The Senior Manager, Procurement owns both Direct and Indirect procurement, leading a team of high-performing Buyers to directly support the Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Facilities teams through successful negotiations, cradle-to-grave order management, and comprehensive supplier management. ABOUT THE JOB

As an Electrical Engineering Manager, you will lead the design and development of safety-critical circuitry for Ignition Safety Devices (ISD) and Electronic Safe and Arm Devices (ESAD). You will be responsible for specifying and testing ISDs and ESADs, including environmental testing. In addition to your technical tasks, you will provide leadership to ISD and ESAD programs throughout their lifecycle, from concept to production. As the Program Manager - C2 Deployment for the IBCS-M program, you will serve as deputy program manager with primary focus on deployment planning, execution, and event/exercise support. This role is designed for a strong operator with C2 and CUAS technical depth who can translate program objectives into successful field operations and soldier feedback into actionable product requirements.

You will serve as the connective tissue between software engineering, program leadership, and operational fielding—ensuring our C2 software capabilities deploy on time, perform to specification, and exceed customer expectations across U.S. Army and allied partner nations.. You will own the deployment lifecycle from planning through sustainment, lead support for critical exercises and demonstrations, and serve as the voice of the end-user within program decisions.

This role requires someone who can think both strategically and tactically: comfortable developing deployment frameworks and briefing leadership one day, then troubleshooting software integration issues with soldiers at a customer site the next. You will build repeatable deployment processes, manage cross-functional coordination, translate warfighter feedback into engineering priorities, and ensure our program maintains operational credibility with Army stakeholders.

Deployment Planning & Execution

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of IBCS-M deployments from site surveys through operational handoff for both U.S. and FMS customers

• 5+ years of experience in deployment operations, C2 systems, CUAS programs, or defense technical operations

• CUAS technical depth including counter-UAS concepts, radar/EO-IR sensors, engagement operations, and/or air defense systems

Functions

• Lead the creation of large scale, complex stand-alone proposals, task order proposals, RFIs/SSNs, and other responses
• Ensure adherence to proposal development preparation guidelines, processes, methodologies, and associated business tools

• Analyze complex solicitation requirements and ensures that proposals meet all requirements

• Coordinate closely with pricing to ensure all cost elements align with the technical solution, comply with solicitation requirements, and support the overall win strategy
• Develop effective methods for presenting and organizing information within proposals, such as the use of tables and graphics
• Maintain records and files of work and revisions
• Manage the production, reproduction, and binding/packaging of draft proposals, final proposals, and all hard/soft copies
• Ensure proposals are delivered on time and in compliance with all RFP requirements
• Manage internal approval process. Ensures approvers understand pricing methodology and proposal requirements. Provides timely responses to approver’s questions and concerns.

About the Role:

• Direct, supervise and coordinate all Practical Problem Solving (PPS) operational Quality activities in Single Aisle Flowline in defined area of responsibility. Manages, motivates and develops the Quality team including Lead Inspectors. Responsible for ensuring the Practical Problem Solving (PPS) and Airbus Quality Standards of the entire A/C based on the defined inspection dossier and in accordance with the POA relevant regulations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensure that NCs are managed and drumbeat from creation to closure of Practical Problem Solving (PPS) are priority for all within the MFT.
