About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Sales and Go-to-Market team. This role is based in the greater Phoenix or Las Vegas area, reporting to the Regional Director. You will be part of a global group of professionals passionate about delighting our customers, nurturing trusted partnerships, and sharing expertise to drive a secure, cloud-enabled digital future. What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
5+ years of full-cycle sales experience within the software or security industry
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Progressive selling experience engaging with enterprise accounts and selling at the C-Level
Residency in or willingness to commute within the greater Phoenix or Las Vegas area

For this role specifically, we are targeting a salary range between $70,000/year and $80,000/year, where the difference in salary is typically determined by several factors, including the geography in which the selected candidate resides and alignment with qualifications and experience.

This role partners with production, engineering, and IT teams to analyze manufacturing processes, implement system enhancements, and support IT solutions aligned with user requirements and business and process changes, driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency across manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for system enhancements within Production IT systems, including the MES.
• Design, configure, and implement MES and production system improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency, system performance, and operational visibility.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and IT teams to develop and deploy technology solutions that optimize manufacturing processes and support evolving operational requirements.
• Troubleshoot system issues impacting production operations and Smart Factory systems, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to maintain system reliability.
• Monitor and optimize system integration and data flow across MES, WMS, and ERP platforms to improve data consistency, inventory accuracy, and system performance.
• Execute IT initiatives and system enhancement projects that support digital manufacturing and smart factory capabilities.
• Partner with global engineering teams and headquarters stakeholders to align system capabilities with manufacturing process improvements and business requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external technology vendors to implement and maintain IT equipment, software solutions, and system configurations supporting manufacturing operations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Information Technology, Manufacturing Systems, or related technical environments.
• Experience supporting or implementing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working on data analysis initiatives and production system improvement projects.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and production systems and their integration with IT solutions.
• Knowledge of IT best practices, including system architecture, programming concepts, and cybersecurity principles.
• Ability to work flexible hours when required to support production operations and collaborate with global teams and headquarters stakeholders.
Skills:
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience working with data analysis and reporting tools to support operational decision-making.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Programming and data visualization experience with tools such as Python, SQL, and Power BI preferred.
• Knowledge of AI or advanced analytics solutions preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
