The Role
The Executive Growth Leader owns PVM’s growth outcomes—pipeline health, bookings targets, partner positioning, and market expansion. This is the senior seat responsible for ensuring PVM’s growth engine runs with discipline and momentum, from early opportunity shaping through close.
You are PVM’s external face in the Palantir ecosystem—at the table with partner leadership teams, Palantir field teams, and prospective primes. You don’t generate every opportunity yourself. PVM’s pipeline is fed from multiple channels: the CEO through relationship-driven deal flow, Hub-Located sellers through direct pursuit, Delivery through expansion and renewal opportunities surfaced from active engagements, inbound leads, and partners bringing opportunities to us. Your job is to make sure all of those channels are producing, that nothing stalls between intake and close, and that the company is collectively hitting its growth number.
Internally, you run a tight ship—HubSpot is clean, deals are staged accurately, and the leadership team always has a clear picture of what’s real. When an opportunity surfaces from any source, it’s triaged, qualified, and advancing without anyone chasing it down.
This seat has three direct reports (Marketing, Hub Salesperson, Growth Enablement) and reports to the Integrator (COO). You work closely with the Visionary on deal shaping and ecosystem strategy. You own the growth number—not by carrying every deal, but by ensuring the people, partners, and systems around you deliver it.
What You’ll Own
- Own the Growth Number
This seat owns PVM’s growth performance—not as a participant, but as the accountable leader. Pipeline feeds from multiple sources: the CEO’s relationship-driven deal flow, Hub Salespeople, Delivery team expansion and renewal opportunities, inbound leads, partner referrals, and Echos surfacing opportunities through their stakeholder networks. Your job is to ensure every channel is active, every opportunity is moving, and the company hits its annual bookings target.
- Own the annual growth target and the plan to hit it—across all pipeline sources, not just one channel
- Weekly pipeline review discipline: every active deal has a current stage, a clear next action, and an honest value estimate
- Opportunity triage completed within 48 hours regardless of source—CEO surface, inbound, partner referral, or Delivery expansion

Team You’ll Lead
You are responsible for the Lead, Manage, and hold Accountable (LMA) of three direct reports:
Marketing
Owns PVM’s brand presence, content strategy, and market positioning. Translates the growth strategy into visible market activity—ensuring PVM is known and credible in target markets before a salesperson walks in the door.
Hub Salesperson
Owns on-the-ground relationship development and deal origination in a specific hub market. Forward-deployed—building the client relationships and contract footholds that make hub activation possible.
Growth Enablement
Owns the tools, systems, and processes that make the growth team run: HubSpot hygiene, proposal templates, partner collateral, onboarding for new growth hires. Ensures the growth function scales without creating operational chaos.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Experience
- 5+ years in business development, growth, or capture management in the U.S. Government contracting market
- Direct experience with Palantir’s Government ecosystem (partner, customer, or field team)
- Proven track record managing and moving a CRM pipeline (HubSpot preferred)—not just activity, but results
- Experience managing direct reports with full accountability (not dotted-line or advisory)
- Comfort operating in a small business or high-growth firm where you build as you go
Strong Differentiators
- Experience supporting a Visionary/founder-led firm where relationships are the primary deal source

Travel Expectations
This role requires approximately 8–14 trips per year (roughly one every 3–4 weeks). Travel falls into three categories:
- Palantir & partner ecosystem (4–6 trips): Field team touchpoints, partner events, Vanguard engagements—you run these independently
- Hub market exploration (2–4 trips): In-person presence in San Antonio, Colorado Springs, and other near-term targets—you own the agenda

Mid Level Forward Deployed Software Engineer

The Role
As a Mid-Level Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), you will contribute directly to the development and delivery of Army Vantage capabilities. You will build analytical dashboard features, support CI/CD pipeline tasks, and work within a structured agile environment alongside senior engineers and government stakeholders. You will operate in two-week sprint cycles, contributing to feature delivery from design through deployment.
At our organization, an FDE takes ownership of their work — building reliable features, writing meaningful code, and ensuring each sprint increment is production-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deliver front-end analytical dashboard views using Foundry’s Workshop/Slate application layer under guidance from senior engineers
- Support CI/CD pipeline configuration tasks, including build scripts, automated tests, and environment promotion workflows
- Implement metric definitions and data transformations aligned to the Foundry Ontology to ensure consistent data interpretation across dashboards
- Produce clear technical documentation, including configuration notes, runbooks, and sprint artifacts

Sr. Forward Deployed Software Engineer

The Role
The Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (Sr FDE) serves as the technical lead responsible for the architecture, pipeline implementation, and overall delivery quality of Army Vantage dashboards and data workflows.You will coordinate directly with government stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver operational analytics capabilities that support force management and readiness decisions.
Senior FDEs independently own complex implementation tasks from design through production, mentor junior engineers, and ensure sprint deliverables meet operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines within Army Vantage (Palantir Foundry), including automated build, test, deployment, and environment promotion workflows

In this role, you will partner with implementation teams to design, develop, and deploy advanced technical solutions that address our customers' most complex challenges. As an FSR Analyst, you will work directly with analysts to train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, and create innovative use cases. Whether supporting users on-site worldwide or collaborating with colleagues in our offices, you will be instrumental in driving success and delivering meaningful results.
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one desk-side training to analysts.
- Conduct classroom training sessions for analysts and operators.

- Minimum of Secret Clearance
