The Associate Service Delivery Manager (ASDM) delivers an end-to-end customer experience across both NOC and Helpdesk, combining service governance, relationship management, and proactive success planning to drive outcomes, reliability, and long-term partnership growth.

You serve as the primary operational contact for service health, escalations, adoption, retention, and customer success outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Customer Success & Relationship Management

Own customer satisfaction, retention, and value realization.
Lead Monthly/Quarterly service reviews with MSP owners/CIOs and decision-makers.
Drive proactive communication, sentiment tracking, and expectation alignment.
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities with the Account Manager.
Own churn prevention and risk management; maintain RAG account health.

2. Unified Service Delivery Ownership (NOC + Helpdesk)

Own end-to-end delivery across Helpdesk and NOC, from request/alert through resolution and post-incident follow-up.
Maintain ticket/incident lifecycle health: response times, communication quality, escalation accuracy, and resolution effectiveness.
Ensure performance to SLAs/SLOs and key KPIs (e.g., FCR, TTR, SLA adherence) across both service lines.
Govern monitoring and operations (alert triage, patching, backup, AV/AM) and ensure Helpdesk queue hygiene and productivity.
Track trends via unified dashboards (ticket flow, incidents, alert volumes, patch/backup health); validate tooling/RMM performance and surface systemic risks.
Partner with Helpdesk leadership and NOC engineering on RCA, critical-incident communications, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.

3. Unified Operational Governance

Run unified operating cadences across Helpdesk + NOC.
Own escalation governance: tracking, RCA follow-through, and customer communications.
Maintain CRM/SFDC data accuracy and integrity.
Ensure compliance with contractual SLAs/SLOs and KPIs.
Lead cross-functional escalations with Engineering, Deployment, AM, Billing, Sales, and Support.

4. Onboarding & Adoption

Own onboarding for new unified (NOC + Helpdesk) customers.
Ensure a smooth handoff from Sales to Delivery.
Validate prerequisites (RMM access, credentials, documentation, and KB alignment).
Enable customers on how to engage Helpdesk/NOC effectively (channels, expectations, escalation paths).
Track onboarding milestones, adoption, and outcomes.

5. Reporting & Analytics

Deliver monthly performance reporting across both service lines.
Summarize service quality, incident trends, compliance, RCA themes, and usage analytics.
Present KPI dashboards and prioritized improvement opportunities.
Partner with data/BI resources to improve operational insights.

What You Will Do and Learn

We are looking for an Integrations & Data Migration Senior Analyst to join our India Team!

The Integrations & Data Migration Analyst will be responsible for scoping, designing, implementing, and testing integration and migration solutions. Working closely with our client partners, you’ll develop relationships with key technical resources while building tangible business value. Continuous client education and enablement throughout various deployment phases are what make Spaulding Ridge a leading firm during sales selection processes.

Ideal candidates will be able to:

• Collaborate with team members to design and implement technology solutions that align with client business objectives.
• Support Salesforce-focused data migration workstreams, including:
• Source-to-target mapping and transformation logic
• Data extraction, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning
• Loads into Salesforce using tools such as DBAmp (SQL Server ↔ Salesforce) and/or middleware tools
• Design and build integrations between platforms such as Anaplan, Workday, Salesforce, and a variety of cloud-based or on-premise business systems.
• Build mock Proofs of Concept (POCs) for integration and migration approaches for potential clients.
• Work with integration and data movement technologies such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Talend, Jitterbit, Workato, Informatica, and other key offerings.
• Assist with integration patterns and API-based connectivity, including experience with REST/SOAP, authentication concepts, and error handling/retry strategies.
• Identify data/integration issues and structural problems, and generate actionable recommendations using standard methodologies.
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of client business needs, goals, and objectives, translating them into functional and technical requirements.
• Contribute to data platform and analytics enablement by supporting pipelines into or out of Snowflake (basic understanding of loading concepts, staging, and data modeling fundamentals is a plus).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Minimum 4+ years of professional consulting or relevant industry experience (integration, data engineering, or enterprise application delivery)
• Experience with data migrations, ideally on Salesforce projects, including data validation and reconciliation
• Strong experience in Application Integration Architecture, solution design, and development using SOAP and REST
• Familiarity with data movement / ETL / ELT concepts (batch vs. near-real-time, scheduling, monitoring, logging)
• Exposure to or experience with DBAmp and/or middleware-based migration approaches is strongly preferred
• Experience and knowledge of leading cloud integration technologies such as Talend Enterprise, Boomi, MuleSoft, Jitterbit, Workato, Informatica, etc.
• Basic familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake (or strong willingness to learn)
• Intermediate Java, Python, SQL, or other modern language development experience is a plus
• Outstanding analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills required
• Project Management experience is a plus, including maintaining a prioritized worklist and understanding financial views of projects
• Should be capable of managing the day-to-day client relationship on projects

The Position

Cleo is looking for a Customer Success Associate that will work directly with existing customers and the CSM team to ensure a smooth onboarding, implementation, and renewal process. This intelligent, empathic, and high energy individual will hold responsibility within the CSM team who serve as the primary customer facing resource for all new and existing customers. Superb ability to interface with Customers, Sales, Services, Support, and Products Team is required.

What You Will Be Doing

• Uphold Cleo’s Customer Success strategy and processes
• Adopt existing, and develop new, methodologies and best practices
• Own day-to-day interactions between Cleo and a subset of customers through 1:1 and 1:many tech touch communications
• Manage and facilitate cross-sell/upsell opportunities sourced within the broader Customer Experience organization.
• Analyze and report on customer usage data, adoption, and project status
• Oversee customer lifecycle processes/touch points and take clients on an optimal customer journey
• Drive the customer escalation process
• Develop ways for Customer Success to deeply understand our customers’ objectives
• Escalate issues appropriately to Services, Support, Product, etc.
• Keep accurate records, including documented customer service actions and discussions.
• Ensure that 100% of interactions are accurately recorded and follow ups scheduled

Requirements

• 3-5 years working at an Enterprise Software and/or SaaS Company in a Customer Success, technical account management or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communications ability
• Proven ability to work in an environment with limited processes
• Experience with Open-Source solutions
• Experience working in a company selling applications, middleware, database, data warehouse, data integration technology or big/fast data technologies
• Experience with annual subscription offerings

As an Anaplan Senior Associate, you will help some of the world’s most well-known organizations solve business challenges through Enterprise Performance Management. With the opportunity to build your Anaplan expertise by obtaining recognized certifications, you will implement Anaplan as a ‘Best in Cloud’ solution for Finance, Supply Chain and Sales.

Ideal candidates will be able to:

• Interact directly with clients to extract their needs
• Translate existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated Anaplan multi-dimensional models.
• Functional Knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis processes, Supply chain, Sales performance management or workforce planning.

• Mentor Analysts with domain knowledge and configuration questions
• Assist with configuration reviews to provide useful feedback

• 4+ years hands on modeling experience in Anaplan projects, including implementations, upgrades, roll outs and/or support.

We are currently looking for an Associate in our OneStream practice to join our team in Bangalore or Jaipur or Pune. This role is responsible for implementing financial technology solutions using the OneStream software platform. 

In this role, the ideal candidate will be able to:

• Implementation of OneStream Solutions that span Requirements and Design, Development, Testing, Training and supp 

• Collaborate seamlessly with internal and client-side resources and effectively communicate across various audiences 

• Approach problems creatively and apply technology to solve business challenges  

• Adhere to Spaulding Ridge delivery methodology and project standards, and ensure that project deliverables are completed on time 

• Work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and deal with ambiguity

Qualifications:

• 3-5 year of overall OneStream experience.  

• End to End implementation exposure and strong knowledge of creating business rules / member formulas is a must. 

• Good understanding of the financial and accounting functions including experience of working with either financial close & consolidations, financial reporting or planning and budgeting processes. 

• Experience with data integration between different systems/sources, REST APi or Groovy scripts as an added advantage. 

• Bachelors and master's in finance/accounting/engineering.
