As one of DoorDash's core operations teams, Customer Experience and Support Operations, ensures that when there are bumps in the last mile, there's always someone there to help make things right. Our team designs and manages DoorDash's large and growing global network of support centers to create the best customer experiences, with the ultimate goal of delivering an outstanding customer experience as reliably as possible.
We are looking for Merchant Experience Partners to partner with our highest-value merchants to help solve their most pressing issues and provide the opportunity to improve their overall merchant experience as we continue to increase our last-mile logistics platform.
As a Merchant Experience Partner, you will play a crucial role within the Merchant Experience team by providing our merchants with a direct contact for all of their support needs and focusing your efforts on ensuring overall Merchant success on the DoorDash platform. You will build long-lasting relationships with our Merchants through excellent customer service and strategic problem-solving.
Not only will you partner with our Merchants, but you will work with Account Owners and own a book of business as their support contact. You will be a part of a program to shape support as a differentiator in the marketplace through high-quality, white-glove service.

Embedded in your region, you will act as a bridge between central strategy and frontline teams, partnering closely with senior enablement managers and Pre/Post Sales leaders. You will deliver training across product, positioning, and processes, while creating feedback loops to continuously improve programs. The Sales Enablement team, under the Sales Strategy & Operations organization, enables the productivity of our sales and go-to-market organizations through alignment with capital OKRs and a 360-degree enablement strategy that encompasses activation across process, product, skill, GTM strategy and tooling. As an Associate Manager of Sales Enablement focused on our Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) markets, you will play a critical role in localizing and executing global enablement initiatives. You will report directly to a Senior Manager on the Global Sales Enablement team and support ANZ leadership through a dotted-line relationship with the local Sales Strategy & Operations team.
You’ll be responsible for activating onboarding, training, and go-to-market programs that support the full sales lifecycle for sellers in ANZ. You’ll coordinate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps teams to ensure that enablement strategies are tailored to the regional context and drive measurable outcomes.

What you’ll do
As the IT Audit Manager APAC, you will join a global audit team of ten experienced internal auditors, including an IT lead Auditor based in Amsterdam. You will be based in Sydney alongside another Group Auditor. Optiver is currently in transition and moving towards a more globally integrated IT operating model. As a result, you will be involved not only in assessments of local entities but also regional and global functions, providing insights to the Management Board and Supervisory Board. The assessments cover the entire IT spectrum of our organization: from Information Security to IT Operations and from IT risks in HR or payment systems to IT risk in trading systems. Additionally, you will support other Group Auditors on broader audit topics when IT expertise is needed, giving your exposure to a wide array of business areas, such as HR, Legal, Operations, Trading and Finance.
The common purpose is to enhance and safeguard organizational value by conducting risk-based and objective audits, offering advice, and providing valuable insights.
While the Group Audit team was originally based exclusively in Amsterdam, the team is now expanding its presence in key regional offices, including Sydney for APAC business, to enhance and scale the execution of audit activities.
The team performs a range of audits and assessments and, when required, special projects across Optiver offices, including Amsterdam, Chicago, Shanghai, London, New York, Mumbai, Austin, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Taipei.
As part of the team, you will visit Optiver offices three or four times per year - primarily within the APAC region - for periods of one to two weeks, and will also execute audits remotely.
