Job Summary

The Principal Applied AI Engineer will lead the development of internal AI capabilities that empower teams across Poppulo to work faster, smarter, and securely. This role partners with business leaders, engineers, and IT teams to identify high-value opportunities for AI and translate them into practical solutions including GPT assistants, AI agents, and automated workflows while protecting company data, customer trust, and regulatory compliance.

Primary Responsibilities

• Define the technical direction and implementation standards for internal AI solutions, ensuring consistent, secure, and scalable adoption across teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in AI engineering, or machine learning engineering.

The Manager, Quality Systems & Operations (QSO) is responsible for leading the day-to-day operation, governance, and continuous improvement of the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS) within a regulated clinical technology environment. This role serves as the operational backbone (“engine room”) of the Quality & Compliance function and ensures quality processes are efficient, inspection-ready, risk-based, and aligned with the needs of a clinical trial software / technology-enabled services organization.

The Manager, QSO will oversee core quality system processes including document control, SOP lifecycle management, training administration and effectiveness support, quality events and CAPA management, quality metrics and management reporting, and cross-functional process improvement initiatives. KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

➢ Quality Management System (QMS) Ownership

• Own the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the enterprise QMS supporting a clinical trial software / vendor services environment.

Information Security - Who We Are

The Information Security (InfoSec) organization advances the overall state of security at Rubrik through critical initiatives and coordination of large security projects. Information Security builds technologies, tools, and processes to better enable teams at Rubrik to develop secure software and protect data and systems with appropriate security controls. Information Security also develops systems to monitor and respond to attacks against our systems, provides awareness education to teams on security best practices for data protection, and ensures data sharing relationships with third parties in order to securely protect Rubrik information.

Position Overview

As an InfoSec SRE Intern focused on monitoring and alerting on our security infrastructure systems. You will work closely with our security engineering and operations teams to develop and maintain observability solutions. You will gain practical experience configuring cloud-native monitoring tools, ingesting metrics into Prometheus, and creating insightful dashboards and alerts in Grafana.

This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and maintaining monitoring and alerting systems using native cloud monitoring services (e.g., AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Google Cloud Operations).
• Respond and remediate operational issues impacting performance or availability.
• Configure Prometheus to scrape and store metrics from cloud resources.
• Develop dashboards and alerts in Grafana to enable proactive incident detection.

What You'll Do:

Secure Cloud Platform Development:

• Collaborate with product managers, architects, SRE, and cross-functional teams to define security standards for cloud infrastructure, implement the frameworks, and drive the migration. 
• Take full ownership of projects from design to implementation, test and deployment of secure cloud infrastructure components
• Write clean, well-tested code in languages like Go, Python, or Scala for cloud infrastructure frameworks. 
• Implement security-first cloud platform features following established patterns and best practices
• Collaborate with senior engineers on secure system design and cloud architecture decisions.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of software development experience with a focus on cloud platforms and infrastructure
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), including security services and best practices

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer with a strong foundation in Python capabilities, and hands-on experience building Agentic AI applications that integrate with Large Language Models (LLMs) Large Language Models (LLMs).
