LA28’s Associate, Transportation will support the identification, specification, implementation, and delivery of stakeholder transportation services. The Manager, City Look and Signage will play a pivotal role within the Look & Signage (LNS) department at LA28, serving as the primary liaison between the internal Look and Signage team and a wide range of external partners. This includes the Host City, venue cities, transportation authorities such as LA Metro, airports, and other key stakeholders involved in delivering the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Look and Signage, this role will lead the development and implementation of the external look and signage integration strategy, ensuring that all city and transport partner look and signage aligns with LA28 brand standards and enhances the Games-time environment. The Manager will work closely with the LA28 City and Government Relations teams to understand partner agreements and ensure brand usage complies with established rights and guidelines.
A key deliverable of this role will be to consult on the creation of a City and Transport Partner Guidelines—providing clear guidance on how external partners can apply the LA28 brand to their own look, signage and wayfinding systems. The Manager will also develop and manage the process for distributing brand assets, reviewing partner signage plans, and approving treatments across the city landscape.

The Logistics department is responsible for delivering efficient and effective materials management and logistics support across all LA28 functions. The Head of Customs & Freight Forwarding will lead the planning, execution, and oversight of all customs clearance and freight forwarding activities for goods moving inbound to and outbound from the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games. This role is accountable for ensuring the timely and compliant movement of goods across international borders, maintaining full adherence to import/export regulations, optimizing transportation costs, and building strong partnerships with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and government agencies. LA28’s Manager, Venue Transport Design, will support efforts to refine, deliver, and operate venue transportation plans across a combination of Games competition and non-competition venues. The role requires complex collaboration across LA28's functional areas and external partners while maintaining credibility and ensuring key milestones are met.
Working within the Transportation Functional Area, this position will coordinate extensively with other internal LA28 Functional Areas, such as Venue Management, Venue Operations, Security, Accreditation, Workforce, Technology, Readiness, Communications, Sustainability, etc. and external partners (public agencies, operators, contractors, and Games delivery partners) to translate the LA28 Transportation strategy into actionable operational plans.

The Logistics department is responsible for effectively and efficiently providing materials management and logistics support to all LA28 functions. The Manager, Bus Systems is a key member of the LA28 Bus Operations teams, supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of bus services for Olympic and Paralympic Games stakeholders. The Brand, Identity and Look of the Games (BIL) team is responsible for overseeing the development and management of all LA28' visual identity. Our work defines how the Games are seen and remembered—through a variable emblem system, typography, color palette, imagery, patterns, and more—creating a brand experience that is bold, distinctive, and timeless.
The LA28 brand is the first-ever variable Olympic and Paralympic logo and has an ever-expanding inventory of design assets. Along with developing and managing the core identity, the BIL team is responsible for marquee Games design deliverables such as core graphic, pictograms, and torch in addition to internal creative services.
The BIL team is looking for an Associate Brand Designer to support the Guidelines & Governance team. This role is mostly a production artist and partly a layout designer, they will assist in transforming creative concepts into digital and print ready files, and support the creation and distribution of the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games brand guidelines and other official documents.
The ideal candidate is a versatile designer/production artist, who can work across mediums with a meticulous eye for detail and final output quality. They should bring a deep understanding of digital standards, color theory, file formats and editorial principles. The Venue Infrastructure team is responsible for delivering the competition and non-competition venues fit-for-purpose for the preparation and staging of the Olympic and Paralympic Games. This department is responsible for managing the design, development, program management, construction, maintenance, and removal of all Games infrastructure in existing and fully temporary venues.
Reporting to the Director, Engineering, the Senior Manager, Electrical, will be responsible for overseeing the development of electrical plans, informing procurement, and managing installation, maintenance, and removal during operations. Significant integration with stakeholders is required to determine the extents and locations of electrical components required. The duties of this role include overseeing external engineering resources and an internal engineering team. This role requires extensive knowledge of the development of technical plans and designs. The Venues and Infrastructure (VNI) team plays a critical role in delivering Games-specific temporary infrastructure for competition and non-competition venues to ensure that they are functional, innovative, and fully accessible for the Olympic and Paralympic Games. As part of the larger Sport and Games Delivery group, the VNI team ensures that all venues are designed, developed, and delivered with the highest standards for functionality, sustainability, and inclusion, while respecting the timeframes established with the venues for the LA28 exclusive use periods.
Reporting to the Sr. Mgr., Scheduling, the Schedule Manager will prepare and manage venue-based scheduling for VNI. The Schedule Manager will own the venue integrated schedules (VIS), a consolidation of delivery schedules from multiple functional areas. The Schedule Manager will also oversee the development of construction schedule for VNI temporary infrastructure and overlay. This role will require deep collaboration across all delivery functional areas as well as external stakeholders, partners, and suppliers.
The successful candidate will have created and managed project schedules for complex infrastructure and/or events delivery.

The Broadcast Integration (BRS) team’s aim is to support the Olympic Broadcasting Service (OBS) in the preparation and planning of the most seamless, innovative, and engaging Games experience ever for athletes, team officials, and delegation members.
The BRS team is responsible for delivering high-quality facilities and services to Media Rights Holders and the Olympic Broadcasting Service to ensure the best possible media coverage of the Games for the widest possible audience. This team liaises closely with OBS to manage planning processes related to broadcasting the Olympic and Paralympic Games. This includes agreeing on procedures, hosting meetings and workshops, and conducting surveys—all of which are developed in full coordination with OBS and LA28 Broadcast Services. In addition, the Broadcast Services team is the main point of contact for other LA28 functional areas concerning all broadcast matters.
These matters include the successful delivery of all infrastructure at competition venues and the International Broadcast Center (IBC) to enable Games coverage. They also involve delivering services to OBS and Media Rights Holders to support their operations, such as accommodation, accreditation, transportation, technology, technical support, warehousing, permitting, and medical services during the Games.
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Broadcast Services, this person will be responsible for coordinating the planning and delivery of the International Broadcast Center (IBC) and Main Press Center (MPC), ensuring that both facilities meet all operational, technical, and service-related requirements. The Senior Director, Operations - Ceremonies and Games Launch will orchestrate, drive and ensure the integration of internal LA28 teams working closely with the Co-Create LA (CCLA) Ceremonies team to ensure a holistic LA28 operating plan is planned seamlessly with the show production.
With visibility across all Functional Areas that are impacted or are dependent for ceremonies delivery, the incumbent in this role is an operationally and delivery orientated leader responsible for orchestrating cross-functional alignment, driving integrated planning, and ensuring flawless delivery across all elements of the four ceremonies. This role acts as the central connection between internal teams and will be responsible for leading the LA28 operating plan to support CCLA and the ceremonies production.

The Spectator Experience (OFX) team serves as the “voice of the spectator” within LA28. The Venues and Infrastructure (VNI) team plays a critical role in delivering Games-specific temporary infrastructure for competition and non-competition venues to ensure that they are functional, innovative, and fully accessible for the Olympic and Paralympic Games. The Senior Manager, Accessibility Training & Enablement leads the design, development, and implementation of accessibility education, training, and enablement programs across the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Reporting to the Head of Accessibility, this role ensures that LA28 staff, volunteers, delivery partners, and key stakeholders have the knowledge, tools, and guidance needed to support accessible and inclusive Games experiences. The Senior Manager oversees organization-wide accessibility training initiatives, resource development, and awareness campaigns that promote disability inclusion, universal design principles, and equitable service delivery. Through these efforts, the role helps ensure that Functional Areas responsible for Games delivery are equipped to meet baseline legal accessibility requirements and Games-specific accessibility standards. This position plays a critical role in embedding accessibility into LA28’s culture, workforce capability, and operational readiness planning. By working closely with Functional Areas, delivery partners, and subject matter experts, the Senior Manager helps build organizational capability and shared accountability for delivering accessible Games environments for athletes, spectators, workforce, media, and all Games stakeholders.

The Head of Workforce Integration will support LA28's efforts to deliver an integrated workforce experience for paid staff, volunteers, and contractors by maintaining positive and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including organized labor, across the city and county of Los Angeles, and nationally, to ensure excellence and cooperation for Games Time workforce operations. The incumbent will also oversee the development and distribution of Games Time workforce policies, contractor guidelines, and manage the contractor workforce experience.
Responsible for partnering with senior leadership, maintaining and nurturing key labor union relationships, and advising LA28 on labor related matters impacting Games Time workforce integration. At all times, the Head of Workforce Integration will act as a subject matter expert and advisor on the Labor landscape within the Games Time footprint and within the U.S. Reporting to the SVP, People Management (Games Prep & Delivery), they will also work cross-functionally within the business, and will cultivate strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
