforce and volunteer journey (including attraction and selection, assignment and offers, training, scheduling and rostering, communications, and Games-time deployment). 

With a core focus on testing, training, and day-to-day maintenance of all workforce systems, this role will work in close partnership with Technology, People Management functional leads, other functional areas across the organization, and external stakeholders, to ensure system solutions are fit-for-purpose, compliant with data protection requirements, and capable of managing large volumes of sensitive personal data. 

Key Responsibilities:

Process Development, Documentation, and Systems Solutions 

• Support the Games Planning and Delivery workstream in developing, documenting, and refining business processes, focusing on the journey for volunteer candidates, paid staff, and contractors
• Contribute to system specifications and requirements documentation and gap analysis sessions with Technology and external vendors
• Participate in procurement/RFP efforts for specific systems (e.g. Learning Management System, Contact Center) and integrations 
• Configure systems and support integrations in alignment with agreed business processes and functional requirements
• Maintain system specification, configuration, and process documentation
• Identify system limitations and propose practical solutions or workarounds in collaboration with Technology and/or other key stakeholders 

Testing, Training, and User Support 

• Act as a key operational contact for Workforce system testing cycles, ensuring issues are tracked, prioritized, and resolved
• Coordinate and execute User Validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including preparation of test scripts, data sets, and defect logs
• Deliver training sessions to users, including system walk-throughs, job aids, and procedural guidance; translate complex technology solutions into user-friendly tools
• Contribute to the development and upkeep of systems training materials and user documentation
• Provide hands-on support to team members and super users during system rollouts and peak usage periods 

System Project Delivery and System Support 

• Track deliverables, milestones, and dependencies assigned to the systems workstream in the project plan
• Provide regular updates and reporting on system readiness, risks, issues, and progress
• Assist with vendor coordination, including system configuration activities, testing windows, and deployment planning
• Monitor system performance and data integrity, escalating risks and issues through appropriate channels
• Support incident management by logging, troubleshooting, and following through system issues to resolution
• Promote data quality, data integrity, compliance, and appropriate system usage across the Workforce user community
• Ensure security protocols on data management are followed to mitigate any risk of data loss / leakage
• Foster positive, open, and collaborative relationships with key internal (e.g. workforce planning, volunteers, uniforms, training, communications and engagement, marketing, technology) and external (e.g. Deloitte, IOC, etc.) stakeholders

Background & Requirements:

• Minimum 5+years hands-on experience with Workforce Games Management Systems, Volunteer Application Systems, or equivalent large-scale platforms
• Experience supporting system configuration, testing, and implementation within a structured project environment
• Demonstrated experience supporting live or large-scale events, ideally in a global or multi-stakeholder environment
• Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse technical and non-technical teams
• Strong documentation, reporting, and data analysis skills; experience working with BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools preferred
• Experience leading or mentoring junior team members and/or volunteers, and acting as a systems subject matter expert

Managing Counsel, Rights Protection (Clean Venues):

The Managing Counsel, Rights Protection will be an integral part of the legal team, working closely with the Head of Rights Protection and broader rights protection and legal team. This position will (1) help lead LA28’s physical ambush and rights protection efforts, including in relation to the organization’s clean venue processes and strategies; (2) develop and implement education around Olympic and Paralympic intellectual property; (3) advise multiple stakeholders on a variety of legal, intellectual property, and clean venue issues; (4) generally support on legal matters across the organization, particularly in relation to intellectual property and rights protection. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies around monitoring of physical ambush (including but not limited to clean venue, out-of-home billboards, signage, and more), including roadmaps, playbooks, and scenario planning  

• Draft and issue cease-and-desists and takedowns for physical ambush cases 

• Work closely with other LA28 functional areas to lead a clean venue working group, including leading clean venue audits  

• Work closely with the IOC on clean venue guidance  

• Work closely with external law enforcement and government partners to put in place processes for physical ambush monitoring and enforcement

Associate, Accommodations Stakeholder Relations

The Associate, Accommodations Stakeholder Relations will support the development and delivery of LA28’s accommodation plan by assisting in the coordination of key relationships with hotels, universities, and official Olympic and Paralympic stakeholders. Reporting to the Manager and Senior Manager of Stakeholder Relations, this role will contribute to stakeholder services, CRM and data management, logistics planning, and cross-functional coordination.   

This position will provide day-to-day support to one of the Accommodation Stakeholder Relations sub-groups, which include: Broadcast and Press, International Federations (IFs), National Olympic and Paralympic Committees (NOCs/NPCs), or Marketing Partners.  

Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Coordination & Support  

• Support the Manager and Senior Manager in maintaining clear and consistent communication with assigned stakeholder groups
• Help track stakeholder requests, questions, and issues in the Accommodation CRM system
• Assist in preparing meeting materials, stakeholder reports, and presentations
• Support the coordination of stakeholder site visits and hotel walkthroughs
• Serve as a point of contact for basic inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, escalating as needed

Logistics & Operational Support  

• Maintain and update project timelines, stakeholder lists, and documentation relevant to assigned stakeholder groups
• Coordinate stakeholder interaction with the Accommodation Management System (AMS), including data entry and troubleshooting
• Distribute and track the return of Accommodation Allocation Agreements and Invoices
• Support the collection and validation of hotel rate and inventory information
• Provide on-site support at designated accommodation command centers and/or hotel hubs during Games time to help resolve issues, liaise with partners, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

Cross-Functional Collaboration  

• Support the integration of accommodation plans with other internal LA28 functional areas including transportation, accreditation, ticketing, etc.
• Help gather and organize feedback from internal teams related to hotel allocations and operational needs
• Participate in internal meetings and ensure all follow-up and action items are tracked and completed.  

Administrative & Data Management  

• Prepare materials for internal and external meetings, including notetaking and follow-up tracking

Sr Manager, Venue Transportation:

The Senior Manager, Venue Transportation (Cluster Manager) leads end‑to‑end mobility and transport planning and operations for a defined cluster of LA28 competition and non‑competition venues. Reporting to the Director, Venue Transportation, this role serves as the primary transport point of contact for internal Functional Areas (e.g., Security, Venue Management, Venue Infrastructure, Logistics, Sport, Hospitality, Communications, and Workforce) and external partners (public transit operators, host cities, venue authorities, transportation agencies, and law enforcement). The Cluster Manager designs and approves venue transport plans, integrates security and transportation, and ensures LA28’s operational needs are delivered consistently across assigned venues.

Key Responsibilities:

Cluster-Level Strategy & Leadership 

• Lead transportation planning and operations for a cluster of competition and non‑competition venues in alignment with the Games Route Network (GRN) and regional mobility strategy. 
• Serve as LA28’s senior transportation representative for assigned venues, resolving operational conflicts and driving milestone delivery. 
• Recruit, coach, and oversee Venue Transport Managers (VTMs) who develop and execute venue‑level plans and Games‑time operations. 

Venue Transport Plan Development 

• Direct and approve Venue Transport Operations Plans (VTOPs) for all venues in the cluster, ensuring feasibility, safety, and compliance with Games‑wide policies. 
• Define and validate layouts for vehicle load zones, parking areas, and staging areas; set operating procedures for arrivals, screening, turnaround, and egress. 
• Oversee temporary traffic management, curb management, and parking restrictions around venues, in coordination with cities and agencies. 
• Lead development of wayfinding and traffic signage plans for public, workforce, media, broadcast, and Games Family clients. 
• Confirm infrastructure, technology, and FF&E requirements (e.g., barriers, cones, signage, communications, and IT). 

Stakeholder & Partner Management 

• Act as the senior transportation liaison to internal Functional Areas and venue leadership. 
• Lead engagement with city and venue authorities, public transit, state and county transportation departments, and law enforcement. 
• Negotiate key decisions—load‑zone locations, shuttle routings, parking footprints, screening points, and traffic control measures—to meet LA28 operational needs. 

Security Integration 

• Integrate transportation plans with perimeter and venue security designs, balancing secure perimeters and transport flows. 
• Oversee the design and implementation of vehicle access and permitting schemes in partnership with Security and Law Enforcement. 

Operational Readiness & Testing 

• Supervise readiness across venues—tabletops, field tests, load‑zone trials, and integrated operations exercises. 
• Ensure accessible transport provisions, including services for mobility‑impaired spectators and workforce, are planned and tested. 

Games‑Time Operations Oversight 

• Monitor cluster‑level performance to deliver safe, reliable, and timely services for athletes, officials, workforce, media, sponsors, spectators, and logistics operators.
• Coordinate rapid incident response and decision‑making with partners and escalate issues to leadership as needed. 

People Management & Workforce Planning 

• Lead staffing plans for the cluster; hire and manage VTMs and support them in building venue teams (paid, contractor, volunteer). 

Background & Requirements:

Technical Background 

• 7+ years of relevant experience in planning, design, operations, or major event transport. 
• Expertise in multimodal transportation planning and operations, with experience delivering complex, multi‑stakeholder systems. 
• Experience in major events, public agencies, or special event traffic management operations.Leadership & Stakeholder Skills 
• Proven relationship building and negotiation skills across public agencies, cities, and venue operators. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable representing LA28 and presenting to varied audiences. 

Management Skills 

• Strong project management, ability to sequence and deliver across multiple venues simultaneously. 
• Experience leading teams in high‑pressure operational environments during major sporting or cultural events.

Senior Associate, Mascot Asset Management

The Senior Associate, Mascot Asset Management will serve as the central hub for all mascot-related assets across the LA28 ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of creative production, brand governance, and operational delivery – ensuring that mascot assets are developed, versioned, and deployed accurately and efficiently across internal teams, venues, and partners. This role will partner closely with our external creative vendor and internal functional teams to manage a high volume of assets supporting pre-Games and Games-time execution at scale. 

The Senior Associate, Mascot Asset Management reports to the Director – Brand Strategy, Mascot, & Education 

Key Responsibilities:

Asset Development & Agency Partnership 

• Assist in management of activities with external studio vendor producing mascot assets (graphic, animated, and costume) 
• Manage asset intake, feedback cycles, approvals, and final delivery across multiple workstreams 
• Ensure all assets meet brand and technical standards 

Asset Management & Governance 

• Implement and maintain LA28’s library of digital mascot assets 
• Assist in the management of the establishment and ongoing adherence to naming conventions, version control, tagging systems 
• Ensure internal teams and partners are accessing approved, up-to-date assets only 

Cross-Functional Coordination: 

• Assist in the management of requests from internal teams for mascot assets across functional areas such as Comms, Digital Marketing, Partnerships, and Look & Signage 
• Translate creative needs into clear asset requirements and timelines 

Venue & Production Integration: 

• Partner with Sports Presentation and Venue teams to define technical specs for in-venue displays (screens, jumbotrons, and other formats) 
• Coordinate with Look & Signage teams on asset adaptation and implementation across physical environments 

Workflow, Tracking & Reporting: 

• Help build and manage scalable workflows for asset creation, approval, and distribution 
• Administer and report tracking systems for assets in progress, asset requests from internal functional teams, delivery timelines, and usage across venues and teams 

Background & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of creative workflows, asset lifecycles, and file formats 
• Proven ability to manage high volumes of assets across multiple stakeholders and deadlines 
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail 
• Proficiency in verbal and written communications, with comfort in authentic and creative writing 
• Ability to synthesize information and build decks from scratch
