The Standards Management Team is responsible for evolving B Lab’s Standards (approximately every 3 to 5 years) to incorporate best practices and be best-in-class.

Core Responsibilities 

Social Standards Content Development and Management (60%)

• Lead research and standards development and revisions for B Lab Standards and related products, with a subject matter focus on the social components of the B Lab Standards  including Human Rights, Fair Work, and Justice, Equity, Inclusion and Diversity (JEDI)
• Identify and develop supplemental content, including resources or guides, to enable standards accessibility and understanding that supports implementation and impact management improvements by companies
• Support the communication, understanding, and interpretation of B Lab Standards and processes across B Lab teams, network partners, companies, and public stakeholders
• Contribute to Standard Advisory Council and other standards  governance meetings to drive meaningful decisions on standard development and improvements in line with B Lab’s Theory of Change and corresponding strategies
• Support internal and external stakeholder questions, request for clarifications, and limited standard compliance exemptions regarding the social impact topics and other cross-cutting components of the B Lab Standards   
• Support regular reviews of the B Lab Standards’s Equity Mechanism and Interoperability applications with other recognized certification schemes, sustainability-related frameworks, disclosure reporting and regulatory standards, among other Standards mechanisms.

• Training & Capacity Building: Develop training materials and deliver training on relevant Standards impact topics for internal and external stakeholders, usable also as professional development resources.

About You

Compensation Details

B Lab has a compensation plan that includes:

• A yearly salary in the range of R$253,000 - R$278,000 (not including the 13th salary)

About the Opportunity

The Senior Manager, Social Standards will play a specialist role supporting the ongoing application of the existing B Lab Standards within their domain, lead on the development of future updates to the Standards, and bring their expertise to support relevant collective action efforts within the B Corp movement and its partners to help businesses improve their performance on the social topics. • Develop, maintain, and revise B Lab Standards content that contribute to continuous improvement and for performance-based Standards products

Core Responsibilities 

Social Standards Content Development and Management (60%)

• Lead research and standards development and revisions for B Lab Standards and related products, with a subject matter focus on the social components of the B Lab Standards  including Human Rights, Fair Work, and Justice, Equity, Inclusion and Diversity (JEDI)
• Identify and develop supplemental content, including resources or guides, to enable standards accessibility and understanding that supports implementation and impact management improvements by companies
• Support the communication, understanding, and interpretation of B Lab Standards and processes across B Lab teams, network partners, companies, and public stakeholders
• Contribute to Standard Advisory Council and other standards  governance meetings to drive meaningful decisions on standard development and improvements in line with B Lab’s Theory of Change and corresponding strategies
• Support internal and external stakeholder questions, request for clarifications, and limited standard compliance exemptions regarding the social impact topics and other cross-cutting components of the B Lab Standards   
• Support regular reviews of the B Lab Standards’s Equity Mechanism and Interoperability applications with other recognized certification schemes, sustainability-related frameworks, disclosure reporting and regulatory standards, among other Standards mechanisms.
• Collaborate on B Lab Standards strategy for producing best in class environmental, social, and governance impact management standards through contributing inputs related to social impact topic developments, advances, innovations, and risks 
• Partner and advise on the work of the Standards Management Team as a whole to ensure a comprehensive, holistic, and consistent approach to the Standards, informed by individual specialist areas.

Stakeholder and Partnership Engagement (15%)  

• Develop and maintain relationships with other standards organizations, stakeholders, and partners to coordinate efforts, build mutually beneficial partnerships, and ensure appropriate inputs into B Lab Standards, supplementary standards, and cross-functional B Lab projects

The Senior Manager, Social Standards will play a specialist role supporting the ongoing application of the existing B Lab Standards within their domain, lead on the development of future updates to the Standards, and bring their expertise to support relevant collective action efforts within the B Corp movement and its partners to help businesses improve their performance on the social topics. By bringing existing expertise and liaising with other relevant expert stakeholders and organizations, the Senior Manager will: 

• Develop, maintain, and revise B Lab Standards content that contribute to continuous improvement and for performance-based Standards products
• Engage with stakeholders internally and externally to support the meaningful understanding and adoption of the social impact topics within B Lab Standards, as well as create feedback and learning opportunities to inform future revisions and developments. 
• Act as a B Lab thought leader and ambassador to amplify how B Lab Standards provide the blueprint for impactful business behavior and support the growth of the movement through various avenues to change business behavior, culture, and structures toward transforming the economic system.     

This role is lined-managed by the Director of Standards, and the person holding this role will work with colleagues and stakeholders around the world. Depending on needs and budget availability over time, this role may also oversee direct reports in the future.

Core Responsibilities 

Social Standards Content Development and Management (60%)

• Lead research and standards development and revisions for B Lab Standards and related products, with a subject matter focus on the social components of the B Lab Standards  including Human Rights, Fair Work, and Justice, Equity, Inclusion and Diversity (JEDI)
• Identify and develop supplemental content, including resources or guides, to enable standards accessibility and understanding that supports implementation and impact management improvements by companies
• Support the communication, understanding, and interpretation of B Lab Standards and processes across B Lab teams, network partners, companies, and public stakeholders
• Contribute to Standard Advisory Council and other standards  governance meetings to drive meaningful decisions on standard development and improvements in line with B Lab’s Theory of Change and corresponding strategies
• Support internal and external stakeholder questions, request for clarifications, and limited standard compliance exemptions regarding the social impact topics and other cross-cutting components of the B Lab Standards   
• Support regular reviews of the B Lab Standards’s Equity Mechanism and Interoperability applications with other recognized certification schemes, sustainability-related frameworks, disclosure reporting and regulatory standards, among other Standards mechanisms.
• Collaborate on B Lab Standards strategy for producing best in class environmental, social, and governance impact management standards through contributing inputs related to social impact topic developments, advances, innovations, and risks 
• Partner and advise on the work of the Standards Management Team as a whole to ensure a comprehensive, holistic, and consistent approach to the Standards, informed by individual specialist areas.

Stakeholder and Partnership Engagement (15%)  

• Develop and maintain relationships with other standards organizations, stakeholders, and partners to coordinate efforts, build mutually beneficial partnerships, and ensure appropriate inputs into B Lab Standards, supplementary standards, and cross-functional B Lab projects
• Lead and contribute to specific internal cross-functional work-streams to reach organizational objectives and network priorities aligned with B Lab’s Theory of Change
• Solicit, categorize, and prioritize feedback from a global representation of internal and external stakeholders, including regional advisory groups and working groups, to inform B Lab Standards development and revisions. 
• Support B Lab Standards testing processes that incorporate diverse perspectives into the development and revision stages

Social Expertise Sharing, Training, and Thought Leadership (25%)

• Impact Enablement: Provide expert guidance and inputs into B Lab programs, initiatives, and products designed to drive social impact improvements including supporting calls to action and global programming for participants.
• Training & Capacity Building: Develop training materials and deliver training on relevant Standards impact topics for internal and external stakeholders, usable also as professional development resources.
• External Engagement & Representation: Represent B Lab and its Standards at events, working groups, partnerships, and thought leadership opportunities (e.g., podcasts, presentations), and engage in impact management, regulatory, and sustainability scheme initiatives to shape best-in-class social management practices.
• Content & Communications: Develop and promote public-facing content (blog posts, op-eds, communication materials) and support external community engagement to advance B Lab Standards and mission.

Compensation Details

B Lab has a compensation plan that includes:

Job Summary:

The EU Labeling & Product Notification Submission Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end management of product labeling compliance and regulatory notification submissions across EU member states. This highly detail-oriented role ensures that all products are accurately labeled and properly registered prior to market entry.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct thorough label reviews across all product categories to ensure full compliance with EU labeling requirements (ingredients, allergens, nutrition declarations, claims, country of origin, etc.)

This position leads the Global Logistics team to manage and grow the carrier portfolio by developing and improving delivery solutions in the European markets. Dataiku is looking for a Data Engineer to join our Enterprise Data and Analytics (EDA) team. As a member of the EDA team, you will play a central role in delivering data to fuel analytics and data-driven insights to various stakeholders and teams within the company. You will also be a key technical member contributing to the data platform that fuels centralized analytics, embedded analytics teams, Generative AI engineering, and self-service users across the organization.

This role is about 50% Data Operations, Support & Troubleshooting, and 50% new development. Dataiku is looking for a Data Engineer II to join our Enterprise Data and Analytics (EDA) team. As a member of the EDA Team, you will play a central role in delivering data to fuel analytics, AI, and data-driven insights to various stakeholders and teams within the company. You will also be a key technical member contributing to the Data Platform that fuels centralized analytics, Generative AI engineering, embedded analytics teams, and self-service users across the organization.

You will become a technical expert on the various platforms we work in and help drive engineering excellence both within the EDA team and across the wider Analytics Community. The Data Engineering day to day will primarily be within the Data Platform built using Snowflake, Dataiku, and GitHub. Primary development will focus on Python & SQL, DataOps processes built within GitHub Actions & Dataiku, and data platform processes built within Snowflake & Dataiku.

Non-technical skills and learning are also critical, as you will collaborate with engineers from various teams and help deliver solutions across a wide variety of technical domains. Strong software development lifecycle knowledge and DataOps skills are a must. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, has excellent verbal and written communication skills, a sharp analytical mind, a positive attitude towards work, and thrives when collaborating towards a shared goal.

What you’ll do: 

Dataiku is unique in that every Dataiker is encouraged to use our own product within our Enterprise Data Platform.  That means this is a unique opportunity to deliver a scalable platform with governed data to fuel an entire company of current or potential Data Analysts! Your responsibilities within the team include but are not limited to:

• Be an expert level engineer within the Dataiku Platform including Platform Automation, GenAI Capabilities, Plugin Development, maintenance & troubleshooting

• Be an expert  level engineer within Snowflake for data engineering and security/governance features

• Build & maintain python & SQL based platform automation process

• Build & maintain data quality metrics & observability to help drive data quality standards

• Design data models for both short term and long term use cases to support data warehouse scalability

• Build & maintain administration systems and applications for monitoring, alerting, data observability, access management, platform metrics, and end user transparency

• Build & maintain GenAI Platform platform solutions focused on security and governance for engineering delivery

• Build & maintain DataOps process for SDLC delivery

• Identify opportunities for improvements & optimization for greater scalability & delivery velocity

• Collaborate closely with Analytics Engineers to provide data & data models for analytical deliverables

• Perform root cause analysis on often complex errors to help ensure data pipeline availability

The Role

Gigs is growing fast across markets, and we need someone to build the operational systems that make that growth possible. That includes compliance -- but this isn't a compliance role. It's a BizOps role where regulatory work is one of the hardest and most important problems you'll solve.

You'll build workflows, design processes, ship tooling, and work across Business Development, Legal, Product, and Engineering. You'll enable how we launch new markets, how we stay compliant across jurisdictions, and how we keep internal operations tight as we scale.

This is our first hire in this area. You'll shape the function from scratch.

What You Will Do

• Build our operational infrastructure for market expansion. Own the end-to-end process for launching in new markets: regulatory readiness, product compliance checks, internal workflows, and cross-functional coordination.
• Turn regulatory requirements into systems. Work with Legal to understand what's required, then build clear, repeatable processes that the team can follow without bottlenecks. Don't just document rules -- make them run.
• Automate before it breaks. Partner with Engineering and Product to embed controls into our systems early. Reduce manual work. Build things that scale before they need to.
• Own filings, registrations, and reporting. Manage our ongoing regulatory obligations across jurisdictions. Track deadlines. Make sure nothing slips.
• Run audits. Develop audit frameworks for internal operations and customer-facing processes. Keep them current.
• Track compliance health. Define metrics, build dashboards, flag problems early, fix them fast.
• Keep documentation sharp. Maintain policies, procedures, and process docs that are clear, findable, and up to date.
• Stay ahead of regulatory changes. Monitor new requirements across target markets. Build implementation plans before deadlines arrive.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years in business operations, ideally at a fintech, payments company, or other regulated tech business.
• You've built or scaled operational systems in a fast-moving environment. You know how to take a messy process, structure it, and make it run.
• Real experience with compliance or regulatory work -- not as a lawyer, but as someone who's turned regulatory requirements into working processes across areas like product compliance, vendor risk, or cross-border operations.
• Comfortable with tooling: GRC systems, databases, workflow automation. You don't need to be an engineer, but you can build things using AI.
• Strong communicator. You can explain a regulatory filing to an engineer and a process gap to a lawyer.

Bonus if you have experience in telecoms, fintech, or B2B SaaS.
