Job Responsibilities
- Lead the product planning, development, and continuous enhancement of POS, Retail Management Systems, CRM, and other enterprise software solutions.
- Understand customer needs and business requirements, and work with internal teams to deliver effective product solutions.
- Prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, wireframes, and functional specifications.
- Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritize business requirements, and oversee product enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Support teams to ensure successful product development, implementation, and delivery.
- Support pre-sales activities by participating in customer meetings, product demonstrations, and solution discussions.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, feature catalogues, user guides, and sales enablement materials to improve product delivery efficiency.
- Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitor products to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management for B2B software, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions.
- Experience with POS systems, Retail Management Systems, CRM platforms, or similar enterprise software is an advantage.
- Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, product planning, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage software product development from concept through implementation and continuous enhancement.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, analytical, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
