Onapsis helps nearly 30% of the Forbes Global 100 understand the threats and risks across their SAP and Oracle landscapes, whether running on-premises, in the cloud, or in a hybrid environment.
We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) who will work to ensure the availability of Onapsis Security Products. At IONOS, the leading European provider of cloud infrastructure, cloud services and hosting services, you will work together with a wide range of teams. We are characterized by open structures, a friendly working culture and flat hierarchies with a strong team spirit. We firmly believe that work and fun are compatible, and offer you the right environment for this. Our constant growth means that we are always looking for new colleagues. Become part of IONOS and grow with us.
Our mission is to build a modern ecosystem used for all IONOS customer support needs. The tools developed by us are used in over 20 locations, by more than 2.000 users, supporting 8 million customer contracts in 10 markets.
The development team has full responsibility for the development lifecycle. This means we plan, develop, test and deploy our software without any other internal or external dependencies.
Our portfolio revolves around an internally built CRM which is now being enhanced with AI capabilities.
We are building a next-generation AI platform designed to redefine how our company interacts with customers. This isn't just a chatbot; it's a high-performance, multimodal AI ecosystem powered by state-of-the-art Speech-to-Speech (S2S) models, advanced Large Language Models (LLMs), and intelligent orchestration frameworks. Our platform will understand, reason, and respond across text and voice — while seamlessly executing real-time actions to resolve customer needs.
We are aiming for a hybrid architecture of Open Source LLMs, industry-leading proprietary models, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) to enable contextual reasoning, tool invocation, and seamless orchestration across systems. The goal is not just to talk to the customer, but to act on their needs.
The Voice Frontier: We are building low-latency, emotive speech-to-speech pipelines for a truly natural voice channel experience.
Deep System Integration: Our platform connects directly to the company's core systems via MCPs, allowing the AI to access real-time customer context and execute complex workflows.
Self-Evolving Logic: We are developing an automated QA and evaluation module that continuously analyzes interactions across channels.By programmatically measuring quality, accuracy, latency, and resolution outcomes, we can close the feedback loop, and adapt system behavior in hours, not weeks.
Hybrid Innovation: You’ll work at the intersection of "build vs. buy," integrating the best of the open-source community with custom-built internal infrastructure.
You won't just be shipping code; you’ll be part of making this concept evolve and shift.
You’ll join a friendly, experienced team where your voice matters and your contribution shapes real-world outcomes. You’ll work in a modern environment with technologies and practices that help us ship reliable software efficiently.
As a DevOps Engineer in this team you will build the foundation of our internal AI Customer Care platform. You will be responsible for the "heavy lifting"—designing the distributed systems that power real-time speech-to-speech pipelines, orchestrating agentic workflows via MCP, and ensuring our AI scales without breaking a sweat.

As we scale toward the next 10 million users, we are consolidating our web infrastructure into a unified, next-generation content platform that matches the world-class engineering of our core VPN products.
You will lead the engineering squad responsible for retiring our legacy WordPress instances across brands. You aren't just building a website; you are building a Content Operating System powered by an open-source headless CMS at its core. This platform must support high-velocity PPC landing pages, complex multi-language blogs, and technical support hubs—all while maintaining the extreme performance and security standards expected of global privacy leaders.
A key part of this role is evaluating and adopting an open-source CMS solution (such as Strapi, Payload CMS, Directus, or KeystoneJS) as the foundation of the new platform. You will assess these solutions against our requirements for extensibility, multi-tenancy, and API-first content delivery, and lead the customization and integration effort to make the chosen platform fit our multi-brand ecosystem.
This is a rare opportunity to own the web platform for one of the biggest names in cybersecurity. You will have the budget and the mandate to move away from legacy debt and build a "Golden Path" for web development using the best of the JavaScript and open-source ecosystem—starting with a best-in-class headless CMS as the foundation.
ExpressVPN is one of the world’s leading providers of online privacy and security services for consumers. We see huge growth in our industry, and are gaining market share through strong execution.

BACKGROUND AND OPPORTUNITY
There are almost 75 million hourly workers in the United States, representing more than half of the entire workforce. Historically, managing hourly employees has been difficult due to high attrition (average of 60%) and high replacement costs (average of $3,200 per employee in retail). The ongoing labor shortage and competition from the gig economy, make it more difficult to attract and retain hourly employees. The top reasons hourly employees leave their jobs are a lack of schedule empowerment, poor communication with employers, and an inability to get paid early. Gen Z and the millennial workforce demand gig-like flexibility, modern technology, and compelling work options. Legion’s mission is to turn hourly jobs into good jobs, serving the hourly workers who make up the majority of the US workforce. We believe in empowering employees and helping employers be efficient and innovative by enabling intelligent automation powered by Legion’s Workforce Management platform to optimize labor efficiency and enhance the employee experience simultaneously.
Legion WFM was built for the cloud with AI at the core and is designed to handle the complexity of modern businesses and meet the needs of today’s hourly employees. Our team is composed of dedicated individuals from all backgrounds and experiences, globally distributed across all time zones. For more information, visit https://legion.co
